I wish I could give 0 stars. Place was basically empty and the tables were filthy. We had to wait fir a booth because the server«was backed up and needed to catch up». We were nice about it do waited. 10 minutes later the same guy cleans the booth that was originally dirty and says«you can go ahead». Well… Ok. The server was clearly behind but none of the others refused to help her. Talking, joking, horsing around like teenagers. Which they were actually! I ordered a margarita with salt. 15 minutes later… Margarita comes, no salt(no biggie) didn’t complain. As I was going to drink it I realized there was black dust INSIDETHEICE of the drink!!! Literally disgusting. I called another server over because mine was clearly never to be found and told him. He told my server who said«ohhhh dude gross». Offered to get me another one. I was reluctant at first but she said they have two separate ice dispensers. I said ok, she brings over another margarita and it STILLHADBLACKDUSTINSIDETHE ice. At that point I gave up. Our wings were sauced by a blind man who seemed like ran out of sauce! And I’m sure every single person had dirty ice that night. Awful, DISGUSTINGAND embarrassing for such a large chain. Don’t go here ever! Place is gross and there is dust everywhere!!!

Complete waste of a space! Took forever for a batch of small wings. Lines out the front door from the slow service. Find somewhere else to go.

I’ve only been to a hand full of Buffalo Wild Wings in my life, but this takes the cake for being the worst. They were the only place in New Haven that wasn’t packed on a Saturday night. I guess that should have been my first warning. We sat down in the bar area and waited for the very, very slow service. We put in our order for beer and wings and waited. Then we waited some more. Finally, I went outside to put more money in the meter, since we were running out of time. When I got back, the wings had finally come to our table, after about an hour of waiting. OK, I thought. Now I can finally enjoy my delicious wings. Unfortunately, even though we were all starving and craving wings, they just really weren’t that great, and tasted a little funky. The next day I had some stomach issues and a loss of appetite, which I think may have been related to the wings. Won’t be coming back here again. Spend your hard earned(or not) cash somewhere else.

Legit the worst Buffalo’s I have ever been to. It was dead, like super dead, on a Friday night. That should have been a sure sign. Our game wasn’t on TV apparently so that set the tone. Service was horrendous. Sorry to the girl bar tending, but I served for many years as well and there was hardly anyone there. We had to ask her to come over every time, to order, for drinks, etc. Food was sub par, standard Buffalo’s I guess. I won’t be back. This location is terrible.

I had the worst ever experience there. I was not given a setting and asked a sever if we could have a fork. He told me they had none. I said how is my daughter going to eat he said get your server. I was pissed !!! I went to the manager to defuse the situation and he did nothing!!! I will never go there again. Not to say the seats were tearing and the table was dirty. Salad looked like it came out a bag. Pretzel was good I won’t lie. Lol. I’ll go to other bww but new this one as I learned they are not corporate.

My husband and I journeyed here the night of the college football championship to meet up with a group of his classmates. It was evident shortly after arriving that they were greatly short staffed for the evening. The staff stated they didn’t think they would be busy this evening so staff was sent home early. Poor decision by management especially on the night of a national championship. Needless to say everything took forever. Our waiter was also the sole bartender so you can imagine how well that worked out for us. Drinks came once every hour and food orders were wrong, delayed, etc. It was quire painful to see the staff so frustrated. Overall it is not a place I would choose to return and I definitely won’t be making plans to watch the Super Bowl there.

Let’s be real here. Most people come to B-Dubs, me included, because you can expect a level of service and food comparable to all the other B-Dubs you went to across the US. Same here, wings, TVs, beer, etc. I think the main differences with this one that are worth noting is that: –No parking lot. Have to use the paid metered parking on Church, Chapel street. $ 1.50 per hour, meters take cards. Garages tend to be more expensive. I don’t think B-dubs would validate the garage tickets, never tried. Sundays — meters are free. –It is in the middle of New Haven which can be a little sketch at night time. Many of our less fortunate and homeless neighbors are in the area.

Wings. Beers. Sports. Lots of TV. It is what it is. What else did you expect? Back in the day I used to come here on the regular on Sunday’s when they have unlimited wing and fries deals for the NFL games and I was still in college. Sadly those days are long gone like my metabolism. Thanks for the great memories BWWs, but I think the quality has suffered lately.

