Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut pizza is what it is. What sets Pizza Hut aside is their absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Recently ordered pizza for a B-​day party with young kids. An hour after scheduled delivery, still no pizza and customer service could only say «was out» for delivery but nothing else. Will NEVER order PH again!

Ordered online. Delivered in about 50 mins. Roach crawled from box almost immediately. Contacted store for $ 43 refund. Left on hold for 15 mins. Finally spoke to Abel, manager. Had to drive to store for a refund and, in my opinion, Abel needs lessons in communication and effective customer service recovery. Food looked great and was hot. I’m grossed out and feel angry at the rudeness of the refund situation. I would NEVER recommend this store!

Why do you have such terrible service Pizza Hut? Come on man its not that difficult to get it right. Pizza and wings, that’s not so hard is it? Pizza arrived but no wings, delivery driver said he’d be right back with said wings and one hour later still no wings! REALLY!!!

Worst ever I ordered pasta and got no utensils and I’m staying at a hotel? I called to catch the delivery guy but they kept me on hold for 15 minutes I just hung up. I don’t understand how this can happen cause I called there customer department all they could say is you have to ask for one but maybe you can go to the front desk of your hotel?

I have ordered Pizza Hut my entire adult life and no matter where you go you can count on it to taste the same at every location. Until today that is. I have recently relocated to New Braunfels and ordered by phone my usual pizza. They delivery was timely and they delivery guy was friendly but the pizza did not taste anything like the Pizza Hut I know and love. No sauce and too much cheese, my taste buds tell me it’s not even the same cheese as every other Pizza Hut. Very disappointed

Ordered online for the first time, and it was so easy! My pizza was ready when I arrived and was absolutely fantastic. The service there was very friendly and I will certainly be going back!

Horrible service on call center line. Ordered pizza at 7:30 pm and didn’t receive till 3 hours later and all the food was cold. Called twice to call center since you can’t call the local location direct. Was on hold 30 min just to check status of order.

While their pizza is exactly what one would expect from a Pizza Hut, their service has been horrible. Everyone at the store is friendly, but it is clear that they don’t have the things they need to run that store efficiently. We live less than a mile from the store and they will not deliver to us. We submit our orders online, and often the wait time is 2 hours. Which I immediately call to cancel, because that is ridiculous. You cannot call the store directly, you are routed through a call center. The only time we have called to place an order, the order was sent to the store on the other side of town, but we couldn’t call directly to see if it was at that location. By the time we figured it out and got there, over an hour had passed and the pizza was only warm because of the warmer. We submitted a complaint and it was clear from the response that no pride was taken in the store. We love Pizza Hut, but this store is the worst.

First time ordering, last time ordering. Wrong soda given, missing items off of the order and showed up about 30 minutes after the hour they quoted. Trying to get someone to help you is like pulling teeth. Four calls to the store number are forwarded to a nation wide call center. Once you are there you’ll play the game of getting transferred around to a «manager» but its really just someone else who doesn’t have any idea what is going on. It really is a fun way to spend a Friday.

Never ever never ever never ever order delivery from this store. They will not call if issues. If you call you go through their national network and no follow through. It has been 2 hours now. 4 calls later to national system talking to new person every time, on hold for over 20 minutes before I gave up. I finally told them to cancel. The 2^nd I hang up The STORE calls. They left message saying they have been trying to contact me. that is a lie. I have phone records. They never communicated with national as well. It Was a new issue every time I called. No record of past calls or problem. Crap system! Don’t order from pizza hut. Dominoes is so much better order system and customer support.

First visit and I will return. Lady working at register was very attentive to customers while overseeing orders. Pizza was great. Thanks for great service and great pizza.

This is the worst pizza spot in New Braunfels for delivery. They will quote you 45 minutes to an hour for delivery and might show up an hour to an hour and a half AFTER that. When calling the store, they leave you on hold for minimum 5 minutes. I refrained from posting previously, but this is the second time this has happened. I would order from any other pizza place than this.

Apparently the employees at this location thinks parking in a handicap spot is acceptable. I find this disgusting. There is a reason the ticket for this is over $ 700.
