The bake ziti was great. I had it with the chicken parmigiana

I ate a slice of their cheese pizza after going to a Yankee Game and walking around in the sweltering 90° NYC heat, and it was like little baby angels made that pizza. Cheesy with a savory sauce and the crust was cooked just the right amount. It was absolutely everything I never knew I alwayd needed.

Great pizzas! I came here at night when it was empty and got the chicken and broccoli slice, garlic knots and spinach pie and everything tasted amazing.
There is many seating area in the store. So you will always have a place to seat, relax and eat. The service is also very good. I got my entire order in less than 10 minutes. That’s a thumbs up in my book !

Phenomenal mozzeralla cheese garlic knots! Their pizza is okay, but I absolutely fell in love with the garlic knots. They offer a standard variety of different pies that you’d typically find in a pizzeria.
I recommend physically going to the restaurant as opposed to ordering delivery. The first night that I tried to order delivery, the man went to the wrong street address and when I called the restaurant to verify, somebody hung up the phone on me. Clearly, their volume of orders must increase in the evening as opposed to the daytime. I had an entirely different experience the next time few times around when I decided to stop in for midday lunch. There were always patrons present, but there was never a line, nor was Famous Famiglia very busy. The restaurant is spacious and has plenty of seating for anyone that would like to dine-​in. Also everything looked very clean and newly redesigned. After my initial attempt at delivery, in person, the staff were all attentive and kind.

I think for the price (considering Manhattan) Famiglia delivers your standard «not authentic» Italian New York pizza. Its not great but its not horrible. Do not get the vegetable slice it was not at all appealing and had onions with an overwhelming amount of veggies! Stick with the regular, pepperoni, margherita, something along those lines.
The garlic knots are good, of course I’ve had better but then again what do you expect after all this is Famiglia, a chain.
The interior is pretty dark and gloomy. The seating area needs renovation.
They have a large selection of beverages to choose form everything from Stewart’s root beer to snapple.
Point to take form this, if you’re hungry for some pizza, and don’t have high expectations grab a slice. If your looking for that real authentic slice come down to Brooklyn!!!

I order here probably every week and they know my order. They even know who I am when I actually go there to eat. Everyone is super friendly and the guys are great at putting a smile on your face. Delicious pizza and it’s very clean to eat at since they had renovated it. I love their pizza it’s the best in New York and every time my friends try their pizza they all agree it’s the best. I wish I could give more stars but I love Famiglias pizza and I will never stop ordering from them.

The pizza is very good they give free refills surprisingly the place is very clean and maintained the staff is very attentive and not slacking.

Consistent good slices of pizza. I’ve had the regular, fresh tomato and mozzarella and the white pizza and I would rank them in that order in terms of quality. Reheats remarkably well, too. The regular has that good drippy cheese that makes pizza a favorite for me. Don’t expect gourmet, but for a good, quick slice, go for it!

Famiglo pizza is sooooo yummy! Every single bit of it! Also the service there is very friendly!

GROSS! I ordered a slice and they heated up the wrong one. I think they were trying to get rid of their old pizza. I took two bites and threw it out. $ 5 down the drain. I wouldn’t eat here its bland and gross

Famiglias gives you regular pizza shop service. Quick to order. I ordered several pizzas that night for the family. My extra cheese pizza was amazing as usual. I have been going to this location since I was a kid. Of course pizza is not 1.25 per slice anymore, but it’s worth the 3.25 every once in a while. Of course I will come back when I visit home again!

I prefer this pizza over the only other pizza place near us, but the prices are higher. It is pretty delicious.

Gross pizza. Soggy, heavy, thick. Came here for lunch — salad was lackluster.

Used to love this place, but just had stale/​hard, lukewarm burnt garlic knots with sort of melted cheese. Really terrible. But they’re friendly!

Literally grew up on this pizza. They used to be amazing and taste Incredible in my opinion.
Today it is good but not THE best. I’ve tasted so much better for less. The main reason I gave it two stars is only because of the new appearance, cleanliness and somewhat decent food.
Ate a slice and a Hawaiian slice (²⁄₅) both were Medicore. Also had HORRIBLE garlic knots, anyone who says they are good obviously never had real good ones. But they have become more popular because of the name brand and image. It literally has become the staple of American pizza. If you are new or visiting new York definitely attend a classic nonbrand location. However if you have the $$$ by all means go here. Spent $ 11 on three slices which just goes to show how pricey it can be.

Tried pizza slice and garlic knots– oily and lacked the flavor. Somewhat bland. I have had better.

The calzones are delicious. I personally like to do chicken with buffalo sauce on the side. They have a 7 $ minimum on Seemless which is awesome compared to most pizza restaurants. They also are quick!

Une pizzéria à la coupe qu´on retrouve dans plusieurs quartiers de Manhattan. Les pizzas sont pas méga affriolantes mais ça fait le job quand on a faim à toute heure.
Apparemment, ils auraient eu un contrôle sanitaire pas top mais lors de ma visite, tout était nickel et l’usage du gant à usage unique de rigueur. Le tout avec le smile et l’accent latino, merci!

Ugh… This used to be the go to place for pizza until they got a «C» for their health inspection grade (that’s the worst you can get). We used to go there all the time, but I guess things change. Hope they change back. At least Two Boots on Broadway has an «A», and their pizza is almost as good.

This was my first experience with New York pizza and I wasn’t all that impressed. Overly greasy* but a fair price. Eh.
*I’m not afraid of some grease here and again

So… ordered a well done pie with ground beef. No visable beef (try Cheesy pizza… lots of beef.,)
Decided not to go back because it’s all hype. Flashy demeanor but all façade.
They seemed to be closing one day. Peeled off all sorts of antique signage. Very historical but sad to watch the demolition. Then they put up a new Famous Famiglia façade, same hype more ego.
Still just a poser and I don’t like people who throw food. Gave my order to someone else while I was even watching it and waiting…