I must have some sort of selective memory loss in continually returning to BWW despite the fact that their wings are actually pretty terrible. Last time I ordered the«Blazing,» supposedly their hottest sauce, it barely registered. But I decided to give it another try. Still weaksauce. I mean, if your chain has a specific food in its name, I feel like you should at least master that one thing. Complaints about the food aside, if you’re there to watch a football game, they have a decent draft beer list, attentive servers who know not to get in the way during a good play, and they do an admirable job seating you within view of any TVs you want. So I’ll give them an extra star for effort.

I love wings and I would come here constantly if it were at all decent. Everyone I’ve talked to agrees when I say that New Haven BWW has the worst service in town.

came here while visiting on a sunday afernoon. it wasn’t busy at all, unlike the one in nyc. it also happened to be 60 cent wings day so that was a pleasant surprise. the waitress was really nice, I think her name was Tylo. we ordered spinach artichoke dip and 20 wings(5 honey bbq, 5 medium buffalo, 5 jammin’ jalapeño, and 5 chipotle bbq). everything was really good. would definitely come back. service was also really good.

THEWORST. I’ve been here a few times, trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. I cannot. There is nothing good that I can say about the experiences I’ve had here. The service is pretty terrible(we had a nice waiter one time, but the food was so bad that I still give it 1 star). The hostess has been difficult in the past, and they force you to sit in certain areas despite your inability to watch the televisions without having to crane your neck(we were watching a fight). The medium wings are HOT. So hot that my mouth was on fire for 30 minutes after I ate ONEOFTHEM. There wasn’t even any taste, just heat. The waiter was not very accommodating when we sent them back. All attitude. The only thing they make that I like are the fried pickles. I also always feel like I’m going to be attacked by the other patrons outside the restaurant, and it is unique to this establishment. I have been many other places in New Haven, and I like them all. Too conclude, bad service, unsavory atmosphere, and inedible wings. SKIPIT. PS: I never use this many caps in a review. THAT’S HOWMUCH I DON’T LIKEITHERE.

Worst of the worst! She was too busy flirty she throw the pen when I have to sign?! Like wtf! The guy was asking if he can take her home?! Like dude fucking flirt later! I just want my wings!

Wing Wednesday: 60¢ boned or boneless wings. I ordered 20 boneless wings: 5 of Chipotle BBQ, Spicy Garlic, Asian Zing, and Blazin’. My overall impression was that the quality and taste was good for the price. I wouldn’t want to pay the regular ~$ 20. All of the wings were rather dry, especially the Chipotle BBQ because it’s a dry rub seasoning. I think the other ones could have used more sauce, similar to the style of boned wings. The Blazin’ wings were not as spicy as I expected. You can always cool your mouth down with the carrots or celery they give with each order. I would come back on Wing Wednesday or with friends to watch a good game.

I decided to come back after I spoke to the manager. I ordered wings, pizza rolls and beer. The food was good, the service was prompt and friendly. The manager also came out to see how everything was and was engaging with other patrons. Overall, I will give this place 3 stars and will come back for wings and a drink. I also give kudo’s to the manager for his concern about my last visit.

If I could rate this establishment zero stars, I would. This is my first Unilocal review … ever — triggered by the inadequate experience I’ve endured at BDubs over the past few years. Initially I wanted to give them a second chance. However, this is my third year living in New Haven, and BDubs has actually declined in quality during this time(if that is even possible). ***Hair in my food*** ***Flat beer*** Soggy carrots/celery Slow service Inconsiderate service Poor quality projectors They def need new management, new TV/projector system and better work ethic. By far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to.

Been here a few times and they are consistent: average wings and below average service. The MNF all-you-can-eat wings deal is nice, but be prepared for a drop in wing quality(seems like the JV chickens on Monday nights) and a wait staff that has no interest in making sure you get your money’s worth. Each batch comes out slower as they seem afraid every patron will eventually get to 100 wings with average service. Don’t bring the ladies if they aren’t gonna go for the wings. We have tried it all at this point and the food is like a poor man’s Chili’s.
