Dont go to this subway! The lady at the counter was hella rude! We are the only customers and were still trying to decide what to order. Here she comes saying «Do you want a sandwich?!» I was so surprised on how she asked us! After saying we need a lil bit more time she turned her back and walked away. No customer service at all! Lost our appetite right away and decided to leave. I aint gonna settle for that kind of service. Theyre not the only Subway here in Newark!

I give 2 star because anyone who makes me food gets a 2 star minimum.
This is a stingy subway. They put 3 pickle slices on my husbands sandwich after he requested extra pickles.
Don’t go there if your hungry unless you are prepared to order a sandwich to go with your sandwich. You’ll need two in order to compare with other subways average sandwich. I just ate and I’m hungry.

Be prepared to have to repeat yourself because I had to repeat myself 3 times for what kind of meat I wanted. Another 3 times for what kind of bread and cheese.
They also don’t ask if you wanted toasted. They just toss into the toaster oven. The lady behind me actually said she didn’t want it toasted, and they still threw it in toaster! Wow. Also one of the Indian guys forgets to put on gloves, so keep an eye on that as well. Yes you read that right. Lol

This is the worst subway ever! They hardly put anything on the sandwich. Would it put them out of business to add more veggies?! Plus the staff always looks dazed and confused. This is the last straw, I came here for convenience, but I’ll go to another subway in hopes of better service and quality.

They were not generous with the meat. I watched the guy counted the slices of meat as he slapped them on the bread., one, two, three… four!?? nope that was it only three. In my head, I’m like «come on, that’s it.» So stingy.

This subway IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! The girl at the counter doesn’t even bother to ask what you like on your sub. She just starts putting EVERYTHING ON IT. She had a POOR ATTITUDE, like she doesn’t want to be there. Seriously I thought I’d take the chance and go there because I didn’t feel like driving to the one on Mowry by BEV Mo but that was a huge mistake. Go to the one on Mowry! They are the best!

This is the worst Subway on the face of the planet. The staff is rude, slow and dirty/​unhygienic. They tried to cleaning house an hour before closing and had to pull everything out of the fridge. They made my sandwich on the dirty stainless steel while cleaning the surface with a wet paper towel. It also seemed like they had never made a meatball sub before… It tasted nothing like what I’ve had at other locations.

This place was awful!
My boyfriend ordered a sandwich and asked for extra meet, twice. The second time the lady behind the counter gave him a dirty look and still didn’t put extra meat on it. In fact, I think she put less meat on there that she was suppose to. There was gaps where there’s bread with no meat there.
I ordered a simple turkey salad it not only cost more than $ 6, but the plate was half empty.
Next time I think I’ll just buy a head of iceberg lettuce and make my own salad. It’ll cost a lot less and it’ll be more filling.

worst subway I’ve ever been to! not only were the workers slow & rude, they were also very stingy on their toppings. I ordered an Italian bmt and the worker informed me at the very end they had no Italian dressing. how can a company serve Italian subs without Italian dressing? I will never return to this subway.

A very disappointing Subway. I ordered a BLT like I usually do at another Subway location, and this one tasted nothing like it. Soggy best describes the sandwich, and it really took a lot of effort to finish it. Beware, not all Subway’s are created equal!

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. ‘m writing this review after having the same experience again and again. Whatever sandwich I get from here it’s never fresh including the avocado which is frozen. I only go there b’cos it’s close to my work but I swear this is my last will never go back there again. Prefer the Quizno’s right opposite.

Subway sandwiches pretty much taste the same across the chain, so this review is about the service.
I’ve been here several times, and have always found the staff to be cordial. They don’t make a fuss about the coupons I bring (love them Subway coupons!)
When I order multiple sandwiches, they label so I know which one is which. Nice touch — not every Subway does that.
They are a bit parsimonious with the toppings, but will add more when asked.

Worst subway I have ever been to. The tables are sticky and they are soooo stingy with their toppings. I got half a handful of lettuce, two small tomato slices and two cucumber slices for a 6 inch… Maybe that’s standard but where I come from that’s stingy! Never again…

It’s been quite a while since I’ve been to this Subway, and I love Subway, but if it still has the same owner running it, AVOID THIS SUBWAY AT ALL COST.
I literally had to ask for lettuce 3 times and STILL did not get enough. The owner is cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap SO cheap and expects the same from the employees. This Subway does not represent the quality and service other Subways have given to me.
Subway Corporate take notice of these Unilocal reviews and do something about it!
I would give it a zero if I could.

Clean but the lady was suuuuuuper sparing with the veggies… Like if she used anymore she would be forced to go farm more and be stripped of her pay for the day… It’s lettuce… Fill that bread up! Ps… They are open until 10pm except sundays they close at 9pm!

Seriously the worst Subway I have ever been to — I love that it says «Eat Fresh» but when I asked for avocado, she pulled out this previously frozen and sealed container and scooped some green glop on to my sandwich. Every other Subway has had real avocados, cut when ordered.
My friend ordered the breakfast egg sandwich. The lady asked if she wanted yellow or white. At first, we weren’t sure what she meant — then she pulled out a tupperware bowl with both yellow and white egg pancake-​looking saucers. Seriously? Could it be any more unappetizing?

I went here to buy sandwiches for a picnic this past weekend. The restaurant itself is clean and bright, and the counter people were friendly enough.
My fiancé ordered the Pastrami Sandwich on honey oat bread. I ordered the Bacon Chicken Ranch Sandwich on white. My fiancé would rate her sandwich a 7 out of 10 possible points. My sandwich was not good at all. I would rate it about 3 out of 10 points. I only ate half of it, and it was difficult to even finish that. The rest of my sandwich will go into the garbage.
I will not return here again.
