Recently ordered from Go Go Thai. I received delivery Pad Thai, however when I opened it it was burned to a crisp. Literally black on the bottom. When I called them to get a new order, they were completely unwilling to do anything and would neither offer new food or a refund. They hung up on me and essentially told me to screw off. Never again.

I stopped by this restaurant for dinner by myself when I was wandering the neighborhood. There were small tables for 1 – 2 people as well as bigger tables, so it was nice to hang out by myself. The restaurant had a nice ambiance and the food price was okay — I think the price is pretty much the same as other Thai places in New York. But the food wasn’t as great as other places I visited — I ordered Pad Thai(basic, I know) that had too much sauce and was too sour. It’s nice that they offer shrimp as an alternate of chicken or other meat, even though shrimp wasn’t listed in the menu. I am interested in trying other dishes, but I don’t have enough money to give the restaurant another try: O

Ok so the atmosphere was pretty nice. A small, really small restaurant with seating that isn’t really so comfortable. The staff was friendly, greeted me and my friends with smiles. The food was not too expensive, and they didn’t take too long to prepare the food either. I have had better Thai, but it worked.

Came here for dinner, ordered the tom yum soup and drunken noodle. The tom yum soup was over spiced and over salty. Then i got chicken druken noodle(i ordered tofu). They checked their oder slip and replaced it. Second time around, i got tofu drunken noodle but it was inedible, over salted drenched in soysauce. If i wanted soy sauce i would’ve ordered pad see ew. The older women(likely the owner) was really nice and took it back. Third time around, they came back with a very sad looking under flavored noodle. I gave up, 3 times they couldn’t get it right. The food here is not up to par and if you are looking for authentic thai food, i’d not come here. The only reason why i’m even giving 2 stars is because he older woman was much nicer than the waitress. Our actual waitress never looked at us every time we needed something.

I am writing this as I eat my Pad See Ew right this moment. I decided to get lunch from here as I was craving some Thai food(and I heard Dee-Daa is not very good) so even though it’s a slightly further walk from the office, I decided(hoped) it would be worth it. The restaurant itself is really small. I went around 12:50 and it was quite cramped. I read a lot of reviews saying that the delivery is really fast, so I was hoping my food wouldn’t too long to come out. It got really busy while I was waiting. After 15 minutes, I went up to the counter and asked if my food was ready and apparently it wasn’t. I also witnessed an argument between a customer and a worker while I was there… Okay I’m digressing. Basically I waited ten more minutes and my food was not out yet. But I noticed that there were orders sitting on the counter so I went up to ask if my food was ready and the lady asked me what I ordered. She confirmed what I ordered was the food that was sitting on the counter so she said«Okay. This is yours.» and hands me the bag. I’m slightly annoyed at this point because it’s pretty obvious that I was waiting for a pick up order. It’s apparent that I had been there for a while. So why they didn’t decide to perhaps call out that the take out order was ready goes beyond me. I’m not expecting stellar service but seriously… –_– I come back to the office and open my food and it smells like burnt shit(literally tastes like burnt shit too.) It doesn’t look burnt so I’m assuming that the pot or pan or whatever they used to cook this was burnt and needed to be washed. Really disappointed considering the high rating of this place but I probably won’t be coming back. Usually bad food can be overlooked by great service or vice versa but this place clearly can’t do either right. I also usually don’t post reviews after one encounter unless it’s incredible or terrible… My experience here was quite terrible. Two stars instead of one because the food was at least edible and the worker didn’t punch me in the face.(My standards are really not that high)

Good enough that I’m ordering delivery again 2 days later. Fast delivery and it was GOOD. I’ll be a regular.

great price, full volume, good food and fast delivery. I like their pad see ew and tom yum soup. I am usually not a big fan of curry puff, but they have so far the best curry puff I’ve ever had. Not greasy, and very soft and at the same time crunchy.

A friend and I stopped in to Go Go Thai for an early dinner Friday night. It was about 6:30pm and fairly empty so we were seated right away. The place is cozy with 2 tables on the left side that can seat up to 4 each and then 3 tables on the other wide that can seat up to 10 total and 1 floating table by the window that can seat up to 4. We were promptly greeted and our orders taken. I ordered the tofu Drunken Noodle aka Pad Kee Mao and my friend ordered the Pad See Ewe. Our food came out quickly and in a bountiful manner but it was not up to par with the other quality and taste of other Thai restaurants I frequent. I love Thai food and could eat kee mao, in particular, every day but would not come back here to do so. I would give this place a 2.5 because the service was good, but not the food. It is not cash only here; we were able to use our credit cards.

Delicious thai… Had the jungle chicken wings… freshly fried but not greasy or dry. The sweet chili sauce was uneventful. Had the green curry with shrimp– bomb! Good creamy, spicy but not burning. Sis ordered the sweet & spicy chicken-bomb! Healthy, hearty plate. Also got white wine, good serving. Prompt service. Small, quaint locale. Cosy décor. Dark Brick & wood. Large clean bathroom. Overall, i highly recommend this restaurant. Affordable, delicious thai food.

