Stopped at Arby“s today just in time to notice one employee wearing gloves while restocking supplies, note taking and at the last minute decided to help prepare food for a customer. This was the same employee wearing gloves one night while servicing the drive through window handling money and food. There’s either a managerial problem or lack of common sense. This is one, if not the number one problem, with food contamination.

I always know what I’m going to order – Max Roast Beef on an Onion Roll with Arby’s Sauce and Three Pepper Sauce – but it takes me a long time to order, because I’ve heard good things about the Brisket and Fish, but it takes me awhile to weigh the realities of getting my fix and wanting to try new things. What I like about this location is that they don’t bother or yell at me to hurry up. They’re still attentive, I’ve never had to wait. But they’re ready when I’m ready and never rush me, which I really do appreciate. It’s located in the same building as a gas station convenience store, separated by a doorless doorway, so they’re basically the same place; they share the same bathroom. Things are clean, service is fast, it’s Arby’s!

I was absolutely disgusted with the food and employees here. Firstly after entering the restaurant and approaching the counter, the staff couldn’t be bothered to take my order, they were much to involved in there own conversation to even acknowledge that we were there. After finally placing my order to what seemed to be the only one person working there, we received our food which was less then adequately prepared. The sandwiches looked like they were assembled in less then 10 seconds, and it gets even worse! After getting one bite in, there was 3LONGNAPPYHAIRS in it. Everything went right in the trash as I proceeded to fresh air to throw up. In conclusion, it’s because people like this that people working in the fast food restaurant business will never see and don’t deserve to get paid more than minimum wage.

This is surprisingly the only Arby’s left in a very populated area. This Arby’s is out of the way and not advertised, hidden in a Pilot truck stop area. I’m not a trucker, but being an Arby’s fan, I’ve pulled into the truck stop and used the drive-thru at this Arby’s a few times later in the evening while passing through the area. The employees are very friendly. After your order is placed, they’ll often ask you to pull off into the parking lot, and they bring your food out to you while it’s ready. I always get fries… my guess is they’re making the fries fresh because of a lack of customers late at night. And the food is typical of all other Arby’s restaurants.
