Great food, it’s like subways but delivers and has flavor! Order online and the food arrives less than 45min. My only gripe with this place is online ordering has no cash option. Suggest turkey and ham/​turkey combo.

Awesome customer service and food! I’ve personally come here a lot and each and every visit was a great experience! The food was always on point, and in my opinion tastes a lot better than subway. They also have an awesome variety of ingredients that help you switch up your sandwich choice. My personal favorites are the Cheesesteak and Breakfast sandwich options which I would recommend to anyone. Back to customer service really quickly, I recall one visit where a new worker that wasn’t too familiar with the cashiering system took a while to process our order. However, he apologized consistently and comp’d one of our drinks, which I really appreciated. They do take a little while to make your sandwich, but that’s only because they make sure to get everything right and prepare things perfectly. Overall, I’m addicted no doubt!

Excellent customer service and a great sandwich. The people who work there really care about their customers! I will repeat each time I am in New Brunswick!

This is a pretty new sandwich shop that opened up recently in the area. It’s kind of like subway but not really. You order what you want on a paper to hold your future sandwich to be in. They come in many varieties depending on what kind of meat you are getting.
With the sandwich, I decided to get house chips and a red velvet chocolate chip shake. The chips were nasty and greasy. On the other hand, the shake was amazing. The flavors and texture was on point! I got a spicy tuna sandwich with quite a few veggies. The sandwich was okay. Not too great. I definitely prefer subway in regards to the sandwich.

Good food, terrible customer service.
I started going to this place as its somewhat healthy and tastes alright… But I won’t go back after today. I placed my order and then took a seat as they are typically very slow.
The manger was making my sandwich and then this big dumb looking dude started asking her to come over as he had questions… Each time leaving my sandwich idle on the counter. I let it go the first time but the second time I decided to stand up for myself !
I asked him if he was new — as paying customers typically don’t like being treated like trash… He started getting all in my face, stating he was the owner thinking that would intimidate me… I thought to myself … an owner of a fast food restaurant how impressive! He was able to get an associates degree and a loan…
… After some back and forth I told him I will never be back! Too bad for them as I come in once a week and tip well.
Nice job meathead owner … Maybe u should start behind the counter at Burger King first !

As a fast sandwich place, this place definitely excels. As soon as I entered, someone behind the counter asked if I had been here before (I hadn’t) and explained the ordering process. That process nicely allows for easy customization of the sandwich options. I went with the Thanksgiving Turkey, and added jalapenos and crispy onions to it (the second being a great topping, that’s not available at Subway). Friendly staff, despite the rush of people ordering and waiting on food.
The sub was great. The banana shake I ordered was also really good. I was here at the peak of lunch time, so it took a few minutes to get my food, but I was in no rush, and I prefer that to having pre-​made food sitting around. The price was definitely more than Subway would have been, but the extra quality and taste make it worth it.
This is, apparently, a chain restaurant that I just don’t have at home. A shame, since I would have no hesitation about returning here.

I ordered for the first time tonite. They delivered before promised A+. On to the order, my sandwich was the Ruben. I have had then all over the city county and state. This one was by far the best, and here is why. The bread was outstanding, the meat was clearly so very fresh. And put together with the cheese and kraut with the Russian dressing made for a delicious change from all the other places around town. Keep up the great work because I will be back for sure.

Customer service shines when you first walk in and head out the door. They make sure you’re taken care of all the time and very warm staff too.
The menu variety is great too and it’s a lot less complicated than Subway. All you need to do is check what you want in your wich on the bag instead of being put on the spot. There are options for vegetarians and you can either have your wich on bread, bowl, or lettuce.
Generous servings too!

The name of the game here is variety! Tons of ingredients from which to choose to make your sandwich, and more than your average mustard and mayo (pesto! olive spread!) to top things off. I kept it rather simple my first time here, a turkey sub. Everything was very fresh, from the spinach to the pesto spread, turkey and cheese. The «house chips» are also delicious, sprinkled with salt and pepper.
I really liked that the friendly employees made sure that I understood the ordering process (you circle your choices on a paper bag – fun!) since I was obviously new to the place.
I wish the bread had more flavor, but I get it – it’s a quick-​order sub place. It was at least tastier than Subway or Wawa.
Would love to see some healthier options for side orders besides chips. A hot soup of the day would be fantastic.
Overall, a great experience and I will be back to create another masterpiece. Nice to have another lunch spot in New Brunswick, and I’m sure this place will be packed once word gets out that it’s open.

Tried the shrimp banh mi. It was nice and spicy and delicious. Will be back to try the other sandwiches on the extensive menu.
