I have started using rose containerline for all my freight forwarding
And I’m really happy with the experience
They have amazing customer service
They have amazing rates
And the main thing is they are extremely honest
Which is all I need with the company handling my goods
Other companies out there would constantly lie but here they are just very honest

Absolutely never use Rose containerline for any of your shipping needs.
They held our container at the port in until they received payment which was not paid by our agent in USA in 2010.
While the containers were collecting detention charges at Nhava Sheva, ROSE CONTAINERLINE MARKED UP THESE DETENTION CHARGES 300%.
Instead of additional payments of $ 2,000, they charged us $ 6,000 just because they saw the opportunity.
Additionally, they refused to release the containers until they got the paid their ridiculously marked up detention charges.

Freight-​forwarding is a business where you want to work with honest people.
Neal Rosenberg is a major slimeball.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

What seems as a very reputable company with 20 years of experience, Rose Containerline is very vague when it comes to explaining and guiding their customers through every step of the complex freight forwarding process. We ended up doing the majority of the work releasing the cargo at the intermediate port ourselves, because Rose Containerline failed to disclose the additional fees and wasn’t present to resolve any of the emerged issues. And one more thing, beware, once they receive your money and if there is a dispute and even if you are entitled to a refund, you are not likely to receive it.
