Lol worst Starbucks on the block… I usually love how sweet the workers are but Katera needs to chill with her attitude.

this is the worst starbucks in new york!!! we orders mobil order and waiting for forever! i also couple times then they just do it!!!
also, the service is so so so bad! feel like they hate their job! especially one of the girl! and! when we ask them question they just showing impatient face! i do not know what happen for them, but this is not my first time that is why i write this review today!!!

Worst Starbucks store ever, workers are rude, feel like they all HATE their job. Coffees was under filling. I used mobile order and when we arrived about 10mins after I made that order. They said «we don’t have that», not because the item was out of stock, they just didn’t make it and don’t wanna make it.

THIS IS THE WORST STARBUCKS!!! They all hate their jobs. I used to work at a starbucks so I can tell if a barista is being lazy when they make their drinks. I watched this girl make peoples drinks and she was doing it so poorly. she was pouring the syrups in different cups and using it again instead of starting over. If i’m going to pay $ 8 for my coffee I expect it to made well!

Decent starbucks location as far as coffee goes. Coffee was consistent with other locations in terms of flavor. I had a tall latte and about two hours later a grande iced coffee black. Service was acceptable, but nothing special. Bathroom was relatively clean, whereas the rest of the location was a bit dirty. Had difficulty finding seating as it was limited due to a great deal of folks sitting by themselves at tables while using laptops or other electronics.

Service is extremely slow. They charged me for a drink and sweets first, and then told me that they don’t have a drink. So she canceled the whole order for some reason and let me know. So I ended up waiting 15 minutes for the order, which eventually was wrong, and it took me another 20 minutes to get it right.

Unfortunately this location gets 1 star because You shouldn’t give something if it’s stale. I’m a student and especially during finals it’s really hard to waste time going back to complain. Hey, it was only about $ 2 but as as student every bit counts! So please make sure you check your products and don’t sell them if they are going bad.

Employees are extremely rude and the service is slow. I asked kahryna a simple question about a holiday drink and she responds by shrugging her shoulders. Shouldn’t employees know about the products Starbucks provides? This store is located conveniently by my college but unfortunately every time I come here the service is poor and rude. On a brighter note there is a Starbucks on every corner in Manhattan.

Just tried out Starbuck’s mobile app’s beta ordering system and I am delighted at how great it works. After I matched my location, placed my usual tall soy latte into the app, and paid, I was given a time range of 2 – 5 minutes for the drink to be ready. I received my drink right on the 5 minute mark and I was really impressed! My drink was just like usual and the sticker even says mobile on it :)

I came here last week to help a coworker grab coffee and some truffle almonds as she was unable to step away for lunch. She specifically gave me two $ 5 bills (and I remember this because I asked her, ‘wow, what do you want at Starbucks for $ 10?’). I ordered the coffee and the cashier rung up the almonds and it came out to be $ 5.60 total. I handed her the two $ 5 bills and she ends up giving me $ 0.40 change. I was confused so I said to her, «Excuse me but I gave you two $ 5 bills and you only gave me 40 cents in change.» She proceeds to say, «No, you gave me $ 5.» I say, «That doesn’t really make any sense. If the total was $ 5.60 and I gave you $ 5, then why would there be change given back to me?» She then goes on and tries to change her story to say, «You gave me $ 6.» So, I basically stood there while she tried to take another person’s order until she chucked (yes, chucked) $ 4 back at me. It was one of the most ridiculous things I’ve experienced.

It’s Starbucks; it’s consistently familiar, same beans, same filtered water, same smell, same atmosphere as every other Starbucks. But the partners as this location are some of the most emotionless shitheads I’ve ever come across in New York. And that really says a lot. I thought it was a one time thing, but after a few visits and a few more emotionless interactions and cold stares, I suppose that the partners here are either pod people or really unhappy. Granted, it’s Chelsea, so I’m not sure who they have to deal with on a daily basis. Maybe I should have more empathy. I’m sorry I called you shitheads. Mostly.

