If you are in a hurry and you need a great team of professionals to assist you with your color printing needs or shipping and receiving package needs, this is the store for you! Great staff! Clean store! Office supplies in a pinch. Fast service! I will shop here often even if I’m not in a hurry.

It seems like the people who work here really hate their jobs. Only use this location if you have no other choice.

I’ve gone here twice and been underwhelmed twice. First time I arrived no one was there for so long, I almost left. Then the guy was not pleasant about giving me a UPS pack. (?!). Second trip was worse, I arrived 20 minutes before last scheduled pickup time. As I was about to go, the clerk mentioned casually that my package would go out «tomorrow» well on a Thursday that means Monday delivery, not Friday, in business that a big difference. I asked if there was another location and he just shrugged and offered no help. While standing there, I looked up another store phone number (located at 33^rd) to inquire. Good thing I did! The other location was polite and helpful and they *did* care enough to to get my package out on time, even though it was 15 blocks north. I’ll never go back to the 18^th & 7^th location — they just don’t care.

I live on the next block from the store and use their services frequently. I must say that the young men and women working there are always so helpful. They will fill out my forms, assist me with the copier, etc., and are sweet and cheery. I buy my shipping supplies in there and they help me select which boxes are better for shipping a product. If you live in this area, please stop and check out their services. They also have mail services and drop off and pick up packages that are prepaid but need shipped.

Contrary to what I’ve read,
Dianne was quite straight forward and efficient and I got my shipment request done on the spot in 10 minutes.
Ofcorse the earlier you arrive the better your chances are

This is the worst UPS store ever! The system does not allow for no stars otherwise i would have chosen that option. I needed a printed, bound report for a meeting. I called the store and spoke to a manager that provided an email address for me to send the file i needed printed. I sent the file with all of my contact information. The next day i went to pick up my printing on the way to the meeting. needless to say it was not done, let me rephrase that it was not even started!!! The lady called the «manager» i spoke with the prior night to ask about the project. She stated they didn’t even have the proper binding equipment to bind the reports. I attended my meeting empty handed with no reports. I will NEVER use this store or UPS again. I will always use Fed Ex Kinkos or Staples. Be forewarned consumers!!!

Two stars only for ups. They always have better delivery services.
However, the woman who was helping me got the shipping label printed wrong, 4 times. I printed my name and my address and she just have to type them in. 4 times. It is very simple lol. Probably will never go back.

Do not get anything notarized here. They do not know what they are doing. She told me she was certified in the state of New York however when I went to the county clerk to get the document authenticated they told me they do NOT have her signature on file and I have to go to Kings County to get it authenticated. This is the second time this has happened to me (first time was a notary at a pharmacy on 19^th &9^th). Make sure the notary is actually certified in the state of new york and that they have the signature on file at the county clerk if you need to get it authenticated.

Two people «working» in the store — one guy sitting in a chair and staring, the other woman standing around some boxes in the back who looked slightly more productive.
I was dropping off two pre-​paid boxes, and the woman gestured for me to leave them on the counter. I then politely asked for a receipt, requiring her to walk about ten steps to the counter. She gave a huge sigh as she scanned the package and printed a label and said to the silent sedentary guy — «with the drop offs if it’s lost it’s lost. We’re not responsible.» As if I had really put her out by asking her to do something.
I assume this was somehow related to the fact that I asked for a receipt — and that she thought it was useless for me to ask for a tracking number? Wow.
A completely useless and hostile place. Next time I’ll just drop it off with the friendly UPS guy.

This store offered me one of the worst customer service experiences, EVER.
I walk in and there are two employees at the desk. The one who was standing acted like I never even walked through the door, and the one who was sitting in the corner looked at me — then looked away.
I stood there for a few seconds when the woman sitting in the corner finally started grunting to me about where to put the label (I think?). I then asked her if she knew if the box needed to be taped (it was pre-​packaged Verizon VIOS box), and she notified me they would tape it for $ 2.18. Not only did she not really answer my question, I asked why they would charge that, and she continued to grunt that I could buy tape and do it myself. Not once did she get out of her chair to explain to me the «policy» or offer an alternative, more accommodating, option in order to retain my clientele (I live literally around the corner and spend hundreds of dollars a year on shipping).
Eventually, they let me walk out with the box, and I walked back home to tape it up and bring it to another UPS store over 10 blocks out of the way. Charging me $ 2.18 to put two strips of tape on a box is pretty insulting.
While I would normally assume this disgusting execution of customer service occurred because they did want to retain any additional customers, the store was completely empty.
I am disgusted this store is even in my neighborhood. I will definitely be choosing FedEx or USPS in my area in the future!

