On a pick-up, check your pizza before you leave. This place is notorious for leaving ingredients off your order.

I was skeptical of ordering from this location because of the reviews but I thought I would give them a chance and I’m glad I did! I ordered a large half n half for pick up and it was DELICIOUS!!! I called and was told to come pick up in 20 mins. Exactly 20 mins later my pizza was ready. They were VERY generous on toppings! This is now my favorite Mountain Mikes location! They also offer Indian type pizzas which I will definitely try next time!

After a day of BARTing around in San Francisco, we came back looking for something a bit simpler– pizza. Ordered our pie(large combo, no bell peppers) via phone on the way home and picked up the to go order with no problems. It was empty in the restaurant. Pizza didn’t mind, as it tasted great even after the journey home. I asked for a small cup of marinara sauce on the side. They gave me a small cup of marinara that made me question why they charged me for it. 1) it was cold 2) it was minuscule and 3) it tasted like tomato paste. Pizza yes, extra sauce no.

One star ONLY because I can’t post without it. I very rarely write reviews especially for incidences that were likely due to a computer glitch(I placed my order online and their was an issue with the delivery address); however, I believe that tonight’s events warrant one. After a phone call for clarification from the driver and another phone call from the manager I certainly didn’t expect to receive a lecture from the delivery driver about how he got lost trying to locate my address. I was asked to look at my receipt and the incorrect address printed(we discussed this on the phone — twice!) and then accused of deliberately sending him to the wrong address and lying about it. THEN, when I confronted him about it and countered with the fact that my credit card payment would not have been accepted if the address had been falsified, he thrust the form in my hand and insisted that I sign. As he took the receipt he informed me(AGAIN) that I should check my address and not do that again. Again, I have no idea how things got so confused through the online ordering system. In fact, I was pretty impressed with how efficiently it seemed to work, and was happy to just chalk it up to a technical error when my delivery was late, but the attitude and disrespect really left a nasty taste in my mouth. I definitely won’t stray from my usual delivery places for this one again.

Honestly, I have received service here for a long time. I see a lot of complaints about customer service… I think it’s more a cultural thing. If you just know the traits of a certain culture than you will not be surprised at the direct to-the-point attitude of the servers. They don’t want to know how you are, they just want to serve you pizza really efficiently. I always pick up. Used to do delivery when I worked at a hotel, occasionally. Always treated well by this particular one. It was even open on Christmas! They also are one of the few Mountain Mike’s that knows how to use their gift card machine. No reason to complain here. It does seem rather empty.

We have been loyal Mountain Mike customers for over 5 years now. Tonight was the first time that we have received the wrong pizza delivered to our home. While this is understandable, especially on a Saturday night, we were unfortunately blowm away by the horrible customer service that we received when we called about the error. The woman who answered the phone never apologized for the mix-up, and told us that we would be placed back in the queue with our correct pizza. We had already waited 45 minutes, and they were telling us it would be another 45 minutes. We live 10 minutes away, and the order was a cheese pizza for our kids. After waiting 45 minutes, I called to see where our pizza was and it was walking out the door for delivery. I asked to speak to the manager and was transferred to the Shift Leader, who told me that he could not give me any discounts for the error because we were getting our fixed pizza. He said he didn’t have to give us the pizza, so there was no discount. After asking again to speak to the manager, I was informed that he didn’t know when she would be in next. I asked for his name, and for the rude cashier’s name. He informed me that he didn’t know her name, despite being the highest level of management at that location because he only worked in the kitchen. This means that he was not the Shift Leader and was lying to me, or he did know her name and was lying to me. Either way, lying is my big no-no of customer service and we are pretty dissapointed to find a new pizza place too. We completely understand mix-ups, but the customer service that occurred after we called in the error was completely not acceptable.

The place was dead, we were the only ones in there, I think most people go for takeout since I saw about 2 customers come in to pick up their pizza. The girls who worked there seemed very bored, and looked like they were talking crap. The pizza itself was pretty decent, except I felt like there was sooooo much oil on the top of the pizza. We got bbq chicken with pineapples. Decent overall, but not amazing.

This place should be shut down by the health department. All you parents with kids in sports who’ve had to do the FoodServ training will k ow exactly what I mean. We came in and tried to order a pizza that’s half combo, half pepperoni. The lady working the register didn’t understand what«combo» or «the works» or «one with everything» on it is. Apparently, she only understands«Everest» — which is what they call a combo. Didn’t know? Now you know. She takes the order for the pizza and drinks and immediately walks into the kitchen. Through the cut out in the wall i see her stirring something — it turns out to be salad dressing — and she comes out and places it in the open salad bar. Now, she’s had no gloves on while handling my money, she didn’t wash her hands before stirring the dressing and placing it in the salad bar — and she certainly didn’t wash them before picking up loose lettuce that was out of the bowl and placing it in the bowl. She then goes back into the kitchen to pick up dough. At this point I asked the man(who looks like the owner) why she’s handling food without washing her hands. He shrugs, cuz he’s got a salad plate in his hands, and why would a customer interrupt his early dinner — and calls her over. She proceeds to tell me she washed her hands, with the tone of, «you know I didn’t, but how dare you call me out?» I was going to write, «I dunno which was worse, the customer service or the sanitary situation», but we all know which is worse. Seriously, you can find cleaner, less rude places to go spend $ 27 on a pizza. Go elsewhere. Let this business know they have a problem by not spending your money there.

