KFC

Went here a couple of months ago and the food took forever to come out and there was only one person working. Went there today and again there was only one person working. She waited on two drive thru people and then waited on a guy who came in after us and yelled out his order. We walked out and went to Popeye’s. Won’t be returning to this location.

Based on my experience at this KFC recently, I will bet my last dollar that this location is failing.
I asked the cashier for a 12-​piece order of chicken, which KFC states consists of 3 wings, 3 legs, 3 thighs and 3 breasts. The cashier was told by one of the staffers that there were no cooked wings available, which I found very strange because there was a sign, prominently displayed, advertising 20 wings for $ 19.99 (it was Super Bowl Sunday). I asked the staffer how long it would take to cook the wings, and he told me it would take 20 minutes. I told him that that was an unbelievably long time, and I also told him that KFC was supposed to me a fast food restaurant. He gruffly gave me a litany of reasons why it would take so long, but I told the cashier I would wait for the wings to be cooked, only because that is the only part of the chicken my daughter eats.
I watched as the gruff staffer huddled in the back of the kitchen with three other staffers, and I went to my car where my family was waiting to inform them that we would have to wait 20 minutes for the wings.
Well, I waited 22 minutes and then asked the cashier if the wings were ready. She asked one of the staffers, who incredulously said, «Thirteen more minutes.» I complained about the poor service (in a firm but nonetheless polite and professional manner), and before I could cry foul, all 4 of the staffers who had been congregating in the back of the kitchen quickly moved to the register area and gave me the stare down of my life. I was so angry I demanded the cashier cancel the sale, which totaled $ 24.32, and went over to Popeyes, which is directly adjacent to KFC, and purchased the same amount of chicken, after a 5 minute wait, for $ 16.20.
Goodbye KFC.

Typical fast food restaurant — nothing out of the ordinary but nothing bad to say. Stopped in on a Saturday night and there was virtually no wait time. My order was correct, the staff were very friendly and polite, and the food was fresh. Prices were a little high.

This is the second time we’ve been to this KFC in as many months. Both times, the service at the drive in was so exceptional, I felt compelled to write a review. The team at the window was friendly, (in some cases funny!), efficient and quick. We joked with them while we paid for and received our food and they all showed so much interest in what they were doing and in their jobs, it was remarkable. This is a drive in window people! Really terrific. The people we dealt with were dedicated and a pleasure. While I might get a stomach ache from too much KFC (it’s soooo good!), the people at the window make it all worth while.
