i mean its walmart… it is what you expect it to be. the staff is nice, and the pharmacy is spot on. gets the job done with good prices.

Horrible. Staff at photo center had a horrible attitude and so did the manager. Made a photo book and their printer was broken. They did not call to tell me. When I called ahead just to make sure it was there, I sat on hold waiting for the photo center. The auto service just transferred me back to the main phone operator who tried again. Waited on hold again. Then I finally just showed up and waited there for 20 minutes while Johanna helped all of the customers over the phone first(the irony). Then she told me the printer was broken and that«they called me to tell me.» They did not. By then, it was too late. No apology from manager or photo center staff. Walmart is the worst… so disappointing to see when the staff matches the reputation of the business itself… just cheap and crappy.

I like this Walmart WAY better than Danbury’s. The staff is friendlier and more helpful. The entire store in its entirety is much cleaner than others I’ve dealt with. Unfortunately I need to give them one less star because of their«new return policy.» I bought an oven mitt and it was so thin that it burnt through to my hand when I used it. I returned it a couple of weeks later with my method of payment because their website says that’s what you can do to return a product if you lost the receipt. Customer service gave us a hard time and said that we needed 1) the exact date I purchased it – I couldn’t remember so I had to look up in my bank statement and 2) how much we spent in that purchase. This policy is ridiculous so make sure you have your receipt and if not, then have your bank statement available.

well, it’s Walmart. They advertised a television, I get there, they don’t have any. Nothing even close. Ended up having to spend 50 bucks more. Didn’t have time to search for others. TV at home died. Asked manager what they could do, first, they didn’t send for a manager, a cashier, I expressed again for a manager, finally, no we can’t help you. Regretted not waiting. My thoughts, Walmart is if you have to store, nothing great about it. New Milford.

Nice, but could use some improvements. You have to search for ENGLISHSPEAKING workers, and the shoe department screams hurricane Katrina. I love the selection of clothes and video games however.

I’d rather go to the walmart in Danbury than the one in town. Frankly, this one is terrible. The shelves are barely stocked and they are always out of merchandise. If you check online for an item it claims it is in the store yet when you go there it is completely out. The electronic department never has anyone in it to help you get something that it locked on the shelf. If you ask photo department to help you they get annoyed and will call someone to electronics. The isles are constantly filled with pallets. I don’t think they put away any of their freight. They just push out the pallets into the isles and let people pull from them. It is sad because there is not much room for someone who is in a wheelchair or who has trouble walking. They only have three registers open at a time. It is always the Arabian girl, the elderly woman and the special needs guy. It gives me the impression that they stick the people who are not welcomed on the register while the other’s chit chat in customer service. Speaking of customer service that is a whole obstacle in itself. They will question why you are returning something, especially if it is electronic. The makeup selection also sucks and is never stocked. If you are an African american looking for foundation I wouldn’t come here, they only carry the darkest shade. It gives off the impression that whoever manages the beauty section is ignorant. Save yourself the trouble and go to CVS in town or go to the walmart in Danbury

this place is disgusting. I do not understand why WalMart as a corporation does NOT care how gross this place is. The door to the garden department has been broker for almost two years. FIXIT.

Update: I went to the New Milford CT Walmart, store 3546 on August 28th, 2015 at 9:00AM to pick up my prescription that I put in a request for a refill two days before the 28th so I assumed it was ready. I waited a couple of minutes before 9:00AM when the pharmacy opened to make sure that I would get in and out quickly. When 9:00AM came around, there wasn’t a pharmacist in sight and after one finally came to the pharmacy, it took him a few minutes to turn on his computer. As I’m still waiting for service, I look over to my right and see him helping someone else even though I was there before any other customer. At that point someone else came to the pharmacy to help and she questioned where everyone else was, I let her I know I was wondering the same thing. She finally assisted me, however, she stated that my prescription didn’t go through and that they faxed my script to my doctor two days ago and didn’t hear from him. I let her know that she should’ve called the same day after waiting a couple of hours after faxing the doctor the script so that she could actually speak to my doctor or his secretary. The cashier then said that she doesn’t call the doctors every day. At that point I was very upset, how could not go the extra mile and contact the doctor when you didn’t hear from them after 2 or 3 hours? She finally spoke to the pharmacist who didn’t help me at all the first time and he called my doctor and I received a prescription after 20 minutes. Why couldn’t they do this to begin with? Why should it take a customer who is standing right in front of them to make them actually do work and get the work done in a adequate amount of time? In the past, I have had many issues with this pharmacy and I kept giving them chances, this is the last time I shop at Walmart. I will be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy that is not affiliated with Walmart. I refuse to give Walmart any more business. I advise you to take action and do what needs to be done so that this doesn’t happen to any other customer. I needed my medication and this pharmacy couldn’t care less. What if it was heart medication? Would they be more prompt? I don’t think so.
