Had a delicious dinner and overall delightful experience at Zoubi. Sat outside overlooking the gorgeous stone patio. Appreciated the outdoor heaters to take away the chill on a cool evening. It was the end of the busy Pride weekend in late May, but the staff was warm and welcoming as if it were opening night. Our server Harris was impressively personable and accommodating with a few special requests by our party of six. I would highly recommend Zoubi, particularly the Brussel sprouts and Key Lime pie!

Our first time at this restaurant after having lived in Solebury for the past 15 years. Sat outside on a beautiful Friday evening — we didn’t have a reservation but they found a great table for us with no wait. Speciality cocktails were refreshing and tasty. For appetizers we had the oysters and seafood salad — both great dishes. Dinner was a delicious seared tuna over Japanese noodles for me and mushroom stuffed ravioli for my husband. Dessert was apple strudel as an excellent end to an awesome. Will absolutely return for another meal!!!

Overrated and overpriced. The wine, one of the least expensive on the very short list, cost as much as the two entrees combined — and it was quite ordinary.

Went for restaurant week and food was amazing. The coconut cake was out of this world.

I absolutely love this restaurant, the people are amazing, the food is terrific and Ed the bartender makes the best martinis in all of New Hope!!! A unique experience and a must try. The service is spot on and the menu changes so I never get bored. I love the outdoor patio and how they make you feel at this charming little oasis

Went with my husband after seeing great Unilocal reviews, but have to say we were disappointed. The place was quaint and cozy and drinks were good but that’s where it ended. It was overpriced and the food was mediocre. The $ 15 burger my husband had very thick cut bacon and was just ‘meh’. Service was also just ok. Pricey meal but didn’t feel worth it.

Zoubi’s is a little place tucked in the back right off Mechanic street. It is actually pretty quintessential New Hope when you think about it. Small, eclectic, and solid food. They have a wide variety of cocktails on the menu. All of them are really good. Service was really good as well. We split the steak(which by the way is much bigger than it looks) which was fantastic. My only recommendation is to stay away from the cheese plate because it is a bit of a rip off, otherwise you are pretty much good to go on anything else.

I was in New Hope a few evenings ago and planned to go to a Mexican restaurant, but after walking some distance only to find that the Stockton Avenue bridge was closed and impassable, I turned around and decided I would try one of the restaurants on W. Mechanic Street. Zoubi looked appealing, and so I took the plunge, and was glad I did. I had the double cut pork chop with horseradish mashed potatoes and spinach. For the appetizer, I had the deviled eggs, which also contained horseradish(I love horseradish). The food was excellent, the service was good and the atmosphere delightful. Will definitely return for future meals here.

Can’t say I’ve ever eaten here, but they have great drinks outside in the summertime!

We stumbled upon the restaurant by accident not knowing anything about it. The outdoor atmosphere was breathtaking we felt instantly transported to Europe. The food was just as enpressive! I cant wait to enjoy what Zoubi has to offer. We’re planning another trip to New Hope mostly for this experience. On a budget? Luch was lovely.

Great food, very romantic, a hidden gem. Service was good. Love that menus changes daily. I been visiting New Hope for years and it was my first time at this gem. They told me they redone the interior and it looks like a whole new place. Before I never even thought of going in. Must go to.

If you’re looking for a spot to take a date, the atmosphere here at zoubi will certainly impress. The inside is small and charming. The bar is small but accessible from both inside and out which is a cool touch and they make a great cocktail. The outside seating area is where you want to be on a nice night though. The patio is gorgeous, the stone walls along the perimeter have candles tucked into them and lanterns and strings of lights add a romantic touch to this outdoor oasis. The menu is small but fresh and seasonal. Don’t bother with the cheese board — for being the most expensive app on the menu, it was a pretty sad display. My fiancé enjoyed his steak entrée which was smothered with blue cheese and onions. I tried a fish I had never had(or heard of) before, amberjack which came with handmade capellini and mushrooms and a broth they poured over it all tableside. Unfortunately, this was a total miss. Generous portion but completely lacking in flavor. A little salt would have gone a long way to bring this to the next level. Docked 1 star for the cheeseboard and amberjack entrée. I would definitely come back though and try some of their other selections because on a nice night, this is arguably the best outdoor seating you will find in town.

