This store is the worst of it’s sisters in NYC… The clothes are worn, outdated and yet when friends of mine have presented barely worn current designer labels they sneer as if you have handed them dog —-.Good luck to them in there «humble» location. I for one will pass on the snotty attitude and opt for the kinder locations…

I had an amazing first visit to this store. The girl who worked here greeted me, helped me out, etc. I spent over $ 200.The next 3 times the employees flat out ignored me. How much did I spend? Zero.
I may not carry designer bags all the time or dress nice every day, but I sure as hell deserve to be treated with respect. Greet me because you will not only lose one hell of a customer, but I will photograph you so your manager knows exactly which of you are incompetent at your job.

Good selection and the salesgirls were friendly. I didn’t take home anything this time, but I shall continue to work towards my goal of visiting every STA!

It probably could be a nice shop but the level of snobbery left me a little cold. Their stock is ok no WOW factor.

The only reason I’m giving this consignment boutique four stars instead of five– It’s a chain. There are several other stores with identical names all over the city and, being a bit of a snob, I prefer independently owned and thus «special» boutiques that lend through inflated prices a false sense of superiority.
But I’m an idiot for such snobbery– even though I shop at the above quote/unquote consignment stores frequently (resale = vintage) I am rarely overwhelmed by affordable and semi-affordable and also not-at-all affordable pieces that I would happily and with little resignation throw my money behind if I had more of it. There were 5 such pieces today, not including several pieces in the jewelry cases. AND EVERYTHING WAS SUPER DUPER ORGANIZED ACCORDING TO COLOR AND STYLE AND SIZE. Do you know what that means? No rummaging!!! There will never be enough exclamation marks to celebrate my enthusiasm for that last bit.
Everything was final sale– I’m pretty sure that’s across the board but you might want to double check.