Typical Starbucks with decent service… If you don’t have your mind made up be prepared to get the cold stares due to the fact that first off… You’re in Manhattan and everything and everyone is in a rush.
This Starbucks has a loft where you can catch up on some work, conversate, etc. This location is also very convenient to the 1,2,3 Train located literally 50 away to steps and a short walk to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden (5 blocks).
Last of all… Be prepared to wait in a big line!

Love the staff Brandon Jeoff Naomi always know my order and name and are very fast, they never mess up my order sweet staff seems very at home this starbucks. Highly recommend, the line moves fast and there is an upstairs.

Sometimes after a long trek home after being stuck in Lincoln Tunnel traffic you are in need of a cold iced coffee and a bathroom. Thank goodness for Starbucks!
As I had just returned from client visits in New Jersey, and dropped my car off at AVIS close by after sitting in an hour of road rage inducing traffic just going a few blocks out of the Lincoln Tunnel I really needed some caffeine and a bathroom break. Badly.
Good thing there is always a Starbucks somewhere in sight! I am so happy that Starbucks has placed their locations all over town for coffee and an occasional bathroom run. As I was walking back to my office I stumbled upon this one in the nick of time.
Decent looking location, clean, with an upstairs seating area and free wifi.
I purchased an iced coffee and was also able to use the surprisingly clean facilities. Only one bathroom here though. Service was quick with a smile and I was on my way. Even though it was busy they kept the line moving quickly.
It’s right across FIT so be aware of the students occupying this spot for the wifi.

I like this Starbucks! The staff are really nice. THE line moves very quickly. The bathroom is clean. My fellow customers are friendly. The a/​c is blasting. Yeah, baby!!!

I like this Starbucks a lot. It has decent seating for NY and the upstairs area is quaint and relaxing.
Across from FIT and that’s a big plus especially for night classes.

Starbucks in the morning is always a good thing. This location is busy and the line is long but the baristas are super fast too. They keep the line moving and the coffee flowing. The free wifi is a plus. There’s only 1 bathroom so that’s a negative but it’s clean so that’s a positive.
Enjoyed a nice cup of hearty oatmeal and a soy chai latte.

It’s across the street from FIT and everyone goes in here wether they’re coming from Penn Station, Amtrak or school so it’s really freakin crowded every time I come in.
That being said the line does move pretty fast and my drink tastes great. I go to FIT and there is a Starbucks on campus, I go here instead because they’re nicer employees and my drinks always taste better.

For a chain not to have it together in this area is just odd to me.
I’m basing this review on other Starbucks in NYC. So far the Starbucks that gets it right is my favorite on Columbus and 72^nd street. This one is on the lower end.
Now I know the chain gets swamped. This location is always packed. The staff is friendly but needs a fire under their buts to move quicker. I know I’m getting a «corporate» latte and it’s not a slow brewed artisan latte. But I come here for speed and consistency. That’s why we go to Starbucks, the pumkin spice latte tastes the same (or is suppose to) no matter where you go.
This place looses the details. If you ask for a bag they just hand you a bag and not package your items. It’s small but annoying. They are slower than others in getting the order and the consistency of the drinks is off.
Over all… It’s below average

My girlfriend and i usually come here everyday after lunch. It’s a good store but today the counter lady (Milli Tilli) made us feel uncomfortable. My girlfriend and I were talking about Starbucks and the first time we’ve ever had Starbucks. It turns out that it’s actually a kinda fun conversation to have. We asked Milli Tilli when Starbucks opened — what year it opened. She wasn’t interested in answering our questions at all. She was really cold and gave us a look like: order your food, I don’t have time for this: kinda look. Kinda ridiculous if you ask me. It really screwed up our energies. That along with the the improperly mixed drinks made the experience bād. :(how friggin hard is it to be nice and push buttons? Have pride in your job. If you don’t like it than find another one. Right?
Seriously, it drives me f#^ing čræżÿ when my great mood is effected by someone else’s bs.