Tucked in right next to Karla’s, Zoubi is THE spot in New Hope to get lost in for a perfect night of drinks and/or dinner. New look for 2015 brings a new chef, new drinks and a new attitude– one that the New Hope restaurant scene should take seriously. Their drinks are the best in town– hands down(try their Pride Cocktail-omg– delicious) and their new menu is full of surprises as it changes daily. It’s definitely the most exciting menu in town– IMHO– and by far the best bang for your buck in terms of fine dining in New Hope. I’m headed there for brunch this weekend– I can’t wait to try it as it’s the one service I’ve yet to sample. Thai Tuesday’s are a special treat as is the nightly dinner service and cocktail scene. This cozy, romantic little spot off the beaten path has been a favorite of mine since before the new look in 2015, but I must say it has graduated to a new level of excellence this year.

Overpriced and pretentious American cuisine. I ordered 2 beers off the drink menu and both came out different than ordered. Apparently they update their stock more often than the menu. The first drink menu was exchanged with condolences from the oblivious waiter after the first mistake, yet the ‘new’ menu was still wrong. My 15 dollar burger that i ordered medium rare was beautifully presented(and huge!) but alas not one hint of pink was to be found inside. Thank goodness they packed it with salt as it would’ve been a hockey puck without. My friend had the pasta, which looked like ramen in a soup of oil, and another had overcooked pork chops. Ambiance: 4⁄5 Service: 2⁄5(well attended, little menu knowledge) Food 1⁄5(too much money spent for amateur chef mistakes)

I was sad to see this place didn’t receive very good reviews, because I really enjoyed my evening there! First of all, super cute inside and if it was nice outside I definitely would have enjoyed the back patio seating. The cocktails were AWESOME – I ordered the Pimms Cocktail which I was so excited to see they have pimms(many bars don’t carry it) and it was delicious. We ordered the caesar salad, four cheese pizza(pizza of the day) and the pork chop milanese. The pizza was awesome and the pork chop was so delicious and different. The caesar salad needed some work– there wasn’t much dressing and the dressing wasn’t a creamy caesar. I expected more from a caesar salad which is kind of hard to mess up. All in all, great experience and very good service.

Great atmosphere but over priced and mediocre at best. The salad looked days old and right out of the bag. Crab cake was average. Pork entrée did not taste fresh and just not good. My wife and I eat at many New Hope restaurants and this was our first time at Zoubi. There are other options that are much better. Great bar and layout but for the high prices there are other places.

We were served spoiled food. The short rib had gone bad and in no way should it have been served to me, while my wife’s sea bass was so old that it was crumbly and mealy in texture. The place was empty on a Saturday night so obviously there is no turnover of product and they’re trying to use it well past it’s date. I am so upset with this place… not only for the lack of high quality food, but also for charging ridiculous prices for it. Whoever is cooking the food should be ashamed of themselves. The waitstaff was friendly though.

My guy and I received a gift certificate to the Bed and Breakfast around the corner(thank mom!) — we had some friends that lived in the area that we met up with and whom took us to dinner here. Most of the entrees were $ 35 — so I opted for the 3 course tasting menu for $ 40. I started with the octopus, which was lovely, and migrated into a pork cassoluet. My guy went for the sea bass(on special there). My entrée was really bland, the pork tough, and the beans a bit underdone. My guy’s fish was deliciously moist and flakey, and surrounded in a very flavorful sauce… I was a bit bummed my entrée was obviously the«discount» option… I had wished the pork shanks received a bit more braising time. For dessert, we went with a bread pudding made with waffles… omg eye-rolling delicious. I would have skipped my entrée and just did two of those. Overall, amazing ambiance, decent service(even for a party of 7!), and tasty but forgettable food. I hear through the grapevine that they have a guest chef whom makes thai food on Tuesdays… I’d recommend checking that out.
