Such a cute little cart. It definitely offers something fresh and new to the cart scene on Cedar Street. I tried the Turkey Dinner Sandwich. The presentation was charming; it reminded my of the lunchbox my mom might have prepared on the day after Thanksgiving. Turkey, brie and cranberry preserves on a croissant(yummy in my tummy) with a side of cheese balls and a rice crispy treat(see pics). Credit cards are accepted here, which is a major plus since many of the carts still deal in cash only(boooo!), and my receipt was sent directly to my email(how green). To top it of, I discover that you can order breakfast items all day! Oh I’m in there like swimwear!

This food cart is the latest addition to the Med School Food Carts on Cedar St. Just when you thought the carts had everything to offer, this new guy shows up selling croissant sandwiches. They are delicious. Somehow his croissants are never stale – always fluffy, flaky and delicious. Unlike other carts, he has both breakfast and lunch offerings and he’s there from 8 to 3 every day in front of TAC. He uses good quality deli meat(carved turkey, thick sliced ham, salami) and cheeses(including brie!). Breakfast includes various combinations of eggs, ham, cheese and croissant or straight up toasted with nothing but nutella(Nutella!). You pay just over $ 5 for a big delicious croissant sandwich, a crunchy side and a sweet treat, which vary from day to day. You can also get a grilled cheese croissantwiche for $ 4 or a plain croissant for $ 2. As a nod to his heritage, he also sells Café Bustelo($ 1.75) and tropical smoothies for $ 2.50. The guava smoothie is delicious(guava juice, ice and yogurt). Also, it’s the only cart I know of the lets you pay with a credit card and text in orders in advance. The cart and the menu have a clean design and adorably named items. The guy is also really hot.
