I’ve been a customer here for years but I am not going back. The only reason I stayed with them for so long was because they do a good job with french cuff shirts. Every time they give a pickup time, they’re never on time.
2 Weeks ago, I called to schedule a pick. The person I spoke to told me he had to call his driver and will call me right back. He never did. I called 2 hours later to find out the driver could not pick up my stuff that day. I asked if I could schedule a pick up for the next day and, to my surprise, the clerk told me I couldn’t schedule a pick up in advance and would have to call in the morning. I really could not understand why…
Anyhow, I played by the rules and called back around 8 the next morning for an 11am pick up. The driver never showed. I called around 1pm and was told the driver couldn’t come that day but he (the clerk) could schedule a pick up for the next day at the same time. That was exactly what I asked for the previous day and my request was denied. Mind you, he never apologized either.
The next day, the driver was MIA again and at that point, I had had enough. I had a trip planned to Washington, D.C. and needed some clean shirts. I was upset.
I called and asked to talk to the owner and was told he was not in. Did he have a number or an email where he could be reached? No, the clerk told me. He said he couldn’t provide me with any information but if I left my number, he would make sure the owner calls me. 3 weeks later, I am still waiting for that call.
I am looking for a new cleaners. Any referrals out there?

They cleaned my winter jacket and did a good job. I think it was $ 14.
