One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever written been to. No public soda machine. They only have ketchup in packets, which is very environmentally unfriendly. And I got a fish sandwich today that had *half* a slice of cheese on it. Really? Can you get any cheaper towards your customers? I’ll go to Burger King or Wendy’s next time.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I can see why their establishment only has a 2 star rating. I was in the drive thru, line was a bit longer, but since I grew up in the area I’m familiar with it, which wasn’t the problem. The problem was, I waited behind a family who received their food but waited by the window, 7 – 10 mins later they received their final item which was a McFlurry. After that, they drove off allowing myself and the 5 – 6 other cars behind me to move up. I pulled up to the window, was not greeted but was told my balance and asked for payment. Once I paid I was handed my card back and handed my kids 2 happy meals. Upon opening the kids meals to check everything, I noticed the fries were cold and extremely empty. I asked the attendant how long my food had been waiting on the side for me to receive it and he mentioned 7 mins. I asked to have fries to be full and replaced with warm fries, the attendant did and then I had to ask for my receipt. To have all other guest wait in a long line and attendants not ask previous people in line to wait on side to keep line moving is just not ok, it’s not ok to give a very tiny box of fries as it is half empty. But to be cold and empty is a problem. I then drive off to realize I was never given my kids meal drinks. I call the location to explain my situation and explain how irritated I was about the experience and having to be inconvenienced and drive back, Dennis the manager passes blame on the«other manager» who was running the drive thru. If they’re both managers, they are both responsible for the establishment. The interior of the store was completely empty, not one person. There’s no reason why Dennis passed the blame elsewhere when he also was in charge. I reached the store, I asked who the manager I was speaking too was, Dennis admitted it was him. When I asked why he passed the buck on the other manager, Dennis mumbled things under his breath about me and walked away ignoring me. I feel he does not know how to run his establishment, nor does he know how to accept responsibility for errors in his establishment. Dennis did not offer anything to make things better, in fact he made them worse. This is completely unacceptable.

This McDonald closes earlier then the time it says on Unilocal which is 2am on sundays. I got to the drive thru 1:23am and was told ‘Sorry we’re closed’. Fix your closing time on Unilocal so other people don’t fall for the same trap!

Slowest drive thru! Drive thru’s are supposed to be convenient and supposed to be faster than going inside but at this location it seems to be the total opposite!

slow drive thru service. this place does not have the snap efficiency of the other stores. always slow. we were the only one in the drive thru today but was still forced to wait, by the time they asked us to pull forward without explanation, there were seven cars behind us. then after two cars got their food, i got out of the car to see what was up. they asked me what i was waiting for. i said my food, and the bag was handed to me with no eye contact and no apologies. for two meals, it should not have taken that much time.

The best fries in the world… when it is still hot. After 5 minutes, it doesn’t taste good. It’s like you’re eating something that you’re not supposed to eat…

Very good service. My wife and I brought our two little daughters to have their first happy meal. Lalaine was very friendly and make us feel at home. Will definitely come again!

A bad experience in this store. Three things I don’t like here: Firstly slow service, have to wait unexpected long time. Secondly is the high temp, it’s even hotter than outside, seems the A/C is out of function. Lastly is the extremely small than regular McWrap with too much ranch, which makes it so sour. One star is all you get here.

I’m not the biggest McDonald’s fan, but I do have a thing for their hamburgers/cheeseburgers and sundaes. Came here for a late lunch so I didn’t want something too heavy. Mini meals for less than $ 4. Can’t beat that! It’s clean and cheerful in here and the free wifi is a plus!

Typical McDonalds. Not bad not exceptional. I usually just come here for coffee but today had a Big Mac meal. Came out to $ 7.00. Wow when did that happen? All in all is was good and the fries were hot.

This is the closest McDonald’s from my house. Whenever my kids want a happy meal, we would come here. Parking spaces are limited but you can always park by Mi Pueblo and walk here.

I don’t know why anybody would be willing to eat such flavorless garbage. It is loaded with salt, fat, sugar, GMO«food» and chemical additives. The billions of slaughtered animals that serve as the lifeblood of this corporation are raised in hell-like conditions. Workers are underpaid and unnecessarily stressed by poor work conditions. The atmosphere is exceedingly mediocre with décor devoid of any aesthetic appeal. This malignant leech on humanity is feeding children. If parents wish for the healthy development of their children’s minds, I would expect them to also wish for the healthy development of their bodies. The environmental destruction caused by this cancer on society is also going to harm our health. Eat up, yum yum!

