Met a friend here for lunch here on a Saturday. Came in around 11:30 am and we were seated promptly. Service was good. Food was good as well. Ordered the Millhouse Sandwich with fries. Sandwich was delicious, but my fries could have been warmer. They were lukewarm to almost getting cold. Otherwise, our dining experience was good. Great ambiance and a very nice addition to New Ulm’s dining options. We will return.

Came in on a Monday night after work. Had a couple of beers and ordered my pizza. After about 20 minutes I noticed that the waitresses were filling their own drink orders. Seems the bartenders decided the nice weather was better than working and decided to get sick at the same time? After patiently waiting for over an hour, I was able to get the attention of one of the waitresses, she checked and noticed no Order for me. Seems they had hired a new manager a few weeks earlier and the general manager Angie decided to take a vacation. At this point I am sensing a theme. No one seemed to have a clue as to what was going on and what should be done, I blame that on poor training from the GM. Can’t remember the waitress who saved my evening but this is not the level of service I Demand at green mill. Will reconsider where I dine when in town again. Likely won’t be here.

The food was good, the service was ok, but it took over an hour just to get two cold sandwiches and two salads. I like the place but don’t go if your in a rush

Had a great dinner and a good beer. Just checked out the new restaurant tonight it was a great experience. What a huge change to the old holiday inn and it’s beautiful.

For a restaurant attached to a Holiday Inn this place is really cool. The bartender Mike is super cool and he’s a huge metalhead! The food here is very good with big portion sizes. Try some local beer that is brewed just down the road at the Schell’s brewery!
