Really slow service, then they omit items you ordered. Only two staff to take orders, put the food into bags, and one of them was in training. A short man who appeared to be the manager kept walking through, saying this or that person would help you, but why didn’t he step up into help when the trainee was struggling? I was her about a month ago and the service was no better. A person behind me left without ordering as he could see what a comedy of errors was occurring.

Really! Ordered 2 chicken salad waited 15 minutes in line with only two cars ahead of me, got the food drove home which is less than 10 minutes away, finally I opened up the box just to find out the chicken is freezing!!! cold! But why im I complaining I guess I should be thankful I didn’t find a dead rat in it

So it was 1 o’clock in the morning and my friends and I we’re hungry. We had no idea where we’d find food. But in the distance we saw a light, a beautiful light, a yellow star with a creepy face on it. It was Carl’s Jr. We pull up and a pleasant voice says, «welcome to Carl’s Jr, what can I get you?» We ordered the double western and a sante fe chicken sandwich. We pull up to the window and a nice lady greets us. «17.49 please.» She was an angel. Her name was Debra. We pay her, she gives us our food and we embark on our journey. To the parking lot. We feast. It was so good we came back for more. Debra was there to happily help us again. That woman is awesome. All in all, we were satisfied.

Horrible drive thru service. I was the only one in line and after waiting 25 minutes for one burger and nothing else, I started getting pissed. They kept telling me the cook was always slow. Then I said I wanted my money back. I got my money back as if they did it on a regular basis. They seemed to take it in stride.
I had the guy get the manager & she acted like it happens often. She said the cook was really slow. Then she checked & said the burger was ready. I grabbed the bag & said «I’m not paying!» and I took off without feeling one ounce of guilt.

This Carl’s Jr. consistently serves up poor service. Going through the drive thru can take 40+ minutes at this location. The staff are uninspired and look like they are wading through molasses.
On most visits your food is sitting on the counter ready to go when you get to the window, but waits there until the stoner «working» the window decides to greet you (And by greet you, I mean «$ 7.63»…the only words that will be spoken during you visit).
The location reeks of poor management and lack of supervision.
That said, food is usually fast food «ok» but the iced tea is really good.

I love their Chicken Jalapeño! Its probably the only burger i like from Carl’s Jr., the people working there are friendly and if you dine-in, the service is fast! But i couldn’t give it the 5 STARS, due to how slow they are in attending the Drive Thru! If you are in a rush, i highly suggest to go in there and order TO-GO!!!

Perfect for those drinking nights where I just know i’m going to have a hangover… They are open 24hrs and they have the friendliest staff in the drive-thru window. It’s not like that mean lady from JIB off of Mowry. I like to get their jalapeño burger and I don’t like their fries much but their burgers are by far better than McDs. I have not gone inside the restaurant so I can’t talk about that… I have only used their drive-thru window.

I came here and they totally messed up my order they gve me cheese on my burger when I said no cheese I am allergic. I had to wait for my next sandwich to get ready. S that made run late for my appt. three star review because I like the burger famous star.

It was late night craving of the 2 for $ 5 Western Bacon Cheeseburger calling me. I stepped in here and and I was like WHOA! The smell of the whole entire restaurant was infested by restroom odors. It looked the the staff had just got done cleaning the restaurant. Two looked like they were on break. One playing with her phone at one side of the dinning area. The other sleeping in the corner of the other.
I was helped by who looked like the restaurant manager. She looked liked she «LOVED» her job, sarcastically speaking. I placed an order for the following:
— 2 Western Bacon Cheeseburgers for $ 5
— Fried Zucchini
— Oreo Shake
I had no complaints about the food I ordered. The good thing is I didn’t get food poisoning. Dinning in is not an option for me here. Propping a door open here would maybe helped. And also and employee break room for the employees on break.

Drove thru just now. Ordered a # 2 with criss cut fries and a Dr. Pepper.
Received a #2 with regular fries and a diet Coke. I knew something was wrong with the taste of the soda, but the receipt said «Dr.Pepper».The lid was caved in on the «Diet» tab.
Thanks for fucking up my order. Thats what I get for not double checking the order before I drove off. Onto the banned list. If I want Carls Jr now, its down the road I go.

Ive been goin here for YEARS, ever since I moved to Newark about 8 years ago. So why only 3 stars? Because I’m not sure why it is, but pretty much every Carl’s Jr I’ve been to has this idea that it’s okay to give me food that seems to take no more time than your typical Jumbo Jack. What’s more, a lot of time I’ll see my food ready to be bagged and handed to me while the Mexicanas working the register are gossiping with the cook!!!
Still, I’m a little beezy for their Bacon Swiss Crispy Chicken sandwhich and I live 20ft away from here so I’ll probably continue to go here for years to come.

Stop over cooking the burgers! Really It sucks, I live close but have to drive to fremont blvd to get my carls on. The people that work here are really nice and the place is always clean. Just cook the burgers less!

I came to this location because I was in the same strip mall today and needed to pick-up a meal for my son. This restaurant is in the same mall as my favorite meat market.
For my son, I got the Big Carl Burger combo for about $ 5. Service was a little slower compared to the other Carl’s but nothing unacceptable. This great part was the friendly service from the young lady presenting my order to me. Drinks were self-serve and refillable — my favorite way to get drinks, either hot or cold.
This location has looked the same as it did 20 years ago. Not much has changed in the interior or exterior, which in nice for the memories.
Seating is great inside the restaurant with the amount of tables and windows.
Definitely will return again for the yummy food and great service!

since there was no one else in line, i got quick courteous service, a large 1.39 house brand coffee. it tasted bitter so i added 2 half/half and a sweeta and it was drinkable.
before i was half way thru, i was feeling sleepy. .not returning again to this weak coffee.
