Pie Pie Pizza

The pizza here is no bueno! Yuckk, how can you go so wrong with pizza?

Yeahhhhh just tried putting on order in for the ‘Special no 1′, which I got off the menu section off this website. The guy who picked up said that they don’t do specials, that maybe I have the wrong number. I responded how, I called the number listed on Unilocal,when you picked up you said Pie Pie Pizza so I think not.
I let the special go, I then asked fine I’ll just get the chicken bacon ranch pizza, since the one good review on here was about that pizza. Dude said they don’t make that pizza…

Are you kidding me? Finally I said I’d just order somewhere else. He said ok, bye, not even fazed. WORST. BUSINESS. EVER. So sad cause I really wanted that chicken bacon ranch pizza.

The manager wrote to me about a year or so ago. I only now just read it. He explained the situation and offered to make it better. I wish I still lived in New York because I would definitely order from them again. So please ignore my previous negative review. If pie pie is still going I would definitely order from them again

Worst customer service ever, went in ordered a pie for my kids, the mexican guy that was there I have seen him always treat ppl rudely, but I just minded my
pizza comes out the oven and is dark really dark. i told him I need another pie cause I am not paying for an almost burned pie, he said I either take it or go elsewhere. then I n oticed he could not stand straight. the dude was drunk!!.when I asked him if he was under the influence his tone
which I said, just give me my money I will speak to the owner when I see
is ok. but not great.

Really, really disappointed! I’ve ordered from Pie Pie a couple time, and every time they forget something, but this they were terrible. I ordered a special which includes pizza, soda and garlic knots. My order arrives and my garlic knots are no where in sight, the plates and napkins are also missing. The delivery guy also seems to not know how to walk because my pizza is folded over on one side.
I call to let the store know about my order. The guy tells me he doesn’t see that on my order. So I say, I ordered a special and am told he doesn’t see that. Okay, so if I didn’t order a special, how did a soda get magically included with delivery?
Pretty much, he’s saying that there is nothing he’d like to do about it. So I ask can I speak to the manager. Manager you say? You know that person that runs the store, is MIA. I call the sister location and am told that the manager is away, but am given their cell number. So I call said manager, who tells me he doesn’t manage that store. He also says that there’s nothing he can do, and contact the other manager Bob. I ask when is Bob in? Great question, but that would also require a logical answer.
SMH, I will not be ordering again and will be removing the store’s business cards from my office TODAY.

It’s a really small place, sits about 7 people max.
I was nearby and wanted a cheap eat and found this pizza place. The pizza is fine, the crust was crispy and tasty.
I would come back here for a quick bite.

Apparently Unilocal has designated practically all of the good reviews as «not recommended», and one of the guys on here gave this place one star because of one bad experience after «used to be my fave».
So here’s a balanced review of my delivery experience, which was that my pizza arrived in 20 minutes after I ordered on grubhub, hot. It’s nothing special, but it is pizza, and I’ve had worse. Personally I would like a bit more sauce, but what do you expect from an $ 11 pie? Quantity, quality, service were all adequate.

It’s been almost a year since I last eaten with Pie Pie Pizza, and I am so happy I decided to give them another shot. Firstly, I want to thank Slo (owner) for getting into contact with me to apologize for the bad experience received last year, as well as offer me a voucher/​coupon for another pizza. I have not had this happen to me before, but he did this, and I am very touched by him reaching out to correct a problem. His customer service was on point! A+++ for being kind and understanding. He went above and beyond, even throwing in a few extra items!!! Thanks so much Slo!
Now on to the food:
There are not enough stars for me to rate how amazing the Chicken Bacon Ranch specialty pizza was. IT WAS PERFECT. PERFECT. Quality of the chicken, bacon… and ranch (lol) was superb. Fresh chicken! Crispy bacon. Really nice (homemade?) ranch dressing. But, what really pushes it over the edge, what made it a million times better than any other pizza I’ve had, is in fact, the dough. This dough is amazing. I’ve never had a pizza with this delicious of a pizza dough before! Usually I dump my crusts. I ate these crusts!
Half cheese/​half meat lovers pizza was also good. Great cheese to sauce ratio (more cheese than sauce)! Yum! Not to oily. The only reason why I wouldn’t give this a 5 out of 5 is because the texture– dough was a bit tough in some areas (overcooked a bit). But it wasn’t anything bad enough that it distracted me from the taste. Flavor was on point! For the meat lovers in particular, my husband would have preferred to chose the meat in the meat lovers pizza (but this is entirely personal preference and does not effect my rating whatsoever).
Last but not least, the small little pepperoni rolls could use… lots of cheese: P
Overall, I’d give the food 4 out of 5, but because of the full on amazing customer service, they deserve a big fat FIVE!
Oh, and you’ll be seeing a lot of me from now on (lol) I want another Chicken Bacon Ranch already! lmfao!

I have never been so appalled in my life. The single plain pizza I ordered took an hour and a half to arrive. The delivery man who knocked on my door appeared to be a drunken bum. After I took the pizza out of the heat sleeve myself (he didn’t bother to help) and closed my door, I opened the box to see each slice tossed upon another. I can only assume this pizza was thrown in the garbage and taken back out before being sold to me. Worst experience ever!