Never going back. Never, ever, ever. I understand things can get busy at times, but when there’s a line of people almost out the door, and only one person helping customers while two others are having a deep conversation about whatever bar they went to last night, it can be a little annoying. I used to ship stuff here all the time, but the UPS on 6^th is a much more manageable hassle

I go to this store every other week to send a letter home to my family internationally.
The staff knows me and has all my information saved so i can get in and out in under 5 minutes. I usually deal with a very pleasant woman named Dianna
This is a city that customer services is non existant. Fortunatly for us this store is an oasis of customer service.
I am a loyal customer to this store and i really recommend to anyone looking to ship a package or letter to go here

When water runs dry…
My workplace was out of UPS Ground shipping labels whereas I took the initiative to go to a UPS facility in hopes of attaining some. Low and behold one UPS employee was on staff in the morning hours with a line of four customers waiting, until my turn to achieve nothing. «We do not have UPS labels, you would have to log-​in and print out them. Everything is done online!!» I have no idea what the stupid password is to my workplace account, which is why I came here who offered no other suggestion. The woman was cordial yet blatant and, of course, utter useless to my situation.
Note: Lesson learned from my workplace regular UPS guy, all UPS Stores are independently franchised and purposely do NOT carry shipping labels as they do not profit from distributing free labels. It’s one thing to not carry basic shipping supplies but it’s a whole different issue when it boils down to rudeness and lack thereof poise in communication with customer service!

Had to drop off a package because 3^rd party sellers on Amazon suck. Got in and got out in 2 seconds. Thanks guy!

This store doesn’t offer notary services, even though they advertise that they do. Fortunately I didn’t make a long trek over here. The bank across the street will gladly notarize for free though (even if you don’t have an account there!)

Horrible service, never open on time but of course closed on time. Rude employees sleeping on the counter ignoring you until you ask for help. I had a box here they constantly held back my government check for fun, every month on the 1^st no check. This store really needs some ADULTS working there not the little girl and here high-​school friends! Don’t waste your money because they will waste your time, i am currently working on a mail tampering charges on these kids if they want to play adult games they should face adult responsibility!

THE WORST! I shipped two chairs from here to California. I paid an exorbitant fee to have them packed because I did not want them to break and I figured they knew what they were doing. Sadly, no. Both chairs were stuffed in boxes with styrofoam peanuts and BOTH chairs broke. I called the store to file a claim, which they said they did. Again, no such luck. Once I called the main UPS office I found out that no one had called from the store. After countless hours on the phone, I finally was told that I was being issued a check for the cost of the chairs. Apparently UPS sends the check to the store, then the store is supposed to send it to me. This was over THREE MONTHS ago and still no check. Every time I call, no one is able to help me. I have requested that the manager call me back at least half a dozen times and I have yet to receive a response. I have never in my life received such appalling customer service. I will never ever again use UPS to ship and I would advise others to do the same. Whatever you do, don’t use this store. The employees obviously don’t care about their jobs or helping you. You will regret doing business here.

It’s a well-​documented fact: no one enjoys moving. This being my third move in less than three years, I like to think I’m getting a little more composed about the whole affair, and learning a few tricks to smooth the way.
One such trick? UPS!
Two moves ago, I was relocating from San Francisco to Washington, D.C. and I was a mess. I procrastinated like mad about packing, convincing my friends that instead of helping me pack, as they’d volunteered, we should instead get crispy tacos from Nick’s and watch Law & Order.
What I discovered, though, was that if you can get it into a box, UPS can get it to where you need to go. Thirty something boxes and a week or so later, all my stuff arrived in the nation’s capital. The cost was around $ 500. Not bad for a cross country move!
This move I had considerably less stuff (moving a lot makes you pare down your possessions.) My pal came from New Jersey with his Ford F-​150, loaded my nine boxes in back, and drove me to this UPS location. The woman behind the counter kindly added tape to all of my boxes and got them sorted with proper labels. Her sweet demeanor put me at ease. And less than $ 200 later, most of the contents of my New York life are on their way back down the East Coast. I’ll be sure to update when they make their safe arrival.
Now, I wonder what options UPS has to ship internationally…
