Please go to Taco Bell instead! American people do not know what is real Mexican food. This is really really… I mean, real bad place for a Mexican food. The place ambience is nice and good for a drinks but not for food! 2 star for the ambience. Food forget about it. I came with my beautiful Mexican girlfriend from Monterrey, damn! So embarrassed trying to impress my Mexican girlfriend.

We came here after a long evening of shopping at the lake success shopping center. We came in to grab some dinner. We were armed with a 4 year old and a 2 month old. There was a private party going on downstairs and the bar area was loud and packed. After waiting 15 mins the hostess walked us to a back room that was a bit more suitable for our situation. Once seated our who I think was awesome because you’ll never believe it, her name was Shana! How freakin great dinner was off to a great start already. We were presented with some sort of glacè that is meant to clean your palate(you know I love me a good palate cleanser). But this one was special because it was made with TEQUILA!!! Now this is heaven. For an appetizer we had corn on the cob smothered with what I’m assuming was cheese.(I don’t really remember) It’s also is something I probably won’t consume again. I ordered the tacos for my son who was having a mini heart attack because the shredded lettuce was mixed in with the cheese. Sighs a whole 5 mins picking out LETTUCE! For my dinner I ordered the shrimp burrito and he had the beef. Oh my lord they were the sizes of babies. They came piping hot and were so go oooooo. Nom nom nom(mentally reliving the delicious expolsion of flavors in my mouth). It was so good and so large we had to take the other half home. At the end of dinner my son was presented with cotton candy. Now that made up for the lettuce in his tacos. Good job K Pacho, Good job! I would definitely return for grown up dining minus the kids maybe even inquire about having a party

First time here for a get together with 10 friends/family. Atmosphere — fun Food — Better than I expected, the ribs were flavorful, meaty, and fell right off the bone, guacamole and chips was made fresh, skirt steak was average but not bad. Quinoa salad was bland for my palate. Service — Very accomodating and attentive to our requests. Space — Huge space, lots of patrons, lots of bathrooms, dimly lit, music high enough to have a conversation, tv sets tuned to 80s music videos, fun, and others tuned to sports. Lots of parking. Yes I would go back, not for the food by itself, since I would go to an authenic mexican place for that, but for the entire experience.

Food Factory/20’s Happy Hour, should be the sales Pitch for this place. Food was good, but nothing spectacular. We had a good time of course and the place is fun, but I wouldn’t go back… unless of course i was heading out for happy hour but it was too busy, too big, and service was too slow. Is good for large groups.

If your not too familiar with real Mexican food and have very low standards in your drinks than this is the place for you! I have truly never been to a place that from the outside looks so nice with beautiful décor and everything else from there is downhill! Food was below average and the drinks may have been worse. I ordered the Chicken Enchilada as I usually do in Mexican restaurants so I’m very familiar with how they are supposed to be and this was like someone who is used to driving a Infiniti and putting him in a beat up mini van! I ordered a passion fruit margarita which the waiter told me was one of her favorites and boy either she had no taste buds or she’s used to drinking virgin drinks because what I got was some weird super sweet purée with some cheap tequila. Very disappointed saying the least, need a menu make over and some mixologists in there pick up the standards!

We came here for dinner because I’ve heard from many people how great this place is. I was highly disappointed by the food, everything we got was mediocre even the DRINKS. Usually if the food is ok the drinks are superior but not here. FOOD: My boyfriend got the usual Mexican plate that he gets wherever he goes to any Mexican restaurant. He got the Chicken Enchiladas, It contained two very small enchiladas. Small enough for a lunch plate not big enough for a dinner one. He complained that the rice tasted as if they were made and re-heated, which to me seems as if it was made in a rice cooker and it was left there too long. I got the chicken burrito, not the best I’ve ever had but the tomatoes and the cheese helped the burrito a lot, the rice was ok but it was smothered with all the chicken and sauces so it didn’t taste as old as my boyfriend said. DRINKS: Both drinks the Patron and the Passion Fruit margaritas were again not the best, the Patron came in a small Patron bottle and very watered down and the passion fruit one tasted too fruity. What saved this place was the décor, it’s magnificent and the margarita style ice scream in the beginning. I’ll probably won’t be back, the food and drinks is not enough for the drive to N.H.P.

