Can’t find anyone to help (flooring dept. specifically), and when they finally show up-they (specifically the balding older gentleman) don’t even want to do their job and help you. He had me go to Wappingers Falls store for tiles that weren’t even there!

I cannot stand their return policy. I had a store credit for $ 14.99 and I wanted to use that and cash to purchase my father a gift card for Father’s day. You are not allowed to use store credit to purchase a gift card. I was mad its money either Elat and I don’t need to buy anything. Not that I could read the rules on the back of the sore credit they wrote with a sharpie how much was initially on the store credit. Too many dumb rules and never anyone around to help you. It’s too bad you can’t rate them a –1!!!

What dude doesn’t love the Home Depot. I’m always stopping in for some home improvement items and in the summer the outdoor plants and yard stuff is plentiful and fun to browse through.
Employees seem helpful but not sure they always know what they are talking about, though I have commend the effort to help me.
