My wife and I were in the area on a Saturday at noon and she wanted spicy food to fight her cold. They have a $ 15 all you can eat buffet, but we ordered a la carte. That was a mistake. The food took a long time to come out. Also, we forgot to ask for spicy and the curry was tasty, but bland. I got mulligatawny soup for the first time ever and it was quite good. I also had the Tandoori Platter(for two) and I could not eat it all. If you are going at luch, get the buffet. I assume that it’s all a la carte at dinner. If you want spicy, you must ask for that.

Great buffet! And impeccable service. Glad to have Thai options on the menu. The buffet offers many options so you aren’t limited if you don’t like a particular spice. And now with Thai options, it’s even easier to find something txt you will enjoy:)

Recently went to citrus on a busy night and it was a mess… These guys have a good thing going but they need help with management! I walked in ahead of my party of five to see if there was availability. There were folks standing waiting for a table but the gentlemen at the reception said he could seat us in 5 minutes and pointed at a table that was clearing out. I went out and retrieved my party and we stood and waited while the table was cleared. Once it was cleared one of the servers sat another group there! I approached the gentlemen who said we could be seated and he was very flustered — he was not keeping track of who was coming in, what he was telling them, etc. I started talking to the families around us(who I assumed were larger parties) and they had Been waiting 20+ minutes. This was a simple problem that would have been solved by just taking down names like every other restaurant in America. Get it together citrus, you guys are great!

Great Indian cuisine. A family favorite. Food is great in-house, or as take out.

Terrible food. It was my husbands birthday and it ruined the celebration. The pad Thai had huge chunks of cauliflower, carrots, celery, peas and broccoli. It was a mess. The curry chicken was watery and sweet. And to make matters worse, it was expensive! At least it felt that way!

This is the place, for people who seek some sort of variety. Asian food, with some twists of buffet and Italian thrown in the mix. The waiters we had were forgetful, hurried and were not fluent in English. Food smelled and tasted okay. Specialties were soups, noodles(pad Thai) and chicken, beef dishes. it was a clean and fun place– not much else. Bring your own energy. Location doesn’t earn stars on a loud intersection. Desserts were fine, very sweet and did not match the Thai-Asian milieu. All in all the different factors that make a dinner, did not cohere. We were a group of 5 and got less attentive staff. Couples place.

I’ve lived in the new windsor/Cornwall area for 9 years and have passed Citrus with the interest of trying it probably about 500 times. MANAM I PISSED I WAITED! Everything was great. The prices are not expensive at all. Food came out fast and the service was extremely nice. We ordered Malabar Lamb curry… awesome!!! It waz super tender, sweet and layered in spice. The Tomato soup was one of the best I’ve ever had. If you like garlic, you’ll love the soup. They even give you extra rice for your Indian or Thai food if you want. For dessert, the mango cheese cake was great! We also ordered the green chicken curry. It was better than average… although it could have had more vegatables… although based on how nice the staff is, I would think they would bring more if you asked. Also surprisingly the beer menu was plentiful and fairly price… all beers were either 4 or 5 dollars. I will most certainly return. …in fact I think I’ll become a monthly regular.

We came here for Thai food. The selection was a little limited, Leaning more toward Indian food. But the flavor was mostly there. Overall an enjoyable experience.

This place is spot on, chicken tikka masala was cooked to perfection. Very generous portions of chicken and the naan was awesome. Dinner started off with some crispy tortilla with sauces in the side. If you’re looking for quality Indian food, this is where it’s at!

The staff was wonderfully attentive and the food was good to boot. We ordered Goat Tikka Masala, Tandoori Medley(1 lg shrimp, 1 lambchop, 2 hariyali, 2 lamb kababs, and 2 chicken tandoori), an order of Hariyali chicken(Cilantro, Mint & lemon), and an order of Garlic Naan. The food wasn’t the absolute best-best Indian I have ever had but man it was what I needed! Shout out for the perfectly goat in the tikka masala!(that’s why you got the 5 stars) Overall, the food wasn’t spicy but still had flavor, which is nice when in a group. I can’t wait to go again!