Ordered pizza online at 8:20 and my pick up time was 8:35 so I show up at 8:30, guy tells me to wait 15 minutes and my pizza will be ready. Fine, they were busy… 8:45 rolls around, 8:50 finally at 9 pm I go back up to the counter and ask, the guy never told me my pizza was done! There I was sitting literally in from of him and not a single word! My pizza was cold by the time I got home and I was so mad I wasn’t even hungry anymore. So unprofessional and they serve mediocre pizza.

Taste like every other mountain mikes. We ordered the basic; large pepperoni pizza. I would rate higher but it was $ 16 bucks.

TLDR: don’t come here, you’re better off with the Mountain Mikes on Washington, or eve Little Caesars I called in an order today of half and half mushroom and sausage. I usually go to the MM on Washington and I love it there, but I was feeling adventurous. When I picked up my pizza however, I was so confused, I had to ask the cashier for help! There were almost NOTOPPINGSONMYPIZZAATALL!!! The Washington MM usually loads my pizza with mushrooms and sausage until you can’t even see the cheese. This pizza was not only sparse and undercooked, it was also cold! I was about 5 minutes late from when they said it would be done, but I’d expect them to at least keep it under a heat lamp or something. I snuck a piece on my way home and literally the entire slice was room temperature. I wish I could give no stars, but please, just don’t come here.

This place has a bad review. I usually don’t go to a bad review restaurant. Today, I was exhausted after my house project and shopping at home depot. My husband and I walked to Mountain Mikes Pizza from the home depot. We ordered a small pizza and only 1 all-you-can-eat salad for me. This place is perfect for a meat lover and a salad lover couple. All-you-can-eat salad is only $ 4.50. Fresh and nice. I love it. Pineapple Chicken Luau small pizza, $ 12.99. It was a little bit greasy, but much better than I thought. We couldn’t finish a small pizza! They also have draft beer and a big TV. I felt so relax eating my salad and watching baseball game here. The only thing is, they almost have no customers. About 30 minutes, we were the only customers in a large restaurant. I don’t know what happened before. At least tonight’s salad was fresh, the pizza was delicious. We’ll come back for sure.

I feel like I only come here once in a blue moon and it’s only because of the lunch buffet. For $ 8, I can eat as much pizza and salads as I want with a fountain drink. Not bad of a price for what it is. The pizza they put out is good, but it’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had. This location is slow to put the pizzas out even when they open early. Like? You know you’re a lunch buffet, why not put more stuff out? Idk. At least the staff is friendly, so I gotta give them credit for that.

Service is a little slow. We ordered a extra large 1 topping. I drove over and still waited an additional 15 – 20 mins on top of the 10 mins it took to drive over. Granted it was on Sunday but they didn’t seem that busy. They do have a huge TV which was nice for the wait.

Unfortunately, the customer service at this location really degrades the overall rating. Neither friendly in accommodation nor punctual in preparation, the employees don’t do much to make your order a fun one. However, the excellent pizza that is characteristic of Mountain Mike’s makes up for any solecisms; your best course of action is to send someone else to get the pizza so that the ordeal of ordering it won’t spoil the actual product for you. Alternatively, you can order the lunch buffet, which seemingly includes as much salad as it does pizza(that’s a major plus). The best part about this place is each pizza’s incredibly soft crust. Whereas other pizzas with hard crusts seem kind of uncoordinated, every single one at Mountain Mike’s – with their creamy sauces, authentic cheeses/toppings, and fluffy crusts – harmonizes quite well(as in your last bite will probably taste as good as your first, and every other bite in between). Pepperoni: The salami slices are smaller than the norm, but they have a more genuine flavor. Chicken luau: Although Hawaiian is my personal favorite at any pizza place, I usually come here to order the chicken luau. Rich barbeque sauce, lush pineapple, and plenty of chicken.

This Mountain Mikes location has to be one of the worst ones I’ve ever eaten at. The employees are rude. The food is not very good. They nickel and dime you for everything. We ordered a mountain size pepperoni pizza and an order of garlic sticks. They were apparently doing a special on the pizza where you get 4 dollars off but didn’t take it off until we reminded her about it. The pizza was not hot when it came out which I don’t understand since there weren’t a lot of other customers in the restaurant. It also wasn’t cut all the way through so we had to get a knife and cut it ourselves. The garlic sticks were overcooked and even though they were supposed to come with ranch dressing, we never got any. Because of that, we decided to just go up to the salad bar and get it ourselves. We were met with dirty looks from the employees who made us feel like we were sneaking this ranch onto our plates or something. I don’t know, it was just weird. Mountain mikes has great pizza and normally great service as well. Just not this location. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business. I won’t be returning the next time I come to town.

2 hours for a pizza that wasn’t what we ordered. So, granted, it is Halloween night, and I’m sure they were swamped! Having said that, I would’ve cut them some slack if someone would have called to inform us that they were really busy. At the 1 ½ hour mark we called them, the girl on the phone said that our pizza was out for delivery, but it could be up to another HOUR before it got delivered. Let me get this straight, you seriously are willing to deliver a pizza to someone that is MORETHANANHOUROLD??? When it finally arrives, 1. It was onky lukewarm 2. It wasn’t exactly what we ordered 3. They forgot the dipping sauce for the wings we ordered which they charged extra for! Not impressed!

Got off early from work last Friday and I was too lazy to make anything for dinner so I decided to go for pizza. I heard that they had gluten free crust pizza so I thought it would be perfect timing. Save me from cooking and tried their new crust. I ordered a half pepperoni have veggie with light cheese and it was pretty darn good. I should’ve stopped at slice no. 4 but it was so good that I had all 6. The girl at the front desk was friendly and she was doing it all! Taking orders, making pizza, and serving. Talk about multi tasking! :)
