I was getting disappointed with this Panda and not visiting as often as in the past. I decided to stop by today at approximately 4:30. While ordering the teriyaki chicken, there were some small pieces on the side and the regular pieces that they cut on order. The young lady serving moved the breast pieces and proceeded to pull out the small pieces. I asked her why she was picking out those small pieces and not cutting the full pieces like they normally do. She stated, «those were pieces we had cut, and re-cooked and put back.» Really? How is that not a health issue? How much other food is served, re-cooked and put back there. I was so disgusted, I said to forget the order and walked out. Needless to say, I will never set foot in that establishment again. Also, they could use supervision there, especially if the owners are unaware of this going on. And if you train your employees to practice this, shame on you. The only reason there is even a star is because you have to at least put one.

Although Panda Express isnt authentic Chinese food, I like to eat here from time to time. This is location is always busy and always has a line especially during the evenings. The service is pretty fast but you tend to have customers who always wants to sample everything and hold up the line. The only thing I dont like about Panda Express is that they charge extra for their specialty items such as their shrimp dishes and some of their beef dishes.

Horrible service had to wait 15 minutes. They were too busy trying to fill an online order. They need to get organized. They advertise new fried rice recipe due to egg shortage. So basically using no egg in fried rice now but didn’t change price. Don’t think I’ll eat here again. Horrible service

Whats with this Panda location? Orange chicken is always dry(minimal sauce) and barely have any food made for serving. Come’on…theres a standard to uphold here… little sauce wont kill the budget will it?

Food is always great here. The employees are great, but the woman whom I believe to be the manager is very rude and unwelcoming. Other than that it’s always good! Open early and close late.

It’s ok portions are smaller than usual, but flavor the same as most of the Panda Express. The customer service its willing to let you try their new options. No bad for a lazy Friday lunch after all kids love it.

Wow!!! I was helped by Benjamin and great great experience. He was very professional and very courteous. This panda is very lucky to have an employee like him! And Jade both very friendly!

I will never eat at this location or any Panda for that matter. They give the cheapest excuse for portions and their prices keeping going up. You now have to ask for chopsticks or any sauces. Pretty soon they’re going to sell rice by the piece. Typical cheap corporate greed. Today I finally had it. I got as far as the register, asked to see my food again, noticed the teaspoon portions and just walked out.

What a difference from the Panda Express on Bouquet Canyon. Enthusiastic and friendly servers, fast service and on all my visits they have recently prepared entrees on the steam table. Its fast, inexpensive and tasty. Its great for lunch or a fast dinner on the way home.

If you’re not that hungry then go to this location. The girl with the dorky glasses in the front gave us half a spoon of everything unfortunatley, we didn’t notice until we got home. A bit of advice for management don’t be so stingy and at least give your customers what they deserve A spoon full!!!

I went to this Panda today and this place is the only Panda Express who gives you half a spoon of entrees. I asked for angus steak, the girl was rude with attitude. She said it would be a $ 1.25 more. I said ok and she literally put half of the spoon and when I got home thee was only two tiny pieces of steak and they charged extra. I’ve been to other stores and no one ever does that.

When Panda Express gives free food, this is the one I stop at on the way home from work. Yesterday was no different. I had a coupon for free ‘samuri surf & turf’. I pulled up, and walked in. Not surprised that there was a line there, so, I stood in line. There were about a half-dozen people in front of me, several with the printed copy of the coupon that I had. They all stared ahead. Some were looking up at the menu board, and others were looking at their options in the display cases. I was trying to figure out what I wanted, but couldn’t see what they had due to the fact that six people were in between me and the case. The line moved pretty quickly, and I got t the girl behind the counter soon enough. I informed her I’d get the three package. She nodded and grabbed a container and smiled at me expectantly. I showed her my coupon, and she nodded. I got the chow mien, the broccoli & beef, the string bean & chicken, and then orange chicken… and the free surf & turf. I paraded down the line, and paid my eight dollars at the end of it. The guy tried to upsell a drink and more stuff, but I declined to acquiesce to any of his requests. I took the bag he set on the counter and I drove home. After I got home and settled in, I opened up the bag & containers at home, assembled and devoured it. I was quite famished after a long day of work. It was good. Their new thing was okay, the rest of the items were also pretty good. I know for a fact I will be here again; whenever it is that they send me another email for their next free wondrous item. Whatever it is that might turn out to be. Good job folks.

I really like Panda express. Some of their dishes have 450 to 500 calories per serving, but others have a much healthier alternative. Chicken with green beans, mushroom chicken, teriyaki chicken have 250 calories. Subsitute your noodles or rice for steamed veggies or half of veggies and half another choice. This paticular place has quick service, the place is clean and the flavors are reliable. One of my favorite fast food places.

Panda Express is totally my guilty pleasure. The orange chicken is sooooo good, but sooooo bad for you. Personally my favorites are the orange chicken and the beef and broccoli and I love the low mien. But, if you want to be good then get the bowl with beef and broccoli and substitute veggies for the low mien/rice, the meal is about 200 calories. Another good choice is to do a kids meal. The reason I like this particular panda express is because the staff is friendly and they always make sure that the food is fresh. I’ve gone to other panda express’ where they let the food sit out. Not this one. I never have to ask them to re-make anything because it’s either fresh or they ask me if I want to wait for a fresh batch.

This place is very mediocre. Nothing special about this Panda Express. I came here when they barely opened and they only had a select amount of items available. The prices are the same as any other Panda but I think this place is not the best of the best. Not even close to being competitive. It will get the job done if you are really craving Panda.

After review other eateries at this intersection, I’ve come to the conclusion that this is the center of the universe of mediocrity. Panda is there for variety, and definitely not there for gourmet eats. One could set up a rotating menu for the week between Panda, McD’s, El Pollo Loco, Carl’s Junior, and one more random place. This Panda didn’t screw me over. It also didn’t impress me. It was adequate. Can’t really go wrong with the kung pao chicken or the orange chicken… it tastes the same as every other Panda. Not that that means it’s delicious. I just see it as providing different tasting sustenance.