Asked for a menu item with no tomatoes. Employee told me no tomatoes come on the item. I received the item. There are tomatoes on it. WTF?

Went through the drive through one evening to buy a McChicken and a McDouble and fries. The two burgers were hella hard… like it was hot and it was hard. Like dam son, I ordered a sandwich not a hot rock. By the time I noticed and wanted to confront them, they were already closed. It was like 2:30am or so. Don’t think I will be coming back here soon. McDonalds is good, but not this one.

Came here for lunch around 1:00pm on a weekday. A guy was waiting for his food, so I was the first one in line waiting for my order to be taken. An employee brought the guy his food, then disappeared. The guy went and found a seat to sit and eat, leaving me standing alone at the counter, waiting for someone to take my order. Several staff were buzzing around behind the counter. There were three registers at the counter, and nobody was manning any of the registers. I stood there. A minute passed. The people behind the counter were buzzing about, always keeping their heads down and facing away from the counter so as to never acknowledge that anyone was waiting for someone to take their order. A young kid, maybe around 12 years old came in, stood near me as he looked at the registers. Not clear on whether I was waiting for food or waiting for my order to be taken, he asked if I was in line. I said«yes.» He stood behind me. We waited. –and waited. I think the staff were servicing the drive-through, because they absolutely ignored those of us waiting for our orders to be taken inside. After a couple more minutes, I left. Outside, there was a McDonald’s guy working with [I think] a construction guy on something(I’m not sure what). I asked him if he was by chance the manager. He was very courteous and identified himself as the *supervisor*. I simply said«I have a question. How long should it take, when you’re the first person in line, inside at the counter, for someone to take your order?» –He looked confused. I added helpfully: «you know, like on average?» He said«I dunno.. .maybe 15 seconds?»(again he was very courteous and seriously considered my question.) I replied«Yeah, that’s what I’d think too. But there’s nobody taking anyone’s order at the counter in there. I waited for several minutes and there’s just. .. NOBODY taking orders. You know, it’s my lunch break, and I’m hungry, and I came here because I actually like the food.(Shoot me, I like McDonald’s food.) But now I’m going to Wendy’s across the street. Thanks for your time.» He winced a bit, and offered to go inside right now and help me. It was a nice offer, for certain, as I’m sure it’s not his primary job responsibility. I thanked him, but made good on going to Wendy’s across the street, where my order was taken immediately and filled in less than a minute. I’ve been back to Wendy’s a couple more times within about a week. Always fast service there. I can’t say the same for the Newark Blvd. McDonald’s. I mean, I’m there to SPENDMYMONEYONYOURFOOD. All you need to do is.. . TAKEITFROMME by taking my order. I drove to your restaurant on my lunch break. I parked my car, and walked in. Am I *seriously* the guy you want to turn away because nobody was taking orders inside? One star.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a filet a fish meal and when I get to the window she hands me a mcdouble and a some other dollar burger… wtf!!! They need to utilize their order screen so the customer can see that they are getting the orders right. At the very least they should repeat the order back to the customer. Never going back to this location and I hope the owner of this franchise reads this. That girl needs to go back to making French fries!

Usually no matter which McDonald s I go to, the food is at least fresh, and I even came here at peak dinner hour. But not this location. I ordered the Angus burger and fries. The bun was so stale it made eating the burger nearly impossible. and they had put so much mayonnaise on it that it was just gushing out when you held it. The fries were just as awful, they tasted like they were sitting for an hour. I counted ten employees on duty, and with that much help they surely could do better.

Location: Very convenient with huge parking lot and terrible roads. The drive though, always backed up and in the weirdest form where it’s a loop that you pretty much are doing a U-turn and you have to be careful. I come by every now and then during my quick lunch break to grab an iced coffee and a yogurt since I’m not trying to be in a greasy food coma. The service inside is quick and all smiles. It’s huge inside and the staff work fast and maintain cleanliness. The service inside is about 10 minutes faster than the drive though for some reason. This is one of the last remaining locations that I’ve seen of that has a playground for kids, minus the plastic ball pits! It’s clean and gated so you can eat and watch your kids outside. The food comes out hot and ready and the managers are always behind the counter taking orders not having lines back up. Tip: Park and come inside to order. The drive through isn’t worth the wait
