products are so necessary when you, like me, have kids and pets! I
had used them to clean my area rugs and I was very satisfied. They
provide free pick up and free delivery service and their prices are
affordable.
I highly recommend them.

I used Green Choice Carpet Cleaning NYC recently for wall to wall
carpet cleaning and rug cleaning. My wall to wall carpet is white
color and my rug is cream color Oriental. My dog accidentally trucked
mud all over the carpet and the rug and Green Choice Carpet
Cleaning NYC did an amazing cleaning job! Both look brand new
again!!!

There were definitely some misunderstandings with respect to customer service, but I ultimately received a personalized follow up and I appreciate the company using this as an opportunity to improve in the future. Additionally, in order to accommodate my busy schedule, someone came to my home on a Sunday morning to deliver the rugs and ensure my satisfaction. My issues were resolved, and my rugs were cleaned and repaired satisfactorily.

We called Green Choice Carpet Cleaning NYC and they came over and picked up our rugs. After a week they brought the rugs back and they did everything we wanted and more. The rugs were free of dust and all the stains were gone. The price was very reasonable and saved us the cost of buying new rugs. We really liked their service and I recommend them to anyone who needs rug cleaning.

I was up visiting family in New York City and having a great time catching up with family and seeing the sights. I was staying at my uncle’s house and I dropped my coffee on their Oriental rug and left a big stain. I felt really bad because they were letting me stay at their house so I tried to clean it up but the stain just would not come out. Since the rug cost them quite a bit and they owned it for a long time, I wanted to make sure the stain was completely gone as fast as possible.

They arrived in a few hours right on time. They cleaned the entire rug and got rid of the coffee stain. I cannot tell you how good it felt to see the coffee stain gone. The bottom line is that they did a great job for me and very happy I called them.

A great team of workers! Green Choice Carpet Cleaning NYC cleaned an area carpet, all my air vents and my mattress because of a horrible chemical odor from staining and sanding work in the unit below me that infiltrated into my NYC condo and penetrated into everything. They were very efficient, and cleaned up as they went along .
Also they were willing to send someone out on a Saturday afternoon to assess my situation, and work with my tight schedule of availability in the city. The office actually called to give me a heads up that they would be able to come earlier than promised which worked out even better for my schedule. I have put them in my contacts list to use again for regular carpet cleaning and air vents maintenance for my NYC place.

I cannot say enough about the service Green Choice Carpet Cleaning NYC gave me. My carpets were a mess from the remodeling that was done in my apartment and there were plenty of stains. Oil and paints were dropped and my carpets look terrible. But Green Choice worked hard to remove the stains and got them out. Incredible! My carpets look clean and I am very satisfied that I called Green Choice.

I am very very impressed with how clean these Gary made my couch. It is many shades lighter than it used to be. I can’t believe how clean it is. Five stars! Get the shampoo clean if you want serious results.