We were in this neck of the woods and didn’t know where to eat. After a search on Unilocal,we found this place and we were grateful we did. Thank you fellow Unilocalers! Indian and Thai are an interesting combination so we decided to try it. We stumbled upon their weekend lunch buffet. I think the food was more so Indian than it is Thai. They did have this noodle available which resembled Pad Thai and it was good. Everything was tasty and the chicken korma was my favorite. Food was fragrant, flavorful but not spicy. **We prefer spicy** One benefit of it was, since the food weren’t spicy, my children were able to eat and enjoy with us. Service was courteous and the waiters were accommodating. We would certainly come back when we’re around the area.

Came here after a day out at the Dia: Beacon and the Storm King Art Center. Staff was extremely courteous. The mood was pleasant, everything very clean and orderly. Huge amounts of food and good spices and spicy levels to be found(I’m all about spice). If I lived in the area I would definitely come again.

Food: Awesome authentic indian food in the suburbs. I live in Queens, NY where the Indian population is pretty large and I gotta say this place hits it out of the park. They also serve Thai food but I will stick to the lovely indian people making what they know best. Beautiful comfortable restaurant, private larking lot, and attentive staff. We dined for dinner and ordered the tandoori shrimp, chicken tikka masala, and 2 chili garlic naan. All awesome! First we had complimentary papadum, a wafer thin spicy Indian cracker or flatbread, on the table accompanied by three dipping sauces. The tandoori shrimp came out on a sizzling platter on a bed of onions and green peppers. It came with 5 — 6 jumbo shrimp cooked to perfection. It also comes with basmati rice and a light cream curry sauce on the side to drizzle over the shrimp. The chicken tikka masala is your traditional cream based curry packed with flavor and spice. They could modify the spice level on all there dishes. The best part of my dinner was the naan. As simple as this clay even baked bread is the chill and garlic they spread on top elevates it to another level. I could just eat that alone with nothing else to interrupt it’s flavor profile. Still went perfect with my dinner bringing it to another level. Brew: They have a full bar with excellent beers from around the world. When eating Asian foods with high flavor profiles including chilis and spices I like to keep my pairing lite and crisp. I order the traditional Indian Beer Kingfisher. It’s the perfect pilsner(pale lager) to compliment the dense flavors and heat of my indian food.

Never been a huge fan of Indian or Thai but was pressured into going here today and I have to say — it was quite good ;) my kids have celiac disease and they had the pad Thai with chicken and I was told the soy sauce they use is gf and the chicken is breaded in rice flour so I was very happy about that! Very good food…

So I’ve been going here for some time and I love it. The place is kept clean and tidy and the servers are courteous and very attentive. I personally have never had to wait more than a minute or so to get a refill on a beverage or to pay a bill etc. The food is excellent. I personally recommend the buffet. It is great food at a wonderful and reasonable price. I love the different varieties here and they are cooked well:) I would definitely recommend this place to a friend… Just go… if you like Indian food you’ll love this

They took a long time to take our order. They forgot to bring us our drinks. I got one of their old menus. The food was just OK. Small portions. Both my order and my friends order had rice – they brought us one bowl and made us share the rice. I don’t plan on going back there. Sorry.

Came here with a group for lunch. Excellent service and food was good for the price. Wasn’t my favorite but would definitely come back. One of our friends Don Moreno was a first timer and LOVED it. He is now a converted Indian food lover for life. He actually is sitting next to me and can’t stop raving about the Vindaloo. What a wacky and crazy guy this Don is. He loves Indian food and Indian people. UPDATE: Since my last review Don Moreno from New Jersey has ate their 3 more times. He comes back from the lunch buffet and proceeds to tell everyone exactly what he ate. He insists on everyone calling him«Mango Lassi» after his new favorite and refreshing drink!

2 ½* Not sure what the hype is about! I may be spoiled when it comes to veg Indian and Thai food, but the food here was ok at best. Vegetable pakoras — these were ok but honestly my mom makes better ones at home. There were a few chutneys on the table, unfortunately the green chutney was totally bland. Red curry with tofu/veggies — I counted about 3 small pieces of tofu… so sad. The curry was too thin and not spicy at all. I’ve had better red curry! Mutter paneer — this was ok with a decent amount of paneer and peas, but it all tasted a bit generic and bland. This wasn’t a bad dish, just not very memorable. Chili naan — good and actually has a kick. Service was fine for us but it was a quiet night. Overall, I think this place is pricey for the location and quality of the food we tried. I’ve had better for less.
