This GNC is close to my job and I’ve picked up some vitamins and dietary supplements here. I’ve also had to return a two pack of pills I purchased which had loads of caffeine in them as a stimulant — but they made me nauseous, shaky and gross feeling. They were great at taking my pills back and giving me a full refund within the 2 week timeframe but the guy at the cashier was incessantly pushy about getting me to do an exchange and get something else. It was Friday at like 5:45pm and I was clearly itching to do the return quickly and get started with my weekend. After I was all done and happy another guy who worked there also tried to sell me something, dude really? I’ll be back here because they’re the closest GNC to my job and I’m a fan of the franchise(for the most part) but there two knuckleheads were still pretty annoying in an empty store and clearly desperate to make a sale. I’ve worked the retail circuit and I’m telling you from experience, being pushy and having an «eau de desperate» is not how you gain customers and build patron relationships.
