I tried the Brazilian steak bowl and it honestly got everything wrong. It was a very frustrating experience: the stake is not easy to cut, the presentation is not pleasant, and the taste is bland. Sandwich or salad here are ok, but If you want something more that a sandwich or a salad, then you better go to another place.

Went during a Friday morning and it wasn’t busy at all! On the outside it looks really expensive but really you won’t spend more than ten bucks on a decent sized flatbread sandwich and drink. I had the tandoori chicken flatbread which was amazing! The whole grain bread was nice and toasty too. Good flavor overall. My friend had the wasabi beef sandwich and he was pleasantly surprised at how authentic the wasabi tasted. We wanted to try the s’mores but we didn’t have enough time: c Cosi seems like a good place to eat and I’ll definitely be back soon.

I find this place surprisingly expensive relative to the portions, and the quality of the food doesn’t do it for me either. The bread is always a little on the dry side(not as tasty to me as Panera, which I still am not a huge fan of) too, and the food here always tastes, for lack of a better descriptor, corporate… in that I feel like I’m eating something provided by an industrial food service supply chain, rather than really fresh ingredients. If I want a quick, fast-food lunch, I’ll go up the road to Pita Pit. But it’s possible for me to spend $ 7 or $ 8 here and still not get full. There are places on Main Street, like Santa Fe Mexican, where you can get a nice sit-down lunch for this price. This place is competing against so many top-notch offerings, I really am puzzled at how it survives. I was dragged here by someone else wanting to eat here, and now I object when people suggest this place. I’d rather support any of the independent restaurants and cafes on Main street. I think they are cheaper and have better food.

This is a solid place to go for a quick lunch. The sandwiches and salads are good. They even have bottled bear and wine if you want some booze. I love getting the pesto chicken sandwich with black pepper chips. You can carrots but I tend to gravitate towards the chips. The customer service is great, never had a problem with it. It can get really packed around lunch time(11am-1pm) so keep that in mind if you don’t want to deal with college kids.

I wasn’t really impressed with the food here. The sandwich I got kept falling apart and it wasn’t that filling either. I don’t think I would go here again

What to say… In the big Panera — Cosi competition, I think Cosi takes the prize for their ability to serve wine and beer, and their tasty flatbread sandwiches. Just a cut above. But it’s still feels like a chain! Duh.

The food here is really good, the place is clean and relaxed and the employees are all very friendly. I like that this place caters to many different types of people, not just UD students like so many other restaurants on Main St. I’m not really one for tomato or basil, but the tomato basil soup is simply the best. When I had to go on a liquid only diet after a surgery, I lived off of it.(Or at least, I attempted to but then I ate it all in one sitting.) The sandwiches and melts are also really good. Salads are also decent. The only thing on the menu not so good are the smoothies. After 5pm every day they have different specials. For instance, on Thursdays they have a pizza and beer special(yes, they do serve alcohol). They don’t have waiter service, but they give you a number for you to put on your table and they bring it out to you. I wish more restaurants used this sort of service. And free Wi-Fi, too!

Really fast service here. I recommend the tomato basil soup with some whole wheat bread or the Asian salad. Even the salads are somewhat high in calories, so I’m glad they are clearly posted. To me cosi means a good panini.

I came to Cosi mostly because there was a sign out front of a delicious sandwich(I seriously doubted it was a legit photo). I was blown away. They don’t have a great selection of food to choose from, but everything there is delicious. I got a thin crust margherita pizza, and was given a number. They quickly put my pizza in their brick oven and brought it right to me when they were done. The sauce, crust, cheese, and fresh basil made the pizza great. I love their method of service, but there prices are a little expensive, even if they do give you a lot of food. I will be back Cosi, with a hungry stomach and open mouth!

I had a great experience at this Cosi. I think they’re up to par with the other franchises that I’ve visited and the egg sandwich I had for breakfast was phenomenal. I also like the new method of service they employ. When they take your order they give you a number to post on the stand at your table, once your order is done they then bring it to you. Maybe they could possibly utilize this at other locations, it seems to work pretty well in a busy environment.
