Crappy warm up coffee for $ 2.12. You never get what you ask for but heat up coffee instead, you ask for dark rose, light rose but is not even fresh brew, it taste horrible

Although this location is relatively small, it’s approximately 20 feet away from my job on the UWS. So I do appreciate the convenience of it being exactly right there. The barista was very courteous, quick and scanned my phone as I ordered my beverage. I did not wait a long time for my drink and I’m glad I was able to receive it in less than five minute. My only gripe would be the misspelling of my name even when I spelled it out. That happens all the time but not enough to not come back. I hadn’t realized that Starbucks has increases their prices for a simple tall frappuccino. It cost me about $ 6. No wonder I don’t really drink my calories.

Very solid Starbucks. When I go to Starbucks, I don’t go for the food or the drinks. Those are always mediocre and a little overpriced. When I go to Starbucks, I am looking for a place where I can work on my laptop to get something done, and I buy something small to be polite. Starbucks doesn’t always provide awesome customer service, but all the baristas I’ve interacted with here have been friendly so that’s another bonus!
This particular Starbucks location is reasonably spacious. I’m not sure when Starbucks made the change, but they are also now using some kind of Google wifi connection. This new wifi service seems to work significantly better than when they were using AT&T. In the AT&T days, the WiFi would often disconnect at random times or work slowly. No problems here!
If you come here to get some work done, beware that there are a limited number of plugs, so if you need to charge your laptop or cell phone, you must strategically select your seat.

If you got a minute on your hand read the hilarious reviews below. Well, nothing like that happened every time I stopped by there for a cuppa. It gets busy around 8am so if you decide to come here to get some work done make sure to get in early.

I’d just like to give a shoutout to the dumbest baristas in the USA. I came in here looking for a day-​old copy of the NY Times for an article I needed. They had a used copy on the recycle pile. I nicely asked if I could take it and they actually said «no.» I said, it’s yesterday’s Times and it’s already been read and you want me to buy it? You’re just going to throw it out. I just should’ve taken it. So much for being considerate. But seriously, Kev, have some common sense.

Note to Starbucks corporate HQ:
Please consider making the liquid sugar available at the condiment counter.
I ordered a cold brew here and asked the barista for some sugar and she looked like she wanted to stab me… and herself.

I visit this Starbucks when I am on this side of the town when I am hopping on the subway. There are never seats available in the location because they are all pretty full. The baristas are quick in making my drinks but there is nothing truly memorable about this Starbucks compared to other that I visit often.

This Starbucks is fine for grabbing and going, or perhaps even a quick bathroom break, but don’t expect to go in there and set up camp off the bat if you’ve got computer work to do or a good book to read. I’m not sure what it is about this Starbucks in particular, but the way some people spread their stuff over tables and counters is the equivalent of «man-​spreading» on the subway. Most all tables are your average small and circular two-​tops, but goodness, the way some singular people will take over a table all for their own is incredible… incredibly inconsiderate.
Props for being right at the 103^rd Street 1 Train’s east — side — of — Broadway exit, however.

Columbia students you’ve been warned! Do not go to this location if you’re planning on studying/​working for an extended period of time. Apparently this Starbucks treats their communal area like the subway: priority seating for women and children. I was plugged into my music and hard at work on my laptop when a barista asked that I buy another drink or leave so a mother and her 14-​yr-​old daughter could sit at the table I was occupying.

The dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. I’m really surprised that the staff couldn’t care less about the cleanliness of this place. While I was on line a woman told the young lady that was taking orders about the condition at the coffee condiment counter. She went on to tell one of the guys that were making coffee but it didn’t seem like he cared too much. He said «ok» and continued doing what he was doing. It wasn’t even busy!!! I’ll attach a picture below. GROSS!

The service is pretty good day, tables are full all the time people never leave and service station were milk, straws, napkin never clean and the milk always finish I think the only time that every clean when the place is close

On a midwinter Tuesday at 11 AM, this location was relatively quiet. Not enough seats, but my companion came early just for that purpose. Near Bway subway.
Products sold are no different than elsewhere.

It’s a Friday on a mid-​morning that was not particularly busy but it took them forever to get my drink! I’m fairly certain it was a full staff– 2 on register and 2 making drinks.

Having been here as a customer several times, the staff are friendly, helpful and customer-​service oriented. Most of them are young folks (maybe 18 to early 20s year-​old). It’s a small place but clean and quiet.
It’s next to Sporting goods store, TJ Max, and other stores around the area.

Ugh!!! I HATE that this is the only starbucks/​coffee shop in the area. AND of course, i live across the street!
I go to starbucks every morning for coffee by my office in midtown. They are like a well oiled machine! In and out — no issue and they know my order. I couldnt imagine going to THIS starbucks during morning «rush hour» when I’m on a schedule to get to work or some place else. I only try to go here if I dont have time/​want to make coffee at home and have 20 minutes to kill… because SERIOUSLY this is how long it takes to get a grande non fat latte with 2 splenda! absurd! there is always a line! i’ve missed trains due to the lackadaisical attitude behind the counter.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE starbucks corporate STEP IN and help this locale out! they need better management or something to get their act together! they are hurting the starbucks brand!

Love this location. We often stop here when running errands or taking a walk on the UWS. It’s on the corner, so it’s a great place to relax and people-​watch. Drinks are always good, & the staff is very friendly.
My only complaint would be the amount of seating. Sometimes, especially on rainy days and after-​school hours, a seat is pretty hard to find.
