This is one of the worst Starbucks i have ever been. The service just needs a little maintenance and perhaps some training. If they would help the ones walking in as much as they do the one driving in they might get better scores.

I frequent this location very early Saturday mornings. I strictly the drive through at this time and it’s a pleasure to have zero to no wait time on ordering. Let me warn you, that other times, the line of cars can be about eight deep and you may not want any part in that. The baristas are all bright eyed and bushy tailed given the hour and provide service with a smile! Figuring that my orders are simplistic without much margin for error, my drinks are always prepared to my satisfaction.

I recently moved out here and I tried the Starbucks by my house off of soledad, which is absolutely horrible btw, then I tried this Starbucks on my daily route to the freeway in the early morning around 5am. I love this Starbucks for two reasons. 1) The sweetest, nicest young lady named Samantha works there. She is honestly the nicest Starbucks employee I have ever met. And 2) This Starbucks actually makes my coffee right. Thank You Samantha for always being cheerful and sweet so early in the morning, and for memorizing my order!

Spill all over my cup, not made according to request. Just because they’re too busy, does not mean reduce quality service.

I went thru the drive thru this afternoon and received a wonderful surprise the people in front of me paid for my order. Thank you, for the blessing. Much love!!!

I was dying for a coffee as always and I needed to pee so of course Starbucks was the perfect solution to both of my needs. I ran inside to use the bathroom and everyone else in the car went to the drive thru. I wasn’t happy that the bathroom was a shared man and woman bathroom because it made me have to wait lol. As I was waiting I started to look at the cups. They had adorable tumblers 40% off and I had to grab a few. I decided on a cute blue one for myself and a few others as gifts for Christmas. I always end up with a ton of Starbucks cups and I always am happy with the quality. The lady who helped me was sweet an really helpful. I was happy that the bathroom was clean and my coffee tasted great. The only down side is that is can be a pain to get in and out of here if you aren’t sure where you are going.

It’s bad enough when you go into @Starbucks and they don’t have coffee brewed, but when you buy a double-smoked bacon cheddar & egg sandwich they’re promoting but it is served with NOBACON, WTF? Fortunately found out still in store and they replaced, but no apology, no consideration… what is happening to the company I am loyal to???

Green tea Frappuccino tastes like vanilla ice cream. Too sweet and no green tea flavor. Is there a flavor shortage? Paying 5 bucks, premium price, for a sugar drink with no flavor, poverty style. If you’ve ever had a good vietnamese coffee, or made one yourself, you will realize, like I did, that you’ve been missing out on good coffee your entire life.

Today was the topper went thru drive thru they got my order wrong 3 times finally I had to go in and order something different so they could get it right. I’m handicapped so I go to drive thru having to park and so in is a big thing. no appoligy or compensation from them sucks. need I say this is one Starbucks I won’t be going to if I’m driving

This is just not the place to sit and relax! Music is very loud. So get your coffee and get out if you want to enjoy your coffee in a relaxing mode.

Summary: don’t come here if you support family values and welfare of others. A very own manager of the store lied to me about the 50 cent refill policy for an Iced Coffee and how it doesn’t apply for their store and that only gold members can use it(first of all, gold members get free refills). The 50 cent policy is in every store(I did research and called multiple starbucks and even tried it at other Starbucks) not only is the management lying to me, they treat their employees without respect, I already know who her favorites are. This Starbucks is ridiculous, this place is the epitome of hell. Do not come here if you support family values and the welfare of others.

Red Eye STAT! It’s been one of those days… Starbucks rescued me again. I usually get the Iced Soy Green Tea or Soy Chai but today I needed something much stronger… the Red Eye please! The location of this Starbucks is good… pretty close to the 14 freeway. I like that it’s bathrooms are always pretty clean. One major flaw… the drive thru line is always super long and can take forever. Once your in, your stuck and there is no way to sneak out of the line. Once I had to wait about 25 minutes! I was so frustrated and late for work. Since then, I always go inside to buy my coffee.

Can’t go wrong with Starbucks! This one’s right next to the 14 and has a drive thru for convenient quick access to caffeine on the go! It usually goes pretty quick and the staff are always friendly. If you wanna go inside there’s a bit of seating and some more outside. Like all of the other Starbucks they’ve got lots of cups and coffees to take home too. Yay Starbucks!

This location was just remodeled recently. It looks nice inside. The best plus about this location that it has a drive thru but tends to have long line times especially in the mornings. It also gets very busy during the weekends.

After hiking 5.5 miles in Placerita Canyon, I looked on my GPS for the nearest Starbucks and here’s where I found myself only a few minutes later. This Starbucks is a little bit harder to find because it doesn’t front the main highway but a side one. I had to do a U down the street – illegal as it was – to make the trip to my espresso ASAP. The staff was very polite and very efficient but my stop here was a long one. The problem was a woman who couldn’t make up her mind about whether she wanted Kenyan, Costa Rican or some blend to take home. I almost bought her a pound just to move her along, but she finally made the tough decision and went with the Central American blend. Then the line moved quickly. My quad, iced espresso was soon delivered to me and I was on the freeway heading back to DTLA.