Small but nice space with a genuinely kind staff. Food, accuracy in order/execution is lacking. You should go if… you’re in the area and looking for a lunch deal during the week.

Having always lived close to Hell’s Kitchen, I’ve become dependent on good Thai food. Pad Thai pretty much flows through my veins at this point. And being in Chelsea now, Go Go Thai has quickly become my go to. I usually order delivery from here, but the one time I went there, I thought this place was tiny and cute and the service was very good. We were there a bit later, and I actually saw the entire staff(including delivery guys) sitting together at a table eating dinner, and I just thought that was so sweet. Food wise — prices are good for the large portions. The pad thai here is very solid, but I’m especially obsessed with the peanut curry. Not a common curry option in Thai restaurants but being a peanut aficionado I love this curry(although I honestly don’t know how authentic it actually is). This is a great option for delivery because it’s always SUPER fast. I’ll be frequenting this business for the years to come.

the food is good but they frequently make mistakes with take out. You think you are paying for brown rice and fresh tofu but when you get back to the office or it delivered, whats in the bag is different: white rice and fried tofu. Make sure you check the order before you leave the restaurant or the delivery person leaves.

I had the pad see ew here. With vegetarian duck. It was all kinds of amazing. I can’t wait to go back.

Go Go Thai is a cute little restaurant you would take your date to during the weekdays, if you wanted to impress her with some Thai food. Weekdays is the best time to go because there’s not a lot of seating and weekends usually get pretty crazy. It’s a cute little, dimly lit, Thai-owned restaurant, but seating can get a bit messy. The food is pretty good. I had the pad thai and the pineapple fried rice. The pad thai had a very nice aroma but lacked in flavor. The pineapple fried rice was a bit bland and I wished for a bit more pineapples but it’s a very good place for thai comfort food if you just want a night out. The thai ice tea was very flavorful and I love the use of black straws! The staff is very friendly and considerate and I would love to visit again!

In general, the thai restaurants in Chelsea are pretty good deals for lunch. Most have lunch specials for ~$ 10 total. Go go thai is one of these. It turns out tasty thai food for the same price as most sandwich shops and fast casual restaurants. The restaurant is small: 5 tables for 4 people each. Lunch order: pad see ew chicken. $ 11

I think I found my Thai food delivery place. If I could rate this place 3.5 stars, I totally would! Prices are pretty cheap(average ~$ 11/dish) and they had speedy delivery. Between 2 hungry people, we ordered the chicken Pad Thai(spicy level 5), green curry(spicy level 6), and seafood fried rice(spicy level 7). We were not sure how spicy the«spicy levels» on the ordering menu was, so we ordered increasing spicy levels across the dishes. I can handle a medium level of spicy but level 5 was not that spicy, however level 7 got me chugging water if that helps others out! All the dishes were good and hit the spot for our Thai cravings!

I work in Flat Iron and am still looking for a good Thai place around work. I’ve done the food cart, Dee Daa(worst Thai food ever!), and perhaps a couple Thai restaurants around the area. I knew this place had good reviews, was a small place and prices looked good when I went in. But the food was good as well so this place definitely exceeded my expectations. Awesome prices, good food, service was efficient and friendly. Came here for a work lunch. Great to get a quick sit down lunch. I of course ordered the pad thai as that’s the dish of how I measure all Thai restuaurants. I also had their Thai iced tea and can taste the Thai tea flavor which I love. I can’t wait to go back and explore more of their menu. This is my go to Thai place around work.

Nice, little and cute Thai food place. I would like to come back again. I ordered drunk man with chicken not spicy. My friends ordered pineapple fried rise and Thai fried rice with eggs. It was perfect. Delicious, not spicy, not salty, not greasy and looks beautiful. We all definitely will be back here again. Definitely 5 stars. Good job

Tasty little Thai joint. I think next time we’ll just get take-out as the restaurant is actually quite small(only a few tables). Like most Thai restaurants you know they’re going to do some dishes really well, and others, well, not so good. In the former category falls their pad see ew(fried rice noodle with beef) and their chicken with cellophane noodle. Very tasty and very homemade tasting. In the latter category would go their roast duck curry(below average) and their jungle chicken wings(pretty good, but prolly something frozen from the grocery store, topped with sweet chili from the bottle at that same grocery store). All-in-all, a good choice if you’re craving Thai food.

Found this on Unilocal after my favorite Thai place in Chelsea suddenly closed. I always get the green curry with chicken… and VERY spicy! Yes, create of habit! :) I have ordered in, had food delivered and even ordered pickup.(Today was my first time to order directly thru Unilocal– SOEASY) 5 star on taste and prep/delivery time. Great prices and portions. 4 stars only because the place is teeny tiny so if you have a big group this might not be the place for you.
