Total 5 star hands down. We always ask for extra extra sauce on our pizza we always get it. The crust is so crispy and doughy at the same time, oh man this place nails it! They deserve more stars than what I saw. Yum yum. We are on our way! And my toddlers love it there.

Seems that pricing friends on the day of the week. On Fridays the same exact pizza cost almost $ 10 more than on a weeknight. Guess it’s time to find a new place to buy pizza at. Not that there is any other alternative on the West Coast. The pizza out here sucks and cost 50% than it should to begin with. I really need to go back to the East Coast where life is much cheaper and the pizza is much better. You’d think for the price they could import some people who actually know how to make pizza. It’s not rocket science

We went there on 12 – 24 and was appalled by what we saw. Apparently a husband/wife team are the Managers and while working allow their two young sons to use the restaurant as a playground. We saw both minor children behind the counter helping themselves. The man with white hair tousled his sons head but did not wash his hands. Later a child was crying and carrying on behind the counter so the pizza maker(mother) came over to sooth him by hugging and running her hand through his hair for comfort. She did not wash her hands when she went back to the kitchen to prepare pizzas. This might not seem bad but the worst was when the white haired man(who had an obvious cold) blew his nose into a kleenex, pocketed the used kleenex, and without washing his hands — in plain view opened a pizza box with a pizza in it to verify the tag matched. I told the women who was waiting for the pizza that I saw a man blow his nose, pocket his kleenex and then open her pizza box without washing his hands, before verifying it was her’s. She said«please don’t tell me that» and I responded«I saw it». This is how people get really sick from careless food preparers. We will never go back to this Round Table. This is not the last«honest pizza» it is a health hazard.

If I could give this place a –5 star I would… I called to request a delivery and the guy who answered the phone couldn’t spell a simple street address. I literally spelled my street name about 20 times to him and when he’d repeat it back to me he would be so off I felt as if I was in a foreign country. omg this was almost as if it was a joke. So I finally requested to speak to someone else that was mentally sane and the next guy that the phone was past on to heard my street address and said call this other round table and hung up the phone. I’ll never go to this place again. I don’t even know how they’re still in business

Wow, worst experience EVER in the entire history of pizza delivery. If I could give less than one star, it still wouldn’t be as low as I could go. Who answers the phone without knowing how to speak to people and cuts off customers to tell them they have mispelled their own address? I had to repeat it 10 times, only for the delivery guy to actually get on the phone and yell some numbers at me(I’m assuming it was the number to another location). By the way, the Round Table website directed me to that location because it’s only a mile away from my place. Never ordering from them again, and I guess since they are my only delivery location I am never ordering from Round Table again until I move to a zip code the employees recognize as their own.

Ordered a medium pepperoni to be delivered. It was burnt! The pepperoni was burnt and the crust was burnt. There was a huge black blister on one of the slices. I’ve loved Round Table pizzas almost my whole life and this is the first burnt pizza I’ve ever gotten from any pizza maker. They replaced the pizza.

It’s a shame that my family of 6 will no longer be supporting this establishment. I was going to order my favorite pizza just now, but I found the customer service over the phone was very unprofessional. The man on the phone changed his voice purposely trying to sound hilarious. While hilarious to himself, I felt annoyed with his shenanigans. When it was time to give my form of payment, he used his«regular» voice. When asked if I would like to complete my order I declined and hung up. This is the second incident my husband and I have had in the last couple of weeks. The time before this, a woman on the phone agreed to give me the, «Tuesday by one get one half off» deal. This is the same deal that I ordered the week previous and no coupon was required. How I know this is because I’ve been ordering from this paticular Roundtable for the last six years or so. The woman on the phone said that my husband will get the discount when he picks up the order. To my dismay, they DIDNOT give any type of discount. My husband asked for a refund. The pizzas were already made, so the staff probably had a nice dinner. Bottom line, if an offer is no longer valid, then DONOT offer it period! I will say 5 stars for the quality of food. 5 stars for the delivery personnel. They are ALWAYS nice and professional. We always tip them. 3 stars as far as price. 1 star for customer service other then delivery service. It’s sad that these people ruined our experiences. Now we will be ordering from the Fremont location and go out of our way to pick up our pizza from them.

Had an horrible experience. We picked up a half cheese and half veggie pizza. Came home, the cheese pizza was ok in taste but veggie pizza yuck. The onions were burnt and the dough was so bitter in taste. Along with that the veggie pizza only had onion, olives and tomatoes. I have been buying pizza from this place from past 8 years but never going back. The worst pizza ever.

