We rented beach cruisers for two days and were very pleased with the bikes and the delivery and pick up provided by the shop. Josh was very friendly and helpful and a real asset to the business. We will recommend this shop to our friends.

This surf shop is the real deal, no frills, no BS. Just an honest, old-​school, legit surf shop. Whenever when we want to rent a surfboard, bike or boogey board, we always stop in here. Terry has given me a few lessons and he’s so patient and calm. I’m still a terrible surfer but that’s no Terry’s fault, it’s totally mine. Nichols Surf Shop has their own shirts that are available to purchase, I always add one or three to my collection throughout the year. The shop is right up from the Flagler ramp right in the heart of New Smyrna’s historic Flagler Ave. There is a wonderful café attached to the Surf Shop as well, Nichols Surf Café.

Checked in for another week long stay in New Smyrna Beach. We decided to get a couple of bicycles and within the first hour the chain fell off one of the bikes. We placed a call to the shop and within 30 minutes they were at our condo and switched the bike out for another.
What could have been a customer service disaster was handled professionally by Nichols.
And, they had a better price than the big surf shop.
