There should be an option for NEGATIVE STARS!!! This place doesn’t even deserve one star!
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!! The owner is a straight up CROOK! All sales are final in this DUMP… They have LOW QUALITY shoes at HIGH QUALITY PRICES!!! I bought a pair of low cut motorcycle boots that I paid $ 60 for. When I tried them on again at home I noticed that the cheap material SQUEAKED when you walked in them. I work in the area of their 7^th Avenue store and went back in to inquire about their return policy, and both the sales girl and owner seemed confused by my inquiry. I was eventually told, «ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!» What kind of crap is that?! I would have been happy with just exchanging them for something that didn’t come off so cheaply made. If you’re going to sell CRAP, then you should allow your customer to return if they’re not satisfied with the CHEAP QUALITY OF YOUR SHOES!!! Instead of satisfying a shoe-​aholic buyer like myself with a return, guaranteeing my return to purchase other items, the owner just turned me away without any hesitation. They lost out on any future sales from me and/​or my family and friends. BAD CHOICE!!!
Now I’m doing my job to let potential customers know not to waste your time or money in this place! They sell cheap crap at pretty high prices! Worse than Payless!

This was my first stop after hitting the New York pavement. It took less than 5 minutes. The store had cute shoes in the window that invited me in. They have an medium-​sized assortment of shoes and some really cute rain boots with decorative mirrored crystals adorning the top. However, the remaining sizes were limited, much to my dismay. The store carries a small assortment of purses as well but I was in no mood to purse shop (extremely odd for me!). My comrades, however, purchased two cute purses that were priced right and we were on our way, looking to do more damage to our pockets. Still, my mood was not for purses. I tried on a pair of flats in three sizes, none were right for me so I left empty handed.
