Reuben was outstanding. Loved finding a good spot off the beaten path. Servings were huge. Super Bowl of soup is well worth it.

The name attracted me because I have a friend by that name. Online reviews were positive, so let’s try it out. DW’S has the feel of a small community diner with all the charm of the gracious lady DW herself. I felt at home the moment I walked in. While the mood is easy and relaxed, service is fast, but without all the commotion of a big chain restaurant. The food is fresh and delicious. Many many healthy choices and home cooked choices. The staff are personable and friendly. Just like dinner at your best friends place. Lots of lively conversation and regulars. Thank you for the hometown experience Dorothy W.

This place is a disaster. I don’t care what anyone says. Other than the GIANT sized portions of pretty much anything you order, this place is an absolute dump. When you walk in there’s shelves of books and nick naks… It’s so dusty I could only imagine it hasn’t been touched in years. The whole feel of this place is «dirty». I went in with some family and the kids for breakfast one morning. The tables are just smashed in there. So close to one another that I may have been more comfortable eating if it weren’t for the fact that I felt so claustrophobic. I could hear the person at the table next to me chewing! Gross! I ordered this breakfast scramble type meal and when it got to me it was just a mess, like they cooked everything up in a hurry and tossed it on the plate. That… Or it was made earlier and microwaved. It wasn’t appetizing to the eyes, or the stomach after I had a few bites. Breakfast was OVER! There was also a small child there, running in and out of the kitchen, touching everything, while her mom or grandma, whoever she was said things like«she likes to help» «she knows everyone here, it’s ok» umm not okay, not okay to watch your kid run a muck and eat packets of jelly while everyone laughs likes it’s cute she’ll have diabetes in a year. Couldn’t take this place, the food, the people… Crap neighborhood too! My advise is just don’t… Also: I didn’t even attempt to go to the bathroom. I held it till I got home!

A great spot to have a hearty, delicious breakfast in a comfortable and unpretentious environment. It’s a nice little diner that hearkens back to a simpler era. I didn’t see a single person on their phone or taking pics of their plate, and I will come back again and again for that fact alone. The waitress was fantastic; friendly, attentive, and quick to top off coffee and water. I had the Man’s Breakfast, which consists of 3 eggs your way, 6 pieces of sausage or bacon, 3 slices of toast, and a platter of hash browns or breakfast potatoes. This is all yours for $ 12.95. I took down over a pot of coffee with it and left fat and happy.

I’ve been here twice, have not been disappointed at all. Affordable prices for really yummy food, best three-egg omelette ever and the staff are really nice. And yes they have apple butter!

I was hesitant to try a place with only one review, but glad I went ahead anyway. Service was great and the food was what a diner should be. I paid under $ 12 for coffee and a 2 egg scrambler with American fries(huge chunks of potatoes) with all the fixings plus toast. I’m a big guy and I had another meal leftover.
