I went to this store to buy the new samsung galaxy s Ill. Since they did not have an left I brought a loaner phone till they got some more of the phone I wanted. The sales rep said loaner phone is $ 50 & sim card $ 20. So the next day I called another TMobile to see if they had the samsung galaxy s Ill & they had it. So when I went to buy the phone and get my money refunded for the loaner phone. The sales rep at the other TMobile told me that sim card come with the phone and is not a separate charge. That I was charged for a red box speaker & I was never give a speaker. I then when back to the first TMobile store to get me money back for the speaker but the mangers is telling me he can not give me me money back she was suppose to charger me for the sim card because a sim card can only be used once. So I took the speaker because he would not give me my money back. I want every one to known that if you go to this TMobile stare to question everything 3 times and read everything very slow because their sale rep will get you to buy stuff for them self to bring home.
