They get two stars only because the food is good. Don’t ever get delivery over two hours to get our food. When they are only two miles away it shouldn’t take that long to make pizza and get it delivered.

Service was slow due to busy Friday night but quality and taste made up for it.
This is some great pizza worth the wait.

The pizza arrived in the promise time it was hot and made perfectly including doing one sixth of the pizza cheese free so that it didn’t upset my Dairy free kiddos tummy. A great price for the quantity of the pizza that you receive overall excellent job!

Terrible customer service… it should never take over a week to get a call back from a manager about receiving a refund for a online order. I’m still waiting on a call back. If you place an order online during the week, expect a 2 hour wait for your pizza.

Service was deplorable, ordered online. 2 hour wait. Came to pick it up, they forgot to cook it. Could not refund my tip or delivery fee. Gave me 1 two liter soda for my $ 6.50 delivery fee and tip. Everyone working there seemed angry to have a job. Pizza was not that great, breaks sticks were not good. I would suggest an alternative place for pizza.

Awesome pizza! Nice place, dine in, don’t have it delivered. Cold pizza first time and second time, cold pizza and completely wrong order. We waited so long, we ate it anyways.

4pm on 4÷18÷14. Woman at the register had zero personality. She dumped our pizzas at the table next to is with no words. No here you go. No thank you’s…And sucked her teeth at my wife asking for a box. If the house at sucks at life then why goto work. Stay home next time. Will not return

Love their pizza! We would order here once a week just haven’t lately because we just trying to save money. When we’re craving pizza, this is our go to. Love the pizza rolls and the Big Daddy. The delivery guys are all on time, even on weekends so I don’t understand what people are complaining about. I am sure there is a good reason why they were late because we have never had a problem. Redeemed groupon. Pizza sucked and waited 50 minutes for our 1 pizza.
A table that walked in 10 minutes after us, got their 3 pizzas before us. Don’t bother with this place or order your pizza way in advance. Will not be back ever. Crappy pizza, greasy, scant toppings and tasteless. Service was bad and could not offer and explanation for the crazy wait time. When we ordered
It was only supposed to be a 15 minute wait. Ditsy pizza people working behind counter. Sad.

Nice woman manager greeted me after I walked in. It was a little awkward at first as it seems like people should just know what to do — I was unsure of the procedure here. You order at the counter — not sure if they have a menu up there or not. I just asked for what I wanted. She ended up recommending just the all-​out supreme as it had most of what I had already asked for. Very limited seating if you were to eat there — you could have a group but it would fill up quickly.
I did not see anything unique about the restaurant in terms of weird pizza choices or wood fires, etc. The pizza was quite good overall and tasted more homemade than commercialized. It comes served with a fork and if I recall correctly, my pizza was not sliced very well — it ended up being more scored than sliced by the pizza wheel. It was rather hard to separate the slices even through tearing and using the fork.
It was a great try out a new place in New Braunfels night, but can’t say I would make a beeline or special trip the next time I was in town.

My experience visiting New Braunfels and stopping in for lunch with 4 friends…
Positives — friendly staff, not crowded (2pm saturday), clear menu, all the menu variety you’d expect from a pizza place, fresh pizza/​breadsticks from the oven, not too long a wait.
Negatives — I felt the pizza was just so-​so but you might think otherwise, no napkins, bland/​untidy atmosphere. Unfortunately, the two things that really stood out to me were 1) they would not give you a cup for water. you could only buy it by the bottle. They claimed they have problems with people stealing cokes when they order waters, but i suspected this was more likely a ploy to earn a little extra money by forcing people to order a drink. 2) My suspicion was confirmed, when after getting our pizza, my friend asked for some ranch to dip pizza in and they charged him extra for it.
My overall impression was that this place is just so-​so pizza and the price wasn’t that great. I was no impressed and will not be revisiting.

A group of 12 of us walked into this pizza place in the middle of the afternoon. We were a bit hesitant since no one recognized the name and the place was empty.
But we were pleasantly surprised by the great and friendly service and the pizza was very very good.
To top it off, as we were leaving, the employee gave us a freshly baked batch of cookies on the house!
Highly recommend this place!

I’m visiting New Braunfels and needed quick food delivery so I could continue working. I dialed up Fox’s and was greeted by a happy customer service professional who was helpful and delightful. He said it would be 30 minutes or so and sure enough in 30 minutes I had piping hot pizza delivered to my door — and it was yum. And since I was staying at a hotel they were sweeties and brought me a plate and fork. The crust could have been a bit crispier but I’m just picky like that. It was good pizza.
