Best slice of pizza in New Brunswick. Any time I come back for anything, if I get pizza, I go here. I think what pushes it above the others is the sauce, which compliments the cheese without being over powered by it. The atmosphere is also pretty nice for a pizza shop in New Brunswick. The only time I’ve ordered a whole pie with my housemates, the pizza was incredibly greasy, but I’d say that was exceptionally bad pizza from them rather than the norm.

BESTPIZZAINTHENEIGHBORHOOD!!! Their penne pizza is ridiculously good, oh my gosh! They load up on cheese and sauce, and woo it is amazing. I also really like their buffalo chicken pizza and even the plain ones. Definitely go here for your pizza, you won’t regret it!

They dumped a tablespoon of sauce on TOP of the pizza when I asked for more… Most people prefer it under the pizza

Definitely not the best pizza I’ve had and their panini’s are gross. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

They’re pizza is pretty good. Definitely not the best I’ve had, but far from the worst. They’re delivery takes forever though! I believe it took just under 2 hours.

PJs is great! The guys are nice and their pizza is pretty good. They have like a chicken Caesar pizza(or something along those lines) that is really good, and their buffalo chicken or bacon chicken ranch is great when you’re going home drunk after the bar!

I’m totally a crust gal. Pj’s crust just can’t be beat! And not only is there crust good, but their cheese, sauce, and toppings are all super good too. You could say Pj’s is the most loved pizza place by the Rutgers students. You can always hear drunk students on Easton Ave talking about how they wanna go get a slice at Pj’s. And without a doubt it’s mobbed on weekend nights. But the line moves fast. My personal favorite is their Chicken Alfredo Slice. I do have to say that Pj’s isn’t a great choice for vegetarians. Their speciality slices always seem to be meaty. They only have plain cheese slices, and who wants that anyway?! My con of going to Pj’s is that they charge an extra 50 cents if you pay with a card. I already find paying almost $ 4 for a slice of pizza crazy to begin with, but adding 50 more cents onto that… Ahhhh Overall, I could seriously eat Pj’s crust all day long… So I’ll DEFINITELY be back whenever I’m planning to get pizza.

Great 2am pizza but I had a very snarky and rude delivery man. They don’t care for customer service.

As someone that has committed themself to the ideals of life, liberty, and the pursuit of pizza, I must declare PJs to be one of the greatest bastions of pizza excellence in the land. PJs delivers on every metric of success that a pizza can attain. Plain and simple. God bless PJs, and God bless America.

This Pizza stop, was my place to go whenever I went out to the bars in New Brunswick. During the ungodly hours of the night, this place will always to up and about with a bunch of customers drunks/sobers alike always enjoying a quality slice of pizza.

If you’re craving legit pizza, PJ’s is– in my opinion– the only place to get it in New Bruns. Perfect crust, amazing sauce, and fast, friendly service! I remember stumbling out of golden rail/knight club/olde queens many weekends during college and capping my night off with buffalo chicken and white slices from PJ’s. It was also my go-to spot for ordering whole pies and wings during football season. You definitely will not be disappointed!

I love this place for what it is. This is your go-to stop for late night(or anytime really) Pizza in New Brunswick. The busy storefront makes sure that there are always fresh slices available. The plain is amazing but the white pizza is incredible– with trying even if your not typically a fan of such. This is not one of those pizza places that you travel to go visit, but it is the spot you stumble into at 2am for the most mouth watering carb and cheese filled delights after a night of debauchery.

I have been here countless times and have never ate something I did not LOVE. They season their chicken so well and their secret Caesar dressing is to die for! Try the chicken bacon ranch pizza! It is so SOO delicious! Very cool staff!

I’m going to keep it plain and simple. The best pizza in New Brunswick. I’ve never had a bad slice here. This pizza is way better than Daniel’s and Vinny’s.

I wanted a pizza slice late at night. There are many pizza places on the street, but I came to this one. I had been there once months before, but, I couldn’t remember why I didn’t return again. I like the taste of the pizza and aesthetics of business – they décor is more pleasing that the other pizza places near by. However, the customer service wasn’t very good. The person attending was short with me to my general questions about the pizza, which was rather rude. Seemed like he was doing me a favor for wanting to eat there. Now I remember why I didn’t come here after the first time. Hopefully I won’t forget again.

You know when you find an excellent pizza shop. The place is always busy and the guys know what they’re doing. Pizza made fresh and man can you tell. Even had to come back for more. Not a big pizza eater well until I found this place. I might feel it in the gut soon. Rest in peace waist line.

I decided to try PJ’s tonight because I have a friend who swears that this is the best pizza place on Easton. I’ve definitely stumbled into this place a couple times during my first year at Rutgers, but let’s be real, freshmen aren’t remembering their drunk pizza experiences. Anyways, I ordered a veggie panini and a fresh mozzarella salad for delivery. The total over the phone was about 17 dollars, which was a bit higher than what I would have paid using scarlet menus. You guys either need to update your prices online, or create a more consistent delivery charge system. Also, I was told that the delivery would take 30 minutes, yet I still sat here for an hour. I’d rather hear that it’s going to take an hour instead of sitting here waiting all that extra time. The food itself was surprisingly good. The panini was crispy, yet still full of cheese. The bread was smothered with herbs too, which I actually really enjoyed. The fresh mozzarella salad was actually presented nicely in the container they packed it in, which deserves a plus in my book because those small details mean a lot to me. Overall, the food was definitely better than most other places in New Brunswick. Four stars because the pricing and delivery issues mentioned above(plus, can a pizza place on Easton really be 5 stars?). I would definitely recommend this place over many others in New Brunswick.

This is really a solid place! I’ve gotten takeout from here a few times over the past few months while on call and it’s always been good. Their teriyaki chicken and paninis are very good and very filling. PJ’s uses grubhub and that makes it super easy to order and pay online(especially if you don’t usually carry cash). The prices are very affordable as well and you can easily have dinner for less than $ 10. Nice place overall!