The food/happy hour here is awesome! From 3 – 7 they have a great happy hour including 5 dollar margaritas, sangria and 3 dollar beers! For appetizer I got the mexirolls and guac! The mexirolls are like a spring roll take on Mexican food, soo good! The guac isn’t anything special but they make fresh chips that are awesome! For my meal I got the veggie tacos, they come with gluten free tortillas. I would definitely recommend them! Overall this place has great service, super friendly waitresses, strong drinks and a nice atmosphere! I will definitely come back here!

I can never go wrong here. Love the guacamole. Tonight I had the quesadilla and chips. The white sangria discuss not have enough wine but I switched to the mango margarita. It was fantastic

After having my bridal shower here I had been dying to give it a try for dinner! We decided to come after a day of shopping. It was a Sunday night at about 7 so the place was pretty empty. The décor is incredibly different in the main dining area than it was downstairs in the party room. The party room is very modern where as upstairs has a very dark décor. There’s candles and a gothic style in the main dining room with large wooden pieces and tables with stools. To start we ordered the cheese fondue and the chicken quesedillas. The cheese fondue or flambé I should say came with pieces of pretzel and tortilla chips. It was pretty cool when the waitress brought the flambé to the table and lit it on fire. She even waited for me to come back from the restroom which I really appreciated! The pretzel pieces were amazing with the cheese flambé. The chips were somewhat tasteless. We really wished there were more pretzels. The chicken quesedillas. OMG. It’s been a long time since I had a good one and these were perfect! To eat we ordered the K pacho chicken and the agave glazed ribs. The K pacho chicken to be honest wasn’t my favorite. I confused it with another chicken dish we had at my bridal shower which I still need to figure out what that was. It sat on the side and we wrapped it up to take home for lunch the next day. Now on to the main event… the RIBS! Holy cannoli. Savory. Rich. Sticky. Tender. PERFECT. All of the above describe these succulent ribs. Oh, succulent… there’s another word! We devoured the ribs and nibbled at the incredible bacon cheddar corn bread that came with it. I would absolutely love to have those ribs again! For complete disclosure… my husband and I did have upset stomachs for the day following this meal but I do think it had more to do with our super rich choices and not with the food itself.

Out for dinner on a sunday night and wasn’t very impressed with the food. Very typical, nothing out of the ordinary. It was a bit to salty and everything needed more flavor. However staff was amazing. Very professional, yet open and friendly. Dim lit décor. Drinks were mixed well, no complaints. Probably the only reason I’d be back is for drinks and dessert. We shared the signature dessert, crispy banana Nutella torta with raspberry glaze.

I came to eat with a friend and found K Pacho to be okay. I appreciated there was a parking lot to get in easily. The décor is trendy and fun, and my friend and I were seated quickly. We ordered chips and guacamole, sangria, and tacos. It was a little more expensive than I expected for Mexican food especially since the drinks and food were mediocre.

This is a beautiful place. From the décor to the service to the strong frozen patron margarita I ordered, everything was completely awesome. I stopped in for happy hour after work and was greeted by a Buddha statue. Happy hour til 7pm and the tacos are amazing. Service was great and the people who work there are super friendly. They even have special events taking place ever so often. Check their website regularly. Plenty of parking space also as they have their own parking lot. Nice lounge areas and plenty of bathrooms if you need. Its like 9 or 10 stalls with their own door and lock so you can squat in peace Lol. Went downstairs to check out the catering area and it looks awesome. Nice for a wedding reception, looks very upscale. I’ll be back.

Came to K Pacho for a graduation party– so I was served buffet style food: a taco stand, a fried food station, steak & salmon. Wow, this is definitely a gem on Long Island. We had the back room but it was pretty packed outside the room. For those who don’t know, this place turns into a nightclub as night comes. The ambience and music was great. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and the place is so spacious– no need to worry about getting stepped on or rubbing sweaty arms with a stranger as you’re trying to struggle past them. I will definitely be coming here in the future during normal eating hours. All in all, you will definitely not be disappointed. Their bathroom is also really fancy shmancy with great lighting so you don’t have to struggle to take a perfect picture with your outfit of the night.

