Waited 15 minutes after I put my order in. Went back to the counter where I waited a few more minutes before someone offered to help me. When I gave my order number they couldn’t find my ticket or food. Then the counter person went into the kitchen to tell the cook. The cook complained to him(in Spanish) which I happen to speak Then my order appeared. It was over 20 minutes after I gave an order for a sandwich. They are very disorganized!

now i remember why i stopped ordering from here, because they seem to get my dang orders wrong all the freaking time. their fries are good at least, and their onion rings are quite awesome. And when I called to complain, they were very nice about it and offered a free lunch and gave more coupons. Blah.

Sucks. My greek salad was regular lettuce with feta cheese on it.

At my job, we order from this place maybe once or twice a week. It is food, but not much else. MOst recently i ordered buffalo wings, but what i got was soggy fried chicken wings with some packets of hot sauce. Not anything what i expected. The time before i ordered popcorn chicken, which had no chicken in it, just hard, fried pieces of chicken skin, it was quite awful. I have gotten a good burger there, and the french fries tend to survive delivery fairly well, which is rare.

This place is out on the hairy edge of «deliverability». Located in an office complex on Marcus Ave, they have a great menu full of soups, salads and sandwiches. Apparently they decided to market to the outlying areas to increase their revenue and mailed out menus to most of the neighboring areas. When they get it right, all is well. When they get it wrong it can be a problem as we are out on the edge of what I call«deliverability» — in other words, can they get the stuff to me in a timely enough fashion so that the warm stuff is warm and all. Probably much better if you happen to work in the office complex that they are in.
