Yikes! Staff was not friendly… wouldn’t make me a kids quesadilla… limited menu, all the food was super bland didn’t do anything I asked charged me for queso… like it was just such an awful experience, skip this one if you can, plenty of other places to eat.

Slowest and rudest qdoba I have ever been too. It’s too bad because I love qdoba and come to this airport very often.

Let’s see, where to begin? They refused to greet me or acknowledge me, despite being the only person in line. The lady clearly didn’t want to serve me and was randomly slapping on stuff without waiting for me to respond. Hey, sure, put queso on there. I’ll set aside my dairy allergy today… They were out of a lot of key ingredients at peak lunch time on a Tuesday(it’s not like there are that many and it’s kind of their«thing»). They put my burrito at the end of the line and ignored me for several minutes. Again, I was one customer to three employees. Finally, the employee ringing me up made me feel super uncomfortable so I opted to anonymously pay in cash, for which I got a wink and a random 75 cent discount. I’d rather pay the extra to save the harassment. Ate 10% of the burrito out of desperation before I decided that being hungry wasn’t as bad as very likely contracting food poisoning.

I normally love Qdoba and went out of my way at Newark airport. The lack of professionalism and effort by the workers was abysmal. That wouldn’t have made a difference — however they ran out of black beans at 6:30 on a Thursday night — while making my burritto. How does Qdoba run out of black beans? My advice just close down.

Ridiculously overpriced. The chips tasted like they were sitting around for a day getting stale before they served them to me… And the queso wasn’t any better.

Chicken was OK. Prices are on the high scale but you have to take into account the fact that this inside an Airport ! Tortilla could have been more toasted Cashier was just ok. They did not have Medium salsa. Only had Mild or Hot. An issue of not being prepared or they were stuck with rush. There always seems to be a wait in this food place. Any time of day or night. Ingredients are good. Tortilla chips are really good. A bit salty but tasty. Guacamole is awesome here as well. They need a quicker system and more options for food. Some other cheaper foods would be well received like tacos. I will come back. But I will not go out of my way to return here. Just saying.

I’ve never had Qdoba. It was just a quick brunch before our flight from NY to LA. Ordered a pulled pork quesadilla. The associate, who seemed like the manager, broke the quesadilla, and the pork was falling out of the tortilla. He didn’t bother serving it and apologized for the wait. It’s a big serving, completely perfect for two. 4 stars for great customer service!

Worst qdoba in the world. I just got charged extra for rice. It’s ‘non-corporate’. Qdoba’s latest market is get whatever you want. Double meat. Double salsas. Whatever. But if you want rice on your nachos instead of beans. That’s extra. I wish Unilocal had a zero star rating, because this place would get it.

Good food and quick and relatively healthy choice considering. All in all a good stop before getting on the plane

Great food! Typical of the chain. But Poor service! Unimpressed with the service. The manager does not seem to insist his supervisors be concerned with service. Standing around chatting, not waiting on people while the line builds. Still my preferred stop at EWR. The food quality is consistently very good.

Came here earlier today for a quick lunch. Although airport food can be hit or miss, this Qdoba has to be the most expensive that I’ve tried at EWR. As mentioned in a previous review it’s a poor man’s Chipotle. I ordered 3 soft tacos on corn tortillas. Hey, a guy has to try and eat healthy once in a while. Then asked the server if I could have brown rice instead on white. Not a problem. She told me there would be a added charge. I’ve never heard of such a thing! Tacos were ok. Hence the 3 stars. It’s definitely no Chipotle in size or taste. Would try them again maybe for breakfast if I’m in the area again. Cost.$ 11.32 with a bottle of water. Ouch!

Everything always looks and tastes mushy. The only reason I came here was to treat my traveling companion who is vegan and there are not many options.

good food service was good too. To those complaining about service, it’s not a restaurant people so STFU and stop whining. Geez.

Service is terrible. The workers are just looking at you from the opposite far corner without helping or taking an order and they are nasty. Foods are decent.

It has always been a poor man’s Chipotle, but this location really convinced me that Qdoba has little staying power. Mediocre food, reduced menu options, depressing service, broken soda fountain…

Oh, Qdoba! How can you ruin guac and chips? I mean really! It was the blandest guacamole I’ve ever had. Skip the presecurity food and get and sandwich at Earl’s after you get through.
