seriously a hit or miss. I read the reviews… and they’re still a hit or miss… don’t order when they’re «busy» they tend to miss key ingredients… like the rice to your chicken&broccoli. or the gravy to my egg foo young (today!). I had a kid cry on me once cuz his egg roll didn’t come and everyone was eating except him. shouldn’t happen. I understand it can get busy but c’mon… how do you forget the rice.
anyway. this is the 4^th time in the last 2 months. super disappointing. I always tip well too. and really want to dislike the place cuz it’s a bit less greasy than others.
didn’t want to write a bad review. because when it’s good, it’s decent… i guess.
But this is the last time i’m taking this krap. I order all the time (3 times a week for a good 2 months earlier this year! I’m still ordering maybe twice a month and calling in to see if they’re «not busy», but now ordering from another place these days.) and they still can’t understand my address.
FYI, their «teriyaki» should be called something else. it’s just a soy sauce base on chicken, how do you get that wrong

Like the amount of Latin places, New York is spoiled for Chinese take away options. This one is worth SKIPPING. Even tho there are several bad choices around this part of Queens, there are a few decent ones. Keep looking.

This place has a great variety of Chinese fast food. It definitely isn’t the healthiest foods out there. They have reasonably quick delivery which is a plus.
This is a good go to spot for quick and cheap food.

This place is so hit or miss. I’ve had great General Tso’s from here, as well as delicious egg rolls. But that hasn’t happened for awhile. We ordered this week and the food was not good, in fact we ended up just throwing it out. I’m not sure i\I’ll be giving them another shot unless my craving for Chinese take out reaches desperate levels.

I am recovering from surgery and decided to order from this restaurant using an online service. I paid for the order with my credit card. The delivery person demanded that I give him a tip and would not give me the food that I paid for. I closed my door and phoned to online service to request a refund. The driver stood in my hallway telling my neighbors that I refused to give him a tip. The online service rep heard him banging on my door and advised me to contact the authorities. I then phoned the restaurant and told them to call their driver to have him leave the premises. She tried to speak over me and I told her that I was phoning my security office and the police. I heard his phone ring and I heard him speaking loudly to her. He left after 15 min. Never again will I order from this restaurant. They already had their money but to hold my order hostage and treat me as though I did not matter is something that will not be tolerated.

Food made me sick to my stomach. Never ordering from this place agian.

I Don’t recommend this place If you are looking for good Chinese food. Very very poor quality.

Best takeout around. Very clean and fast delivery.

Freedom Dove is a serviceable «take-​out» Chinese style place. Good food with a slightly different variety of food, which takes its diverse neighborhood in to account. In addition to all the Chinese fast food staples, they also have things like plantains.

This Chinese restaurant also carries some Japanese dishes and Pollo ALa Brasa.. A very popular joint located in the corner of Corona & the bridge leading to Hampton Ave. They have a large menu and have specials everyday. I’ve been coming here for years but mainly for take-​outs, if I haven cooked yet & friends are on their way… kind of thing!! n. My favorite is their House Special Lo-​Mein and their Teriyaki Szechuan Chicken. and Singapore Fried Rice (Curry) and Special Seafood Soup.
It’s nice to have a restaurant close to home that you can depend on when your kitchen is not ready to serve or you are not in the mood to cook. Not always, but once in a while.
They deliver too with a minimum order of $ 10.00.
