I was here this past weekend to add an additional line to my family plan, and switch numbers on my current phones. Ricardo was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. He efficiently completed switching the numbers on all the phones, and explained the additional charges on my bill to me. We even chatted about photography after discovering that it’s his hobby. The location is in Newark, so I would recommend to hold tight to your bag after you walk out of the store, just to be on the safe side. I was actually advise to do that too by Ricardo.
