Took my 18 year old for color correction n style for prom n I was very disappointed. When I scheduled my appointment I clearly stated I wanted no bleach used on her hair and for styling she told me to bring a picture in. However I meet my Daugther n Linzy was using bleach n even bleached her eyelashes n ½ her eyebrows then blew it out crazy n told my Daugther she would be unable to curl her hair because it’s too sensitive right now therefore she put up a bun with 20 pins n send us on our merry way. She gave us a price adjustment for the misunderstanding however I would had prefer to pay whatever it was n not have to go somewhere else like we did so they can curl her hair n make her look age cuz she came out looking like a little old lady. N when the new stylist went to do her hair and removed the pins chunks came right off it has been a disasters nd it took her 4 – 5 hours we spend our morning there n it was a total waste must say the staff was respectful n nice but that about it. i gave them 1 star because I couldn’t give them half. To think my sister n I were so happy to find aVeda salon. I love how they always have an answer for people’s reviews what I wanted was simple color correction if possible n I brought a picture n my Daugther bought a picture with side curls n got a bird nest oh boy love I they have excuses. Like I said your staff was great sorry u guys didn’t appreciate this honest commit.

I used to like Tredora, but it’s really gone downhill. The scheduling is a mess. On three separate occasions I booked pedicures only to be called the day of to say they were running behind. This last time I had to leave directly from Tredora to go to the airport and I let them know ahead of time. They ran an HOUR behind schedule and left me sitting in the pedicure chair with my toes wrapped in foil with acetone for half an hour. My skin literally burned when she took them off. Front desk could have cared less that I didn’t even get the pedicure I had scheduled. I only had time to change my polish and get an eyebrow wax which was still over $ 50. Extremely disappointing.

Ask for Lindsay… She does such wonders with my hair and nails. I feel do wonderfully pampered when I come here. I’m always nervous about trying a new salon, but I’ve been extremely happy here and I plan on staying!

Be careful. I got a haircut here in Dec. 2014, paid the $ 50 on my card and tipped in cash, and when I checked my credit card statement the charge was for $ 60. I don’t know if this was someone’s intentional doing or what. But check your credit card statements.
