The people at this store have such great customer service! We walked in, it was busy as heck, but they still made the experience very personable. My bf’s sister and brother were on the hunt for some more Pop Funko figurines(cue exasperated eyeroll), specifically woody and buzz. Well, they had buzz, but we didn’t find Woody. Someone came over and asked us what we were looking for, and he was kind enough to check in the back. Unfortunately, they had one, but it was reserved! However, the employee then checked the computer and found that more were shipping, so the one they had in stock, they gave to us. Super nice. I can’t quite remember all the names of the peeps who helped us, but I think Brian and Chris were two of them? Or am I just naming Family Guy characters? Either way, they be homies. Even on a crowded ass Sunday, they were smiling and helpful. Good job GameStop!

Terry, Alfred, and Cindy rock! They were helpful, great to talk to, and were definitely looking out for my best interest.

I absolutely hate these stores just based on my previous experiences getting games for my kids. But this one is the exception. Very nice sales associates and they are very helpful with your gaming questions. Even when the store is super busy, they take the time to help you. But the best thing is they go the extra mile with the customer. For example, I called about an older game and they said they had it but only the disc. I got there to pick it up and the lady said she found the case and booklet. Just great! I didn’t even have to ask! Just a small thing like that by the sales associate goes a long way with me and earns my business for future purchases.

I’m a frequent customer at this particular GameStop I get most if not all my games at this store. The employees there are all friendly and like to engage in conversation with customers. You might think that the conversation is about selling stuff to you but that is not true. I spent a good twenty minuets talking to the employees about rpgs and horror games. I think this is an experience and not some transaction.

I really liked this Gamestop because of there nice game collection. The only negative thing I have is the small size of the shop. Other then that I really liked this shop and I will continue to come here.

I don’t usually come to this location because I technically live closer to the one on Jarvis. However my friends wanted to go to the midnight release of Dragon Age 2 last night so I tagged along. From the minute the store was reopened and we were let inside I was amazed by how great the two guys working that night were. Maybe it’s easier to bond with the staff if you actually know games and whatnot, but they were quite nice. Both the manager and another worker was there last night and I had a great time chatting with both of them about Pokemon, rpgs, and what not. They were very energetic and nice even though they were there working after hours. So I think this location, while the size of a shoebox(though they’re looking to get a new location), is pretty good. I even got my PS3 here when the Jarvis one was sold out and they were really helpful. Plus one of the guys working there is cute so maybe that’s inflating my review a bit…

I came to this store with my son for his 2nd Pokemon gym leader battle. I was surprised the store manager, Andrew, was so nice, fun and passion with every kid he competed with. The customer service for this store should be much higher than 5STAR. Now, I just understand how important it is to have a local Game Stop store in your neighborhood. If your kids are big fan of Pokemon gym leader battle, come to New Park Mall and you will be amazed by this battle community.

Another customer friendly gamestop. I am not a gamer, I just went in to sell some games but was very impressed with their customer service. The one on Christy in Fremont is also a good one too.

They offer the worst customer service, the prices are riDONKulous, and everything is just crammed into a small space. They didn’t even carry the new Cooking Mama game; What the hell is that about? This game stop definitely does not give the power to the players.

It’s nice to have a videogame store close at hand but these days most of my game shopping is done online. Nonetheless, GameStop is a good place to kill 15 minutes while at the mall. They carry games for all the latest consoles like PSP, Nintendo DS, PS3, PS2, Xbox360, Wii and of course the PC. Prices here are usually easy to beat elsewhere but deals can occassionally be found if you dig around. They do carry some rather odd videogame collectibles which can make it worth a trip. My biggest complaint about Gamestop is that it’s just too small. It can get very crowded very quickly. It would be nice if they opened bigger, more spacious stores.
