I love compushine, the technicians there have complete follow through to a very professional installation. I couldn’t help but write this review after seeing only a negative one. Ive been working with them for 5 years, and thankfully they are always there for me. ive installed control 4 from them and honestly without their support i would have given up ages ago. since then, weve engaged them where i work and they installed and maintain our wireless network in a difficult space. thanks compushine. by the way all the cables are amazingly organized and they do very professional installations.

Highly recommended I couldn’t be happier w Craig and compushine. He gives his personal service and is always involved. They came in to fix a system completely mishandled by another horrible firm in port Chester. They are attentive knowledgable helpful and respond whenever I need them. Sebastian is fantastic and respectful and always knowledgable and willing to help. They are conscious of new updates and equipment and they don’t waste ur money Use them. You won’t be sorry

Thank you, Craig, for sharing your insightful comments-especially the one where you equate pulling RCA cables from a VCR to taking apart a refrigerator or microwave. I can see from that logic how you must value your clients’ intelligence. Entertainment systems were designed for consumers as «plug and play.» They are not radio shack kits that need to be soldered. In fact, a 5 year-old could set one up. I’d recommend that you take a note from Amazon’s terrific customer service which places the customer’s needs first… please also take note of their pricing. And for those reasons, I’m out.
