True disaster scenario trying to grab some medium fries for a friend, and the place honestly smelled like semen.

Worst franchise by a mile. The venue draws a lowlife clientele, half of whom never even order anything to begin with. My Egg White Delights were prepared with the thinnest film of egg white, barely thicker than a sheet of paper. This is truly a ludicrous product, even by their own low standards. Any product that can break the mold and have a variable portion size will inevitably short change the consumer here. While the thriftiness of the staff is to be commended by managers and franchise owner, patrons are advised to avoid. I will be sure to patronize one of the other ten thousand franchises in town. Not loving it, but in fact despising it.

It’s a McDonalds that doubles as an NYU hangout (womp womp) as it’s in the direct vicinity of Tisch and several other buildings. It’s relatively well-​kept, as McDonalds go. And boy were we grateful for it providing our fast food fix with short breaks between classes. You can’t pay for the overpriced burgers at Cozy *every* day…

This McDonalds SUCKS. The «manager» is a horrible, hateful woman who glares at customers who dare to order. On top of the beyond crappy customer service, they have a policy of NO REFILLS on ice tea. I have never been to a Mickey D’s anywhere with such a policy. Why do they do this? Because the tea only costs $ 1. What???
And the no refills answer comes with even more vitriol than taking my order to start with.
There are a million choices in NYC, be sure to avoid this one. Unless you like being rudely treated like a piece of crap.

Iced coffee with a side of attitude. You bet. Got a huge attitude from the woman behind the counter for asking for Splenda in my coffee.

I have never seen such a poorly maintained McDonalds. Broken tables, lights flickering like a horror movie and the denizens… Really sketchy. I interrupted what appeared to be a drug deal as I opened the front door. Just an armpit. Avoid.

Shame on me for trying to rely on this McDonald’s for anything ever.
Just went to this location to try to get a milkshake.
I asked for a milkshake from the employee. The employee mumbled something to the next to her, and then she turned around and went to the ice cream machine with a cup in hand.
She turned around, walked back towards me, tossed the cup in a trash can 10 feet away, and shook her head while looking at me.
I politely waited for her to find some form of respect and address me with words: «No milkshakes.»

their ice cream and milkshake machine is always down. crowded with rowdy rachety ppl at all times srsly where are they even coming from. will suffice if im on the brink of death and broke thats about it

Horrible McDonalds!!! I wanted something sweet after a bad day. I ask for a mcflurry the rude lady at the counter says the mcflurry machines are broken. Then I ask for a apple pie and she says they are out of Apple pies. How could a McDonalds not have at least one of these items?!? I said «seriously?» to the girl at the desk and in a joking/​mocking manner she says «yes seriously! Sorry!» So rude.

Worst Mcdonalds ever! I received my value meal and 5 packets of ketchup. When I asked for more, I was told that is the limit and I would need to order more food to receive more ketchup. SERIOUSLY?!?

Eh. Not bad. This one gets pretty busy quite often because it’s right in the center of NYU. This place is always open. I used to come here when I lived around the area and needed some late night drunk food. There are two floors, lots of seating space. There are also a lot of homeless people here. It’s not bothersome but you want to be safe around this area as well. This branch also has its fair share of drunks that come in late at night.
This branch is somewhat clean on an average day… maybe. They people that work here are really fast though. They’re used to serving a ton of customers during those peak hours.

The slowest mcdonalds I’ve been to in my life. Fries are often cold. Most «managers» are unbelievably rude. If you want to meet Bön Qui Qui from «King Burger» from the Mad TV tv show, just come here. You won’t be able to tell the difference.

This McD’s is alright. The biggest problem with this and pretty much any of the McD’s is the folks that come in.
Early in the morning it’s not too bad and the service is speedy, but a few times during lunch or evening they get overwhelmed with customers.
I like how there’s wifi and comfortable seating.
They skimp on the ketchup and keep it on lockdown behind the register, so make sure to ask for some when you get your meal.

I like how McDonald is updating their stores. The stores now look more modern and similar to a café.
I rarely ever eat at McDonald since New York City has a tons of cheap food that offered better quality. However my friend and I stop here for the buy one get one free Big Mac deal during memorial day weekend since both of us didn’t have one in years.
The major reason that I give this place four stars is the quality of the Big Mac. I wish I took a picture because the sandwich look exactly like they do in the commercials. It was a perfectly made sandwich in the fast food industry.
By no means it is quality food however it was great for what it is. Don’t think eating McDonald’s will make you fat. Just watch what you eat and just exercise.

Nothing special about this McDs. I was just hungry and needed something quick.

A group of about seven of us stumbled in here at 4 in the morning for a early breakfast/​late night snack. The place was extremely full. Service was slow, but I can understand, the people probably felt miserable with all the drunken halloween partiers

Really slow service even when its not that busy. During the afternoon this locations lines go pretty slow, to the point that I have to check the time over & over to see how much time I have left for lunch break.

Firstly, this mcdonalds has a cool design. Resembles a café. The service is horrible though. Been there 3 times and every time you can’t even tell where the lines are (unorganized), they should invest in those things to put up in front of the registers so you know who’s first and whatnot.
I also had to spend 10 minutes out of my 30 minute lunch break trying to get my money that they overcharged me back. Spoke to the manager and she REFUSED to give it back even with an employee yelling at her to do so (because it was obvious that I was overcharged)
Will not be going back there

A little more expensive and a limited $ 1 menu. They obviously know they have students around and charge accordingly.
Not too dirty, relatively fast speed.
Nothing really special here.

don’t know where else you can order, receive, and rush to catch a bus and have your food in hand!