We spent 80 dollars on two pizzas and we were inside waiting for the food when my nephew put 50 cents in the machine to get a fake tattoo. The machine let him put the money in and the machine was totally empty! Needless to say they wouldn’t give us 50 cent in order to let him use a different machine or a game. Seriously is 50 cents worth losing customers? Especially since we just spent 80 dollars. The lady at the register was rude. Just kept saying they used to do it. Then the rude older gentlemen was rude when we were getting our pizza. We ordered lrg twist which comes with ranch and he was trying not to give us the ranch. This is the worst experience! From now on I will take my business else where! I suggest if you wanTed to be treated like a human you would too!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Today I received some of the best service at a restaurant. As soon as we arrive, we are greeted by Lee, an employee who treats his customers with the utmost respect and has an extremely positive attitude. We ordered a artichoke and olive pizza, but they mistakenly placed pepperoni on it. Lee quickly apologized and offered us a free salad or cookies while we waited. I don’t live in the area, but if I’m in town and craving pizza I’m definitely returning here. Message to managers: Give Lee a raise! He is your best employee

It is so close to home, yet I’ve always ordered delivery and never actually dined in. This year I decided to host my son’s bday away from home, yet not so far off. They have two party rooms available for reservation. I reserved the smaller one but it was actually a pretty decent size, it has about 4 – 5 booths, a long table that can fit up to 10 – 12 people an then 2 more side tables that could fit another 8. The room has a TV and even a small size race car, which if i must say, my son loved and the kids had a lot of fun with. I called over the phone and it was only $ 50 to reserve the party room. You place in your order and the day of, they can either make them all at the same time or bake them as you need them which is great for those late arrivals. Same thing with the drinks, you can just keep an open tab and keep asking for cups as your guests arrive. The staff was super friend and cooperative. I highly recommend this Round Table if you want to avoid any after party cleaning!

Luke warm pizza delivery. Really? Normally I will order delivery from round table and have no issues, except I noticed a change in the past couple delivery orders I’ve placed. They’re bringing my pizza up to my apartment with no insulated pizza warmer. I ordered a medium pizza tonight for delivery. When it got here, the pizza delivery guy handed the bare box to me. I asked him if they had stopped using pizza delivery warmers and he said… «No, we still use them, why do you ask?» Really?! He just brought my pizza up to my second level apartment… Outside… With no warmer and handed it to me! THEPIZZABOX! One bite and we had to throw it in the oven to reheat. NOBUENO. I don’t mean to gripe or sound hella cheap or what not, but if you’re gonna charge me $ 30+ for a medium pizza AND charge an additional $ 3 for delivery on top of tax AND make me wait 1.5 hours just to get a luke-warm pizza delivered to my door, of course I’m gonna be annoyed.

A friend and I ordered pizza while helping her move in and it was delivered in ~ 40 mins(on the phone the guy said it would take at least 45 mins). Pizza was still warm — not hot though; but they totally skimped on the jalapenos.

If I could give no stars I would! We ordered a pizza at 7:15, and gave a call at 7:58 just to get an ETA because it’s late and wanted to make sure to know when to listen for the door since we were not by the door. Well we do need to back up a minute, a middle eastern man picked up phone when we called. He was VERY rude and rushing on the phone. I gave him my card # and he told me my card declined, which I knew couldn’t be the case. I told him that he must have incorrectly put in the number. He was very rude, cut me off, and told me to give him the number again. I gave him the number, and after that he said it works and HUNGUPTHEPHONEONME! It took every fiber in my body not to call back! Ok fast forward, we called at 7:58 and a girl picked up the phone and we asked for the ETA. She put us on hold, and the RUDE middle eastern man got on the phone and started shouting. He was shouting about is being patient and that they are busy. He then followed by saying that it is on the road, and there was 4 stops ahead of us, that it should be here any minute. We waited on the front door side of house for about 20 minutes. So at 8:19 I called back. The same man picked up the phone and I asked for the ETA. He cut me off and asked for my address. He then proceeds to tell me that it is leaving in 5 minutes. WHAT!!! Oh yes! It hasn’t even left! I said are you kidding me?!? It’s been an hour and it hasn’t even left. I couldn’t be polite any longer… He said it hadn’t left yet again and said its on its going to be on its way. It’s late on a Sunday night are you kidding me?!? I told him that he told me 20 minutes ago it was on road and should be here any minute and he claimed we never had the conversation and that he didn’t say that!!! Soo. You have 2 extremely rude middle eastern men there?! I said yes you did! He then proceeded to tell me that the normal wait time on a pizza is 1 ½ hours and that he would never quote less than that. Wow! Whatever! Ok cancel my pizza… You want me to cancel your pizza… Yes cancel it! Just forget it! You’re Rude and a Liar! I can take my money anywhere, especially a $ 30 pizza. There is many options and I happened to choose you. Now I understand that just loosing us as customers will not shut your business down, but I hope that this warns people of your service and helps them to choose somewhere else! I can get pizza for ½ the price, so for my $ 30 pizza I expect more than a kindergarden level of customer service. Service here has really gone down, you need to think about who is selling your business over the phone. I should have just said forget it when I was treated horribly on phone first time. Mountain Mikes next time it is! Will NEVER be back!!!

To keep it short and simple. We ordered a pizza over the phone. Got there a little early and waited a little while. Come to find out our pizza was already done. The manager was apologetic and realized his mistake and made it up to us. I’m always a fan of business’ that take care of their customers.
