Virgin Mobile

We have been customers of virgin for well over a year, for basic phone service (voice & text) they work just fine. However when you want to jump to a smart phone that is where the difference of some phones stand out. The Z T E models that Virgin sells (whoever they are …) more than ¾ of the apps on the phone do not work in the USA. So in effect you have a paperweight that looks good but doesn’t work. Plus the dang thing updates all the time, even with all the data systems shutdown the updates still keep coming in and with each one the phones characteristics of the phone changes, of all the smartphones I have ever seen I have never seen anything like this, so we opted to send them back and just keep our basic phones.