I recently had an event at K Pacho and it went remarkably due to management, staff, and high quality of service. Bill, the banquet director helped coordinate and plan my mother’s surprise 60th birthday brunch. My brunch was from 11:30 — 3:30pm. I had a private intimate room on the first floor that accommodated over 65 people comfortably. The atmosphere is very nice and beautifully decorated. The day of the party I was allowed in early to setup and decorate which relieved most of my stress. Bill was calm and collected the entire time, reassuring me that the party would go smoothly. I had the pleasure of having Jessica, my maître d ’ who was more than accommodating and always on her toes! Jessica has immaculate timing and had a positive attitude throughout the entire day. It doesn’t hurt that she made sure I had a drink in my hand the entire party too. My family can be quite rowdy at times but the staff handled it with smiles on their faces. The brunch selection for my party was delicious and very different, I had many friends and family compliment me on the location. K Pacho knows how to put a twist on a typical brunch! Drinks were constantly being poured, I highly recommend trying the champagne punch! The chips and guacamole were out of this world and it all kept coming!(FYI: I found myself in the kitchen a few times and it was spotlessly clean) I found the pricing per person to be very fair, there was more than enough food and drinks to go around. The wait staff tip is included with the price but the maître d ’ is not, please keep this in mind and tip accordingly!

I’m not sure why this place only has 3 stars. The food here is good, the servers are all attentive and there is free parking in the lot! I came here with my friend for dinner. We had guac and chips. There was so much guac and chips. No matter how much we ate, we never saw the bottom of the bowl. My friend had the strawberry margarita and I had the peach margarita. They don’t water down the drinks imo and it is perfectly done. We had a chicken fajita to share and there was just so much chicken. It definitely can be a shared meal with two people.

After having such a successful private event here I wanted to experience dinner. On a Friday night the place is packed in both the dining rooms and the bar area. The vibe is loud and energetic and I feel like the food and drinks reflect that. We were seated in one of the back rooms, which luckily was slightly quieter than the dining room out front. Our waiter was nice and just the right amount of attentive. We started off with the guacamole which is served with warm, freshly fried tortilla chips. It was totally addictive and I couldn’t stop eating the creamy guac and crispy chips. Our entrees were equally good. The chicken enchiladas looked on the small side, but they were decadent and delicious and very filling. The fajitas served in a sizzling skillet were a very large portion and the ribs were served with a slab of the bacon corn bread that was amazing. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. For dessert we shared an order of churros, which were 4 very long churros served piping hot with a caramel sauce and they were scrumptious. The cotton candy served at the end of the meal is totally fun and welcomed. I’m surprised by a lot of the negative reviews since my experiences at K Pacho have been anything but.

I am giving 4 stars for dinner. But 3 for the bar area! Dinner was great richard was our server. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. This lemon sorbet was compliments of the chef atop was placed some tequila. We ordered fried calamari and the aioli with that was delicious! I ordered the tropical salmon dish it was good very generous portion of salmon. It just had a little too much salt. The rice it came with was really good. I ordered the blackberry margherita. As out server said it was something new they might want to add to the menu. As with all their drinks here. They are very strong. The blackberry tasted like a purple jolly rancher! I also tried the mule drink. It tasted like a spiked ginger ale We were too full to order dessert After dinner we headed over to the bar to enjoy birthday festivities. But why could no one feel the AC on. It started to feel disgusting. dj was good and the bathrooms were clean. But you really need to crank that AC!

Spoke too soon… 24hrs later UPDATE: I was hugging a garbage can all day after eating here. Karma, for making fun of my friend who was glued to the toilet after we left the restaurant. I’m removing two stars, one for her and one for me. :(Won’t be back. Original Four Star Review: Expected a little low key restaurant and was pleasantly surprised to pull up and see the opposite. This is a really cute restaurant! Long bar, restaurant seating and lounge area. They play good music and my party of three was seated right away. It was super dim, I could hardly see the menu. The restaurant seating area seemed«date-nightey», while the lounge area was cool for large parties/dancing/drinks. I was hesitant to order food because of the Unilocal reviews, but everything that I ordered was good. We had chips & guacamole($ 12) as an appetizer, which came out in a cute bucket and bowl. Great guac!(I also just love guac.) The drinks that everyone’s raving about. They ARE decent but it’s 97% ice. I embarrassingly finished my margarita($ 9) in 60 seconds flat. I also ordered the patron margarita in the patron bottle($ 16) — NOT worth it… Unless, of course, you take the patron bottle as a souvenir cup like I did. I had the chicken burrito($ 15), it was yummy. I tried my friends sweet potato fries, which were also good. The waitress was nice, but one of the table runners literally tried to clear our plates(filled with food) about 8x. I may just come back here for date night with hubby.
