In NYC there is a Soft Ice Cream truck parked on every city block. They are everywhere! I find it very convenient compared to the regular ice cream man who drives around a local neighborhood with their annoying music. Over in NY they are just parked downtown by local shops.
I think its a great business during the summer as many tourists come every year for vacation or for business. On my way to Central Park I promised myself to get one. Let me tell you. totally worth the calories! hahhaah They had many choices of how you can get your soft serve. Either with toppings or just plain. I chose to get mine dipped in chocolate. Wooohooo worth every bite!

This ice cream truck is always at the intersection of Prince and Broadway and is easy to find because it’s white and red (unlike Mr. Softee trucks of blue and white).
They serve classic soft serve ice cream and frozen yogurt as well as a variety of package ice creams classics, smoothies, and milk shakes.
My favorite thing to get is chocolate soft serve on a cone with rainbow sprinkles. Very few things cost $ 3.00 and make you this happy.
