7-Eleven

I come here a few times a week to grab an iced tea to start my morning since it’s near my work. The older guy that works there recognizes me each time, though we do not know each other on a first name basis yet. I remember I stopped coming here for like a month and when I came into the store after a while of not coming in, he actually said «hey we haven’t seen you around in a while!» and it made me feel like he cares about his customers. The people that come through in the mornings seem to love him too because I heard one of them this morning chat with him in a casual way like they’ve been friends for years. He’s probably the reason why I like coming to this 7-​Eleven because most other places don’t really care for their customers.

Rude service! I came here with my boyfriend to redeem money from a scratcher and then buy one more. The guy gave us the money for the scratcher we brought in and when we asked to buy another one he rudely said «why didn’t you tell me that you wanted to buy another one, look! [points towards customers] now I have a line and everyone is waiting!» seriously? Am I not as valuable as any of the other customers in line? Ridiculous and terrible customer service! I was very angry but I politely said «Hey, you don’t have to be so rude next time,» and I left, but what I should have done was knocked over all the things on his counter before I left! Never coming back again.

My daughter and I drove out of our way to go to this 7 – 11, since the one by our house always has two druggies outside. The clerk here was extremely unfriendly, and then as we sat in the car and watched, checked to see if any of the Giants gear we were looking at was missing, and I’m pretty sure he got my license plate number, too. I paid $ 17 for milk, water and Gatorade… Why would I need to steal a hat? And where would I have put it? In my imaginary purse? Or maybe down my pants in the aisle NEXT TO THE WINDOW? Give me a break. BE NICER TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND THEY MAY COME BACK. I think I’ll stick to my regular 7 – 11 and deal with the tweakers who hang out in front of the store.

I don’t know what the other review was about but the service was great when I went there. The employee was very helpful & got me ringed up in no time. Great 7 – 11, would go there again.

Anything for a buck here. the check cash was closed so i asked them if the reload Netspend, nope But the guy behind the counter showed me some prepaid cards that they can load, then you go online at home and transfer it back to your netspend card. Hell no it was not true, i go back the next day and they had the” you bought it, you got stuck with it” attitude… so from now on if i ever need anything i‘ll spend less than $ 10.00 if i ever get hard up.
