Between my daughter and I we have two MZ bags. We share. I wanted a red bag. I am always looking. These bags look good and are truly functional with the zipped pockets to carry metro card and cell phone.
The store is small. This store is the only MZ Wallace I know of in Manhattan. I don’t bother to look for others since this is a convenient location.
They have access to a basement for stock. I’ve never had to wait because a bag was not available in the store.
They are costly. We find they are worth the price. I call it dress for success!

Not only do I love my new Jane bag and matching wallet, I was so impressed with the customer service that I just had to put up a review! The Lex Ave store went above and beyond helping my mom order the bag which was a Christmas present for me, then honoring a price adjustment when just days later the bag went on sale. No questions asked, I was able to go in with a credit and buy myself a matching wallet. I will definitely be going back to buy gifts for friends and would highly recommend the Lexington Ave store!
