Good low key spot. The slices are large slices. On a scale of 1 – 10 I would give it a 7 ½. Don’t get me wrong there good the spot is small good for a quick bite. It’s my second time here.

Just tried the grandmas pizza. Best I ever had. Awesome taste and it was not overloaded with salt. The side salad was great too. So much better then the place across the street for the childrens hospital. BTW I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so because the grandmas pizza was so good.

Great pizza. Just got 2 slices with garlic knots. The slices sure are big and so are the garlic knots. Very delicious, oh and I added extra cheese on both slices, and they do add extra cheese. :)

Its just ok. I just think their sauce lacked flavor. Seems like they just use tomato sauce out of a can and don’t even season it. Chicken was on point along with the Mozzerela on my chick parm. Sauce just ruined it for me.

This is a good place! In general this neighborhood is pretty lacking in good food. .. or any food. .. or much in the way of viable businesses period. That’s why it’s super special that a pizza place with large, nicely priced, tasty slices and good people behind the counter has landed here, just across busy Amsterdam Ave from Highbridge Park. Come by and have a big fat slice after some time at the rec center or pool. Enjoy the beautiful garden by the staircase to the women’s locker room entrance. Walk down the long staircase to the recently opened Highbridge to the Bronx.

Ordered delivery from this place on a Sunday night. Our order for the night? 3 slices of pizza: the house special, bianco w/spinach, grandmas slice, and the 6 piece bruschetta. The bruschetta was delicious and fresh, I wish we had more bread to scoop it up! We had no idea what the grandmas slice was when we ordered, but this was a good surprise as well. The crust in particular had a good texture. The house special was great as well, though the toppings may be a little overwhelming for some. I saved my bianco slice for the next day because I was stuffed, but this was tasty as well. Overall, I would order from here again, especially if I want delivery. Looking forward to trying a simple cheese or pepperoni next time.

The pizza here is not bad — not bad at all. My biggest issue was that I ordered pepperoni with my pizza(and paid for it too!) but definitely had no pepperoni on my pizza when it was delivered. Please check your orders before you deliver them! There is one very sad carnivore here and probably a very sad vegetarian somewhere else!

This pizza is amazing. Honestly. You can tell they use fresh cheese and have a perfect red sauce in their slices. The energy and spirit of everyone working is super sweet. Make sure you check out this local spot. It’s a must if your looking for authentic slices.

great slice of NY pizza. You wouldn’t expect a little gem like this in the Heights, but its some damn good NY pizza anywhere you put it. The place is run by italians and its a pretty damn good deal. Got a buncha garlic rolls and 3 slices for less than $ 10. Idk if that was a hookup or not, but I’m happy with it regardless

I had a bad experience my first time and put up a not so positive review because of a delivery issue. I ordered again because the pizza was pretty good, and when it was delivered, the owner himself came to my door and apologized personally, and the pizza was excellent. Best NYC pizza experience by far.

I just ordered from here and this is the best food I’ve had in a long time. The paninis and pizza were amazing. The brushetta was delicious. I called in for a delivery and the service was very pleasant and warming. He didn’t rush me off the phone and made suggestions. I grew up in this neighborhood and I’ve been looking for a great eatery. I’ve finally found one. My family and I will definitely order from here again.

Living in NYC usually you can depend that the pizza you order ranges from awesome to ok. I thought i would never say this about any pizza made in NYC but i have just order the worst pizza ever made any where. Grandma Pie from Slice Pizza. It was garbage!!! All ingredients came out of a can for sure. They have to be a money laundry place because they definitely have no idea how to make a pizza. They deserve zero stars not one. One is for submitting the review.

This is truly the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Their prices are very competitive. There as so many options when it comes to pizza in NYC, but when you find that one pizzeria that sticks out from the rest, you become instantly hooked. I think what is best is their high quality of ingredients. They do not skimp on the cheese, and they use fresh vegetable toppings. I really loved the big chunks of bell peppers and sweet cherry tomatoes. The(homemade?) Italian sausage was also a winner! Thank you for the great experience!

Love the pizza and the service. I’ve had the pepperoni, bruschetta and buffalo chicken. All delicious. Flavorful and perfectly portioned. All the gentlemen in the place are really kind as well. Worth the trek up!
